Absolutely the best kept secret in Kihei. Kihei garden estates is only 18 minute drive from Kahului (ogg) airport. Come and enjoy the aloha from this beautiful completely renovated ground floor condo. Beautiful new floor tiles, granite counter tops, custom cabinets, fixtures and dust mite and bed bug mattress and pillow encasements. All linens, towels are new. Air conditioning and ceiling fans allow for cool breezes on those hot days. Enjoy the spacious lanai overlooking the courtyard. Beach access is half a block away where you can enjoy your morning coffee or watch those incredible maui sunsets! Restaurants, shops, and fitness centers is only a short walk away. Kihei gardens estates is situated directly behind times market (grocery store) making those meal decisions effortless.

Maui family vacation

This was amazing trip! The condo was affordable for the location. My younger siblings loved the pool, the baby chickens, and the fact we were so close to the beach and everything else. We will definitely be booking with you guys in the future! It was truly amazing!

We loved the condo. Dan was helpful in getting us a couple items. There was construction on another condo roof which made it hard to enjoy some silence but that’s out of our control. Place was comfy, had beach options in tub outside, back porch and decor was great. We’ll be back for sure!

Nice condo in quiet complex close to many amenities. Down side is poorly constructed building (single glazed windows, etc.) that is not very sound proof.

Great location, comfortable condo

The property manager was very responsive. The condo’s location was perfect for us, especially since we didn’t have a car. Used the public bus to get to southern beaches and the marina area. Quick walk to the beach in back of complex. Also very short walk to grocery store, drug store, and a wide range of affordable restaurants. Kihei Aquatic Center is less than a 15 minute walk away. Best lap swimming anywhere. Water aerobics too—all free. Nice smaller pool and hot tub in the complex too. Lovely updated walk-in shower. Unit could use a few other updates. For example, more lamps in the living room and a new mattress. Still, my husband and I spent 3 terrific weeks in the unit and would do it again.

Plus items near grocery ...beach....local flair .....newly renovated. Not so convenient...keypadlock..no access til set time...sat outside waiting til 4pm with luggage...after long travel day...would have wished manager could open for us...wifi did not work consistently...laundry outside. Property grounds...dated ....not clean outside around entry into condo....Drapes hard to secure for complete privacy...A lot of rules about furniture ...towels...etc...alittle unwelcoming..... The owners easy to reach with questions and that was awesome. A lot of dust under bed ....homeless people scared my son but we knew beach attracted these people. .......Staying at this condo worked....for us ... because the owners so nice..&..condo newly renovated. Anna

Five star condo in a two star neighbourhood

While the condo itself and the grounds were very nice there were certainly a few drawbacks. There is a concrete company next door that is quite noisy in the morning as well as the sprinklers which scared the crap out of me around 3am. During the day the area is nice but the neighbourhood is full of vagrants and I would not walk around alone at night, even just around the corner to the market. We saw many drug users on the street and drunks passed out next to the sidewalk. The condo is really nice and very well equipped however, the rules are so strict we were constantly worried about staining the furniture, towels or linens, it was a bit much. The beach across the street has lovely sunset views which everyone in the neighbourhood goes down to see, it's crowded. The beach itself however is strewn with garbage and is obviously being used as a party spot and camp for the homeless. Go a few blocks north or south and it's much nicer.

5 Star all around!

This condo checks all the boxes! Great location - you can walk to everything needed (very close to beach & shopping). Excellent condition - very well cared for, clean & fully stocked with all the basic essentials - just grab your groceries & you’re all set! The owners were readily available by phone or email & promptly replied to inquires/messages. Would highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed!

