Avoid the traffic to Fraser and the crowded parking at the ski resort. Book this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Winter Park vacation rental condo for your next mountain escape. The free Winter Park ski shuttle stops right at our driveway. From our condo, you can access miles of snowshoe and cross-country ski trails.

Our fully remodeled condo features a well-equipped kitchen, Smart HD TV, cable, and free wifi. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv and a remodeled bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower with dual shower heads and heated floor. French doors open to a private balcony with a beautiful view of the forest overlooking Vasquez Creek.

The main floor guest bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent full bathroom.

The third bedroom is a large upper level loft with a twin bed and bunk beds (twin over full), flat screen tv with dvd player, and a full bathroom.

The family room has been updated with plenty of cozy seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart HD tv with cable. The original pine ceiling and mossrock fireplace have been preserved to keep the rustic, Colorado mountain appeal of the condo. French doors open onto the private balcony with a gas grill. The mud room is equipped with a washer and dryer and ski closet. The condo is stocked with lots of dvds and books for our guests to enjoy. Artwork by local artists is displayed throughout the condo.

Our guestsā€™ health and safety is of utmost importance. Our condo is professionally cleaned and disinfected after every use.

Free covered parking is provided. Our condo is located on the same level as the parking, so you will not have to carry luggage and skis up and down flights of stairs. Since we are located on the top floor, you will not have anyone stomping above you.

Our condo is located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in downtown Winter Park. From the condo, you can access unlimited forest trails for mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing.

Winter Park's free shuttle stops at our property every 30 minutes during ski season. We are located 4 miles from Winter Park ski mountain, roughly 5 minutes by car. *We are registered with Winter Park Short-Term Rental - Registration No. 4706.

Fantastic accommodations close to town & mountain

Check in was super easy. Shuttle to the mountain is just outside the door. Covered parking was great. Property is exactly as advertised - really clean, functional, great sleeping spaces. Would highly recommend.

Our family of five loved this cozy condo. It has the feel of a family home- fun art on the walls and comfy furniture. Not a cold impersonal rental unitā€¦ which can sometimes happen! Great location- good access to town and easy shuttle to the mountain.

The PERFECT Ski Condo

My family of four and a friend booked this place to come ski Winter Park. The ONLY way this place could have been better would be if it were a ski-in/ski-out, but they would probably charge a lot more for that. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, communication was excellent, the location was convenient to town and the slopes, there were plenty of hooks for hanging ski gear overnight, and the view was picturesque, with a babbling brook running through the snow. We slept with the porch door cracked open to hear the brook, and we slept like babies. This place had been recently renovated and the bathrooms were very nice as well. I don't know that I have stayed in better equipped rental for skiing in over 15 years!

Great condo

It is creekside and you can hear and see the bubbly brook below. The ski shuttle is just across the street. The kitchen had all we needed and the condo is super comfy. Just watch the spiral staircase to the loft which is a great space, but these stairs are narrowly spaced and be sure to wear shoes on them as slippers and socks may slip. You could walk to the town and numerous restaurants and it's a 2 minute drive. Grill worked great and the living area heated up fast. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great getaway!

Cozy and convenient! The space was well-used in the condo and having 3 bathrooms was awesome. Great location and super close to the Winter Park shuttle. We had 3 teens and 3 adults and there was plenty of room to be functional. The only thing that would have added to the stay was more lounge space or comfortable seating in the main/living area. we couldnā€™t really all just comfortably lay around together and watch a movie or play a game. Also the top space with the 3 beds/bunk was open/a loft to the main living area. It ended up being fine for us, but if that group is noisy or you have any late nighters in the living room/kitchen, sound might be a concern. That being said, there is a lot in that condo w 3 beds/baths! The fireplace put off great heat and the steam shower was amazing after a day on the mountain! Host was responsive and friendly!

Creekside condo.

Thank you for a great week. The skiing was great ~ as we expected. Your condo is wonderful. The view to the creek was beautiful. Everything was clean and nicely maintained. The layout worked great for our group. The whole place has a very nice, cozy, homey feel. We only had a couple of issues. The oven didn't work in the Bake setting. We came home from the slopes one evening to fix dinner. We turned on the oven to 350 early so it had plenty of time to pre-heat. After 30+ minutes, the oven was still COLD. Luckily, the Broil function worked. And even luckier, that worked for what we needed. Hopefully this will be fixed. Possibly, the hot water heater needs to be turned up. It is a large tank, but part way through a shower, we started losing hot water (and it was the first shower of the evening). Our only other issue was a maintenance issue and had nothing to do with the condo itself. The morning we left (which was not until just after 9:00), there was about 6 inches of new snow. The parking lot had not been plowed or treated. We backed out of our parking stall, and were stuck. The whole parking lot was super slick!! We ended up having to be pushed out. The condo was great. We will most definitely consider staying there again and would highly recommend it to others. Thanks again for a great week!

First time to Winter Park

Andreaā€™s property was absolutely amazing! Itā€™s cozy and charming. She has included so many special touches like Christmas decorations, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and mountain furnishings. We loved it!! Andrea was also very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. I would 100% stay at her condo again. We are already planning our spring ski trip! Thank you so much Andrea for a wonderful vacation!!!

Beautiful Weekend

We didn't even feel like we were in a rental. The decor is lovely, the kitchen is fully equipped with good quality pieces, comfortable beds, good lighting, and the steam shower was wonderful. If we needed it, we found it. Listening to the creek was icing on the cake.

Perfect Winter Park Stay

My family stayed here for our Ski Week; and my husband, twin 9 year-olds, and I all found it perfect. The place is conveniently located near Winter Park Resort and the town. There was lots of room for the 4 of us. Our kids loved all the games, DVDs, books and having their own space upstairs. I appreciated all the hooks and places for our snowboard gear. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the decor was perfect. Having a trail map framed by the dining table really helped us plan our day at the resort. Weā€™d love to come back to Winter Park and stay here again.

My husband and I grew up skiing in Winter Park. We love the mountains and wanted our 3 children to grow up skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and spending lots of time outside. We go to Winter Park as much as we can for quality time with family and friends. We hope our renters will adore our place as much as we do.

We love this property's very special location on Vasquez Creek. It is so relaxing to hang out down by the water or listen to the sounds of the creek as we drift off to sleep. We love all of the trails nearby, it is wonderful to be able to mountain bike and hike right from our condo. There are trails that are perfect for our kids, as well as trails for experts. We also like being able to ride or walk into town for dinner, ice cream, or for the many concerts at Hideaway Park.

We think the location by the creek is very special. We like being near town while having great trail access nearby. It is also fun to ride our bikes to Winter Park base from our condo. In the winter, we can ski home from the Pioneer Lift on Winter Park mountain.
