Welcome to our family-friendly home based in Zaton bay, a short distance from the Old Town- historical center of Dubrovnik. This four bedroom property boasts sea views, a private basketball court, a private heated pool and all the space for up to 8 guests.

This comfortable four bed boasts an attractive stone pool deck which receives plenty of sunshine. A lovely covered dining area with barbecue and outdoor kitchen is the perfect place for al fresco meals. For those that love to lay back and relax, you will love the heated swimming pool and the bubbling jacuzzi. For the more competitive ones, enjoy a game of basketball on the private court, or even some rounds of table tennis!

The interiors ooze with rustic charm and modern décor refreshing style. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need during your stay and dining room by the kitchen offers a big dining table with chairs, perfect for some quality time over a meal. The lounge is cosy with two large sofas and satellite LCD TV. From the living room there is access to a balcony to enjoy pleasant summer evenings and the sea view.
Two bedrooms have king beds and the other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be made up as a king bed if there are couples staying.

For beach lovers, the local beach is only 500m from the house! Restaurants, the supermarket, bar and more all within a short walking distance from the house.

Croatia Zaton Bay

We had the most amazing trip. Irena is beyond the greatest host. She arranged our transfers, our chef cooked meal at the villa, our Ston oyster trip, our sail boat trip and gave us amazing resturant recommendations. She was in communication with me from day one. Her rental property is awesome. The place is clean, homey and a great time was had by all in the pool, hot tub, playing hoops and ping pong. She thought of everything. Our plane was delayed and she made sure our transfer knew and was there. She is available for questions. We were close to 2 markets, were only 20 mins out of town and a short walk to several eateries. The house is a quiet sanctuary after the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly, highly recommend Irena and her amazing property!!!!

We have just returned from the most amazing stay at this beautiful villa, and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough.From the moment we booked, Irene was absolutely wonderful. Her communication was fantastic throughout, and she made us feel so welcome before we had even arrived. The villa had so many lovely little touches, from soaps in the bathrooms to refreshments waiting for us when we arrived — which were very much appreciated after travelling in the heat!Irene was always on hand if we needed anything and gave us some brilliant recommendations for places to visit and eat. But what really went above and beyond was when she made my father-in-law a birthday cake for his 70th birthday. It was such a thoughtful and incredibly kind gesture and made his birthday even more special. We were genuinely blown away by her kindness.The villa itself was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing and we spent so much time together enjoying it. One of our favourite things was getting into the hot tub in the evening and stargazing — such a beautiful and peaceful way to end the day.We had the most wonderful family holiday here and made memories that we will treasure forever. Irene truly goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a special stay, and it’s those personal touches that make all the difference.Thank you so much, Irene, for helping make our family holiday so memorable. We would return in a heartbeat!

Schöne Wohnung mit tollen Außenanlagen

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und deren Partnern verbracht. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr schön und gepflegt und die nahe gelegene Straße stört überhaupt nicht. Man läuft nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und zu mehreren Restaurants und zwei Supermärkte sind in direkter Umgebung. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, nur die Badezimmer sind recht klein ausgefallen. Dort muss man mit dem Platz etwas haushalten.

Amazing in every way!

We had a fabulous week in a fabulous country in a fabulous villa! Irena tolerated many last minute emails and also organised us a transfer from the airport which was hassle free. Initially we were sceptical about the villa being just back from the road but because of the position of the villa it didn't affect us in any way.The villa is situated in Zaton a small resort with a couple of bars and water sports facilities. It is a beautiful, easy walk along to the next resort which offers a few more restaurants and shops. The views are spectacular. Irena suggested places of interest and shared local information regarding which shops are cheaper etc. Having 2 mini supermarkets one either side of the villa made it so convenient for all provisions. Irena put us in touch with a local taxi firm who was very accommodating for trips to the mountains or into Dubrovnik, both a must. For us it was a family holiday with our 3 grown up daughters and their partners. There was plenty of room in the villa with 4 ample double bedrooms with air conditioning.The indoor and outdoor kitchen were both well stocked with everything you could need. The weather was glorious so we had a BBQ most evenings.The sun loungers and outdoor furniture were of good quality and comfortable for lazy days around the pool. The pool was clean and inviting, the hot tub a bonus if the weather hadn't been so warm! There was also shade available at all times of the day! The villa is set on 3 levels so looking out from the pool terrace you can see across to the islands and watch the sun setting in Zaton bay. Irena was extremely helpful and informative. Nothing was too much trouble yet she never intruded on our privacy. We would highly recommend this villa, its location and it's host.

Wonderful Stay

We had the most wonderful 2 weeks staying at Irena and Pero's villa. The villa has everything you need. The outside space is just amazing. You have a kitchen, eating area, sitting area, hot tub and bbq on one level and then a fantastic pool and sun loungers up another level. The pool area is very private and you have good views over the bay. You also have a couple of balconies from the villa to spoil you as well. We had a very friendly welcome from Irena who is knowledgeable about the local area. Irena organised many of our taxis transfers and attractions for us. She is always very willing to help out. We would recommend the private chef which was a great experience. The local restaurants are a good standard and further round the bay you have great dining experiences at Orsan and Kasar. Dubrovnik is amazing and a good tip - take taxis there and back. Game of Thrones tour not only showed filming locations but also was informative about history of Dubrovnik. A cable car ride up to Panorama is great. VIews are spectacular. A trip to Lokrum island was a good day out. Great restaurant in the heart of the island and good swimming in the sea. Overall we really enjoyed our two week stay and the hospitality that Irena and family extended to us was very much appreciated. We very much hope to return.

