Enjoy white sand, amazing sunsets in a beautiful, comfortable, renovated condo

If you are looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, welcome to our beautifully furnished and decorated 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms’ condo, located in a small beach front community.
Your home away from home has WIFI throughout the unit, Smart TV with Roku streaming capabilities. With two car covered parking, you can be assured that your vehicles stay cool and dry during your visit.
Equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your trips to the stunning sandy beach, with it is just a few steps away.
City boat ramp and fishing dock across the street, near many great restaurants, close to shopping centers and parks where you can walk and take pictures. The unit is near Tampa/St Petersburg airport, Bush Gardens, water parks, football, hockey and baseball stadium, it is a place for the whole family to enjoy and relax.
For the months of February and March,
we rent it from the first to the last day of the month and only monthly rental.

ABOUT THE CONDO
Unwind in the open living area in the comfortable wrap-around sectional, with your feet up on the oversized ottoman. Take advantage of our well equipped kitchen, large granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances to prepare your favorite dinners to enjoy with your family in the dining room or by the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a queen bed with a new mattress, closet, and adjacent bathroom. The guest bedroom features two twin beds with new mattresses, closet, and near bathroom with combination tub/shower. No need to go out to do laundry, as washer and dryer are inside the unit. The condo is on the first floor, one short flight of steps up from the covered reserved parking. Enjoy the breeze and the partial view of the gulf of Mexico in the private balcony. In addition you can have a view of the Intracoastal from the balcony and bedrooms.

Great location

Excellent property, location is great. Literally just steps from the water. Extremely clean condo and the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. Owner was extremely nice and replied quickly. He went above and beyond by bringing us an extra key when my husband accidentally locked ours in the condo. Overall an excellent place to stay.

Winter retreat

I have had mixed results in renting Vrbo, this was a successful rental. It made for a fun relaxing retreat for escape from the northern cold. It’s conveniently located and quiet. The owners were responsive and very accommodating.

Home away from home.

We had such a great stay! The condo was fabulous, and the location was even better. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms, and the patio deck was great! The kitchen was well stocked, had multiple beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler. The Fernandez’s were great to work with and made sure our stay was comfortable. Our stay was over-all fantastic and we look forward to returning! We will definitely book again and recommend them!

Retail break b4 holiday rush

Great locale, owner terrific in all aspects, very flexible based on flight timing. Nice quiet area. Beautiful beach!, about have it to yourself. Restaurants are pretty nice, a few eh. Ask for recommedations

Great location. Quiet area

Francisco and Rose have a nice, affordable beach property here. My wife and I enjoyed a week vacation from the snow and ice in northern Michigan. While the condo is near the back of the complex, you still can see a limited view of the ocean from the second story deck and kitchen. The interior , while a tad dated, was clean and laid out nicely. And you are literally 30 secs from the beach, which is pretty quiet in this area. Also, I like to fish and you can walk across the street to a couple of different spots along the inland waterway. Great Florida beach condo that we’d rent again anytime!

Great get-away

This was the perfect place for us. The rooms were nicely furnished and had a lot of the "little things" you might have forgotten. Beautifully decorated! What we loved most was the close "steps-to -the -beach" proximity. It was not crowded at all (maybe time of the year played into that) and it was very family-oriented in our section. It seemed to be a very quiet section of the area but restaurants and shopping were close enough. Definitely will be back again soon!

Lovely place just steps to a gorgeous beach

Owners are wonderful and the condo has everything you need. Fabulous mattress, great kitchen, spacious deck, comfy furniture. We loved how close it is to the beach. Bedrooms back up to a very noisy street, but we used a noisy fan at night and it worked great. We liked Abe’s and Chicken Salad Chick (of course!). Be sure to walk down to the Seabird Seaside Sanctuary — it’s free. Owls, pelicans, terns, even a bald eagle are being cared for at the sanctuary.

Our Indian Rocks Beach 2/2023 stay

The condo is beautiful. We arrived to find a great welcome gift of a wonderful bottle of wine. The place is beautifully furnished with a nice patio and had everthing we needed. Having our own washer and dryer was really nice. We loved being so close to the beach and walked it daily and went out every evening to see the amazing sunsets My husband enjoyed surf fishing and regularly rode his bike both on the beach and the nearby trail. There is a four lane highway right outside the bedroom windows. You can hear traffic at certain times. I always travel with a small fan for white noise and that greatly helped. Staying here made our first month long trip to FL an amazing experience we'll never forget.

Beautiful Condo

Our trip was excellent! The condo is perfect and contained all the amenities one might need at the beach. Chairs and umbrella for the beach (we purchased a larger cooler but a small one is provided) and beach towels and we were set for fun and sun! The only issue we had was with the people upstairs who let their child run back and forth but other than that our stay was perfect! Sunrises and sunsets were absolutely wonderful! Sugar sand beaches were very clean and the resident neighbors were helpful and friendly! We hope to come back again soon! The Hernandez family provide a wonderful beach experience. Thank you Francisco and Rose for making spring break wonderful!

We enjoyed our visit so much. Our host/hostess went over and beyond!! We had friends staying in same area they had to run out and buy chairs and canopy which was provided for us. We also were greeted with a very clean place. They went over with a bottle of wine we have never had these in all the years we have came to this area. They are super host!!

Great Beach Condo

Condo was beautiful, much nicer in person than pictures. Owners very responsive. Had a problem with the garbage disposal, notified the owners and they had someone there that day to fix it. Definitely would rent again. Beach is just steps away. Loved the location.

Went on a girls trip to Indian Shores. The condo was excellent. It was clean, well stocked and very roomy. I can’t wait to go back next year!! The beach was wonderful and there was plenty to do in the area to keep us busy…

Fall Respite

My wife and I were able to escape Kentucky cold weather and COVID-19 hysteria, and come to a clean, well-equipped, and safe beach home. The beach seemed private, the small area restaurants were superb, and the few neighbors who are permanent residents were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our host texted us directly to help us since we arrived late in the dark. It was hard to return home after our restful stay.

Beautiful area. Close to the beach, but only a sliver of an ocean view in the condo where we stayed.

Great communication with owners. One suggestion would be blackout curtains for the two bedrooms. Both room face the street and the street lights are very bright.

Great place

Was so happy with our stay. Right next to the beach. Couldnt have asked for a better spot. The owners were very responsive and very helpful. The back room where our sun slept was a little loud from the traffic but we bought a box fan for some white noise and that helped. The beach was absolutely perfect, not a whole lot of people which was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