Work remotely in paradise

We stayed in DJ's property during the month of May working remotely. The property is perfectly situated steps away from the beach and walkable to anything you need. You are perfectly situated in Kihei so you can be out of the crowds but conveniently located to anywhere you'd like to go. If you enjoy being steps away from the beach, having a space that feels like home and in a walkable neighborhood, this is the condo for you! We opted to not use a rental car while on the island and found that we could walk virtually anywhere and if need be take the bus. There's a stop literally steps away from the complex. For the remote workers, there's a great dedicated workspace, but I also found the lanai to be a great work spot. The lanai features a large round dining table that even fits a full two monitor setup. Wifi is strong (only spotty in the early morning hours around 3-4am, but otherwise good). Java Cafe (2 blocks away) also has strong wifi and opens at 6am for an alternative work space. The condo is so well equipped with anything you need. We made about half of our meals in the condo and found the kitchen to be well suited for cooking. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. to make your beach trips a breeze. Comfortable bed and overall quiet complex. You may occasionally hear the upstairs condo or trucks at Times Supermarket but we didn't find it to be a deal breaker. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate to book this condo!

Nice place to stay.

We enjoyed Kihei Garden Estates condo rental #102. The condo was clean and comfortable. The facilities were nice and well maintained. Eg: the pool and BBQ areas. There is a grocery store about 1 block away that was very handy. One thing was that the store receives shipments starting at 5am and it is pretty loud. I did find the beach umbrellas unusable but once I let the owners know, they said they would be replaced for the next guests. One thing I did find intimidating was the very detailed itemized inventory of all the items in the condo. It made me nervous to use anything. Overall I had a great experience and am happy I stayed at Kihei Garden Estates. Mahalo Kim, Shawn, and Zachary

Clean, comfortable, close to everything!

This is a beautiful condo which is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. It is so close to everything, with the Azeka shopping centre with many of the highly rated restaurants in Kihei and a grocery store that's open almost 24 hours right in front of the condo complex, that made it easy to walk a short distance to grab a bite to eat or buy groceries. A 5 minute walk to a reasonably quiet section of the beach, a pool in the condo with a BBQ area, and a bin on the lanai that has boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs, beach mats and a beach umbrella for you to use rounds everything out. Quaint, cute, comfortable condo complex! The condo and kitchen is well-stocked. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you Dan, DJ & Donna!

Property is well kept and clean. Pool and Jacuzzi were very nice. Overall quiet.

Property is clean and well kept. Amenities are very nice. Pool and Jacuzzi in common area were a plus after a day of adventuring. Only drawback was the noise in the early morning from the garbage and delivery trucks to the grocery store and buildings directly behind the unit.

Absolutely lovely, all of the amenities, gorgeous Maui!

This one bedroom condo across the street from a lovely beach is beautifully set up for the perfect stay in Maui. We cooked most of our meals but there are many restaurants within walking distance or a five minute drive of the condo. The complex is right next door to a shopping mall for groceries, and just down the street from a CVS. The condo itself is laid out in a beach theme and has a small locker with beach necessities such as Tommy Bahama chairs, coolers and umbrellas and toys. Beautiful kitchen with loads of dishes etc. The bathroom is really pretty with a double rain shower heads. There is a nice sized tv in the living room and the bedroom as well. Wifi is included. I’m not sure what more you could ask for. It was in a nutshell the perfect beach vacation. The owners were very helpful in a timely manner when we had questions. Thank you Dan.

Decorated very lovely - close to pool and grocery and eateries

This place is very comfortable - the perfect size with all the amenities. We are not early risers, and that did prove to be an annoying issue for us being so close to a grocery store, but that didn't dampen our stay here. Once here, you don't need a vehicle - one of the best beaches is a block and a half away, the grocery store is right behind the unit, the Azeka's Marketplace Mall is one block over which boasts eateries, Nalus was a favorite of ours, and other trinket stores including a fabric store. It's a perfect spot. The owners answered all our questions upon arrival immediately - a real plus! The residents who live here year round were so nice, as were the visitors. You can BBQ under a shelter with full amenities there too! It's a wonderful spot and if you have an opportunity to stay here, you really should.

This condo is centrally located and steps from the pool. The décor is lovely. It has been recently updated and it feels much bigger than some of the other units we were in. We were very pleased! Thanks and we would love to stay here again in the future!!