Great vacation and amazing place

Our family from Finland has been first time in Croatia and stayed for week in this wonderful holiday home. Upon arrival the owner Irene meet us, showed us around and was most helpful! We were provided with fresh almonds and homemade liker, and introduced with a brief history of the area and the house - we were most impressed,spesually private pool with amazing sea view and Spa pool area.Owner Irene who helped us organised the stay was fantastic, and helped us arrange a hire large car for one daily trip to Korcula island, allowing trips to Old Town, trip to Islands from Zaton and daily trip to Konavle.Holiday home is situated in nice seaside location 10 minutes drive from centar of Dubrovnik,beach and restaurants within walking distance from holiday home.We are recommended Restaurant Kasar in Zaton Veliki.I really cannot sing enough praise about this holiday home, the owner and the local Croatian people.We been all very satisfied with our family holiday in Dubrovnik Riviera and this holiday home. We really recommend it.Thank you for all !!!

Amazing holiday and lovely place !!!

We spent a wonderful vacation in the spacious holiday house in June and we had an absolutely great week of sunshine & relaxation.Holiday home is very spacious both inside and outside, with high-quality facilities throughout. The location is fantastic: beautiful view, nice and quiet but still not far away from the city of Dubrovnik. The supermarket is very close and there are a few good restaurants within walking distance.We were 6 persons, so the house accommodation with four bedrooms was perfect for our needs. The outdoor kitchen and dining place (with spa pool),large stone BBQ was wonderful! The swimming pool terrace was also amazing: nice sunbeds, own peace and quiet and even a sea view.The owners were also fantastic.They give advice about what to see and do and arranged transport service when needed and organise transfer from airport to villa. Perfect customer service! Two days we visited old city Dubrovnik and one day we took trip to Ston, Peljesac and Korcula ( the winerys are amazing).We been all very satisfied with our family holiday and really recommend it, especially if you prefer to stay in a place where you can relax in peace.Dubrovnik Region is something what you need to visit and feel. Just perfect vacation and holiday villa

Fantastic stay, perfect views and facilities !!!

We been in this holiday house for our Easter holidays with a group of 8 people.We were lucky to have a full week of sunshine,so the pool area was in use every day. Pool area is really big and it has enough nice sund beds to enjoy on sun.This stone house is a lovely, secluded villa ideally situated near Dubrovnik. It is a very well maintained, well equipped and clean villa having everything you need for a relaxing stay.Outside is pool with sun beds area with exellent sea view and also highly recommended heated Spa pool.....just perfect ! The owner Irena were extremely helpful and approachable.We enjoyed visiting the nearby resort of Radisson ( just 2km from villa), watching the world go by and the beautiful sunsets and old city of Dubrovnik. Also one day we been on trip to Kotor ( Montenegro ).Kotor are essential visits, full of history and very photogenic. All in all a great holiday and we will certainly be back. We would thoroughly recommend this holiday villa to a friends or relative coming to this part of Croatia. Family Johannson - Sweden

“Absolutely Fabulous”

What a wonderful vacation and holiday house. We stayed for 7 days in September for our wedding in Dubrovnik. The holiday house for the perfect base for a peaceful location helping us to relax and prepare for the celebrations. Villa is equipped with everything you need and more including an immense fruit basket, and drinks in the fridge to welcome us...home made cherry what made owner Irene is amazing. It was stocked with toiletries, cleaning products etc - all we needed to purchase was food! The owners were so kind and helpful and even provided inflatables for our 2 children to use and so kindly bought them presents on our departure - we were blown away! Everything else about the house was beautiful - very clean and modern. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back! Thanks for an amazing time!

Fantastic holiday with family in Dubrovnik

We've returned from a most memorable week at this holiday house in Dubrovnik and had absolutley lovely week of sunshine.We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids of which were 8-14. The villa's situation offers an ideal opportunity to visit both Zaton bay and Dubrovnik city with easy access to both via bus, water taxi . We did not rent a car - and didn't have need for one - with the shops in the Zaton providing all that you need - fresh bread each morning, local supermarket, and an excellent restaurants( specially Ankora ) all within a 10 minute walk. The restaurants is really friendly and welcoming and we ate there more than once.The Bus schedule for Dubrovnik centar is each 30 minutes and you have only 10 minutes drive to downtown. The facilities at the holiday house were excellent with the pool providing hours of entertainment - much needed as the temperature stayed over 25 degrees all week end of September. Irene (the villa owner) could not do enough to make our holiday memorable with a basket of fresh fruit and home made liker waiting for us on arrival and all the essentials to get us started, together with a truly warm welcome! We were able to enjoy stunning views from the fabulous BBQ area and sun beds area - the sunsets are just breathtaking!! Once day we been on trip to Mostar.Dubrovnik and Mostar are essential visits, full of history and very photogenic and last day we been visit Ston and Peljesac amazing wine region in this part of Croatia.In all this vacation and holiday villa comes very highly recommended and we hope that you enjoy your visit there as much as we did.

Our property is situated in Zaton bay a picturesque seaside place, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine and swimming in the sea. Between Mali & Veliki Zaton there are little coves and swimming spots and plenty of pine trees for shade – it’s really pleasant to walk along the shore or just to sit in one of the little sea-front restaurants sipping a glass of local wine!
