Single Family home with over 2600 sf. that includes Pool with Tanning Shelf and built-in table with seats to enjoy cocktails, Raised Spa with Mountain Views and its a mile Eldorado & Empire Polo Grounds! Close to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, Restaurants, Old Town La Quinta with shops and Dining, This two story home has a Private Courtyard, Balcony off the Master Suite to enjoy the Sunsets and many Custom Upgrades throughout the home. Master Suite features King bed with sitting area & flat screen TV. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom with a full bed. The Family Room with Fireplace is open to the kitchen which has a Breakfast Nook and Countertop casual dining. Kitchen features Gourmet Island and Granite Countertops, Built-in Microwave Oven, Side-by-Side Refrigerator, Double Convection Ovens along with Gas Cooktop. There is a formal dining room and a Formal Living Room along with a separate Laundry Room with Washer & Dryer, Enjoy the Private Walled Backyard. Sleeps 8 comfortably.

Excellent Getaway

Property was exactly as listed and felt even more spacious when we arrived. Two living rooms is clutch! We chose to stay here while attending Coachella, the location cannot be emphasized enough - 5 min rides to the venue kept costs down and easy transit on the way home including walking made for everything festival related to be a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and we all felt very at home in this space. Communication was great and Paul was forthcoming with all check in info as needed. Check out was also easier than ever thanks to the helpful instruction manual. If you can lock this spot down for a festival (or for any trip to the desert) - do it!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s house! He was a great host and reached out before and during our stay to give instructions and check in on us. The home is very well stocked and we found everything we could possibly need. The pool and hot tub were great. And the location can’t be beat…it was close to everything!

We had a great and house was great! We would definitely stay here again. Ouse and kitchen were well stocked. Pool was great and our young adults enjoyed the pool and sun bathing. Paul was great and a very helpful host!

Great house - needs serious TLC

The house has a great layout and plenty of rooms but is outdated and needs some TLC. Bigger beds needed in all rooms besides the master. Shower heads don’t give a good spray, master shower leaks and wood is rotting on floor boards, Carpet is old. Pool was dirty and had algae growing in it. Location is good and owner was very accessible and accommodating. Even went out and bought 3 new lounge chairs for pool area when we asked for more. Pool faces south so gets sun all day. There is a grapefruit tree and orange tree. Overall I would stay there again but would hope it would have had some deep cleaning and updating.

Nice vacation home rental

Well stocked & good cooking kitchen. Very nice pool and spa. Some water damage to shower/bath area. Plumbing /toilet issues to be resolved after our leaving, just a bit bothersome. Ants in kitchen also to be resolved was promised. But overall very nice stay.

Beautiful house!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property for thanksgiving + my birthday celebration. The house is big and comfy and is very well stocked with everything you might need. The pool and hot tub are beautiful. Paul (the owner) was a very nice. We highly recommend staying at Paul’s house.

We had a great time!

The house is a little dated and could use some freshening up, but it has sufficient space and a good floor plan. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area, the flowering bushes, and picking fresh oranges, grapefruits and limes from the trees in the yard!

Indio House

We were in town for a wedding and the home was just a few miles from all the activities which and close to shopping. Paul was very nice and met us at the house for a check-in and answer all our questions. The lay out of the home with 4 bedrooms, family room and living room provided plenty of room to spread out. Also, the back yard with the pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. Paul even gave me a call to make sure everything was going well, very nice touch.

Good time, but could use some TLC

We stayed at Paul’s property over the holidays and had a nice time. Paul went out of his way to add some holiday decorations around the house, which was a really nice surprise. Paul also came over to show us how to work the pool and spa heater, and answer any questions we might have. While we enjoyed our stay, the house could definitely benefit from some TLC and a thorough cleaning. The furniture is quite dated, and the dining table chairs were too low for the table. We found a box of Chicken In A Biskit crackers in the master bedroom cabinets that look like they've been there for years. There were way more flies (dead and alive) than we were comfortable with in the master bathroom. One of the bedspreads was covered in pet hair, as though it hadn’t been washed. Nearly every cabinet, drawer, and closet was completely full of items. While it was great that there were so many items, the abundance of stuff made it hard to find the things you were actually looking for. While we enjoyed our stay, I believe future guests would be much happier if the house were decluttered, deeply cleaned, and perhaps fitted with newer, more functional furniture.

Nice house with a pool

Stayed here for a long weekend with the family. The house is located in a nice neighborhood close to PGA West and Silverrock golf courses, so for golf fans it's a great location. Plenty of room for our family of 6, (plus were able to bring our dog!) and the best part was to get into a nice pool when it's 90 degrees outside. The pool is large enough for 4 teenagers, plus a nice spa. The owner was really nice, came by to make sure everything is good. So, overall, enjoyed our stay very much, the only couple of negative things (without affective our 5-star rating), were (1) ants, we had to deal with an invasion of ants all three days, and (2) the outdoor furniture could eventually use some updating. Since the pool and the outdoor space is the main attraction of this house, if it were my house I would put some thought in organizing the outdoor seating better, bringing in less but more luxurious chairs and chases, instead of two dozen chairs and chases that are pretty old and uncomfortable. Make your outdoor space more attractive, and it'll come pay back better in the long run. Still, enjoyed our stay, definitely would come here again.

Nice pool!

Overall a nice stay. Paul was super to work with. Our only compliant was the property was not cleaned thoroughly. We discussed this with Paul and he assured us he would be fixing the situation with his cleaning crew.

Fun in the heat

Paul was very friendly and easy to work with. The house was also nice for the price. It is a bit dated on the inside with some noticeable wear and tear, but the house was clean on arrival, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked well, there were plenty of sheets, towels and kitchen items. The pool and hot tub were excellent and helped my group of 5 stay cool in the 118° heat. Had a great time.

Wonderful Getaway

My family and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and we had a fantastic time. The home is well kept and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool is a good size and the kids spent most of the day jumping into it and splashing around. We also enjoyed sitting in the yard, there was plenty of patio furniture outside for everyone. The owner is kind and very accommodating. Thank you for a memorable weekend!!

Fantastic weekend getaway

We loved this place. Awesome pool, wonderful house, great neighborhood for evening walks. We loved having dinner on the balcony, watching the sunset over the mountains. We’d definitely come back here. 10/10

Amazing stay!

We had such a great time at Paul's rental! Paul was great at communicating throughout the check in process & answering questions during our stay. Great location: very close to a food store & coffee house. Right off a main road but with the exterior walls it seemed extremely private. Very little to no noise from neighbors or cars were heard. Between the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit, we barely spent any of the weekend inside the actual house. The house is fully stocked with more kitchenware & towels then you would ever need! We love that the house is dog friendly and we were able to bring our Pup! We will definitely be booking another weekend later in the summer at this house!
