Bright Intracoastal Retreat Steps from the Beach

Welcome to this bright and spacious townhouse-style condo, perfectly situated along a beautiful stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway. The complex features a private fishing dock and a sparkling heated pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping—an ideal setting for relaxation.

This fully furnished 2‑bedroom, 2‑bath unit offers plenty of covered parking and all the comforts of home. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a flat‑top range, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Enjoy the convenience of in‑unit washer and dryer and central air conditioning throughout.

The open living area features a TV and DVD player and opens to a large private balcony with patio seating and a lovely view—perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

The primary suite includes a king‑size bed, TV, walk‑in closet, and a private ensuite bath with shower. The second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds, a TV/DVD player, and a large closet. A second full bathroom with shower is conveniently located nearby.

Just 418 steps from your door, the sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico await—right across the street. Location truly shines here, with a trolley stop nearby offering easy access north to Tarpon Springs or south to St. Petersburg. Restaurants, ice cream parlors, and a convenience store are all within walking distance, and a nearby mini‑golf course adds fun for kids and families.

The grounds and building are impeccably maintained, creating a welcoming and relaxing vacation atmosphere.

Comfortable and clean

Our stay was very pleasant. The unit was clean and comfortable and was equipped with everything needed. The pool was wonderful and the walk to the beach was very short. Will definitely rent here again. The property owner was available at all times as well.

Really Special Family Time

We actually had 3 adjoining units. My husband & I were able to enjoy a week with his sister & our 4 children & their families. There were a total of 11 adults, 3 toddlers, an infant spread throughout the units. What a blessing. Despite the redtide warnings, the beach remained accessible throughout our stay & only fish kill off the intercoastal was the day we left. Very pleasant surroundings & fun pool access. Well appointed & well stocked unit with decent wifi at the front, altho none in the master bedroom. Electronics could use some updating, but we had so much else to do, who cares!?!

Everything was clean. It was my first aid bnb experience. Not disappointed at all. If I had questions property manager was able to get a hold of. Thank you again for my first time experience. I will come again.

It really is home away from home!

I can’t say enough good things about this property & the owner! The condo has plenty of space for me and my husband and our 2 kids, ages 14 &. 11. The condo has anything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation- chairs, towels & beach cart. We did bring our own boogie board and skim board, but that’s just preference. The kitchen has everything to cook meals and very nice appliances- the dishwasher is whisper quite! Communication with Christine was top notch!!!!!! My kids loved the small dock out back for fishing & the view is spectacular. The beach is a very short walk down and across the street! All just beautiful!!! Book this place, you will not regret it!

Excellent beach vacation

We love staying on Indian Shores/Rocks and this time was no disappointment, even with Elsa making her presence! The condo was very spacious and Christine was very accommodating to our needs. You can see the intercostal from the balcony and the beach was a stones throw away. Great restaurants, bars and the best ice cream around! All in all a wonderful vacation!

Perfect for families with children.

Easy access. Clean, plenty room f towels! Warm pool, but closes at dusk. mr. coffee was slow and got grounds in pot, only used once. Bought Keurig the next day. Very basic food essentials (maybe covid?). No condiments in refrigerator at all. Beds were adequate. Love s of beach chairs and umbrellas, even a wagon, which helped a lot! Christine was very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns.

Great location and amazing owner!

Had an amazing time staying at this condo! Easily sleeps 2 couples and 2 kids/adults. Pool on location, fishing pier onsite (even saw some dolphins!), beach is right across the street. What more can you ask for? Christine was a pleasure to work with and really made us feel welcome to make her condo our home away from home for the week. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely book again when in the greater Tampa area.

Another fantastic vacation staying in Christine's condo. This unit is the best for a relaxing and restful stay. Everything you could possibly want is provided for your use; and, Christine is just wonderful with making sure you are well take care of during your stay.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great nine days at Christine's townhome and can attest to everything in the previous reviews. Loved that the beach wasn't nearly as crowded as those with parking. Great choice of tv and movies in case of a rainy day, which we didn't have. There was a problem with one of the appliances when we arrived, but Christine was easy to reach and quick to remedy the issue. The complex was generally quiet, so we slept great. Five star place to stay over all categories!

Location, location, location

This condo is the perfect location with beach access virtually across the street and it is right on a dock. The beach is beautiful and serene and the community of Indian shores was quiet (at least during our stay in late January). The condo is large, clean and had everything we needed. My only disappointment was the small pool which wasn't sufficient for swimming laps. We loved St. Petersburg and would come back without hesitation.

Beautiful condo, great location, relaxing vacation Christine, the owner, was very helpful.

So we booked Christine's Condo in Indian Shores not knowing that Irma would threaten our vacation. Christine was very attentive keeping in touch with updates the two weeks leading up to our arrival and thankfully there was no significant damage to the building so our vacation went ahead. The condo was well maintained and beautifully furnished with a very large balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway. The location of the condo is perfect for a relaxing vacation being a short walk across the street to the beach. Christine provides all the necessary items for spending a day at the beach including a pull along trolley to get it all there. There are pubs in either direction, Mickey Quinn's (soon to be renamed the Dog & Parrott) and The Pub both less than 10 minutes walk and serving great food. Venture a bit further and you will find plenty of restaurants at Indian Rocks Beach. Thirty minutes drive south of the condo is St Pete's Beach while 30 minutes north is Clearwater Beach (there is a trolley bus that runs every thirty minutes or so from just outside the condo). Indian Shores Coffee (15 minute walk south) is well worth a visit for good coffee and pastries which you will end up sharing with the resident sparrows. If you want to enjoy an easy vacation in a quiet area with perfect access to the beach then this is for you. We loved it!

Spacious, clean and quiet condo with everything you need for a relaxing vacation . Excellent location by the water, with plenty of room for the whole family . Conveniently located between Clearwater and St Petes , everything you need is only minutes away . We look forward to our next stay . This truly is a home away from home !

Perfect location

We had a wonderful time in Florida thanks to the convenience of staying at this condo. Location wise, it was perfect. Just steps to the pool and beach, short walk to ice cream shops, close to many great restaurants and five minutes away from a fun water park for the kids. The condo itself is well equipped, clean, and spacious. Heading out to the beach was a breeze with all of the equipment provided by Christine -- umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, noodles, and even a wagon to carry all the stuff to the beach! We can't wait to stay again next year.

Lovely

I have recently stayed at this condo for a family vacation. I have visited this area of Florida before and know that the beaches are beautiful, there is lots to do, and there are many restaurants to choose from. But in the past I was usually disappointed with the condos we have stayed at for some reason or another. This place was absolutely different. It was definitely clean when we arrived. Inside, there was everything we needed from towels to utensils/beach chairs/coffee maker, you name it. The bedrooms are large enough for our family and there are a few pull outs for extra guests. The beach is across the street from the driveway to this place and the pool is on the property with its own change rooms and tables and chairs. The balcony shows a view of the intracoastal water which is nice. We were very happy with our stay here!

We stayed at Ms. Cappadocia’s condo from April 5 thru the 15th. The accommodations were excellent. The appliances were first rate, and patio and view were wonderful. However the best part of our stay was Christine making sure we had an exceptional stay. Definitely a wonderful host. 5 stars
