We are in San Jacopino, a residential neighborhood adjacent to the historic center, quiet and well served by public transport which takes you to the Santa Maria Novella station in just a few minutes, reachable on foot in 15 minutes.

A few steps away you can find everything you need during your stay: bank, pharmacy, bar, pastry shop, pizzeria, typical and ethnic restaurants, supermarkets, hairdresser, laundry, bus stop, and a brand new shopping center nearby.
We are also close to the Cascine park, the green lung of Florence where you can go for a run or simply walk in the cool, and where every Tuesday the largest market in the city takes place,
Immersed in the Parco delle Cascine there is also a beautiful swimming pool where to find shelter from the heat of Florence during the summer.
Rather than a public swimming pool, it looks rather like one of those found in hotels, thanks to the presence of an elegant old villa, pool bar, restaurant and pizzeria. There is also a swimming pool suitable for the dives of the little ones.
