This was our 40th anniversary trip. Loved this unit! A very short walk to the beach, with beach chairs and coolers available to use. Host responded quickly to questions.

This spot was beach accessible with beauty all around. The host responded quickly when we needed info. We loved having beach chairs and coolers! The only problem was that it wasn’t equipped with all cooking needs like a cookie sheet and kitchen towels. We love Maui!

Lovely visit in paradise

Very easy to check in as I have stayed in this complex for more than 10 consecutive years. Nice to come back and see old friends. The small complex makes it easy to visit and get together with other guests.

It was a dream again

Our Stay was perfect and we was glad to see Maui. It is a beautyful and wonderful island. For me and Max was it the 3.th time to stay in your condos, so we are feeling like family. Perfect Stay

This little condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was exactly as listed and much more. Cozy, peaceful, convenient, accessible, clean, relaxing and quaint! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony every morning and enjoyed a beer, etc. on the balcony at the end of a long day before retiring for the night. The unit has everything one needs for cooking in the kitchen. The AC works really well, so well that we would turn it off in the morning because we were cold. We enjoyed having the use of the beach chairs and coolers for use, we used them almost everyday. We left an inexpensive beach umbrella for the unit to add to the experience. The laundry room is just down below from the unit with parking right in front of the unit. This property is so convenient and peaceful, I can’t stress that enough. We really enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend it. The owner Karen is very communicative and personable! Anytime we are in Maui this little unit will be where we rest our heads and I’ll be sure to recommend to any friends traveling to Maui as well.

Immaculate, Quiet, Walk to the Beach -- Perfect!

Clean (spotless!); convenient to the beach (1-2 minute walk); quiet -- the perfect vacation 'home' for me. There is an air-conditioning system in the unit but the overhead fan was fine enough for me. The well-appointed kitchen should keep most cooks happy. The pool looks like a great place to grill food & meet friends. Only two minor inconveniences: 2nd story unit, so leave those heavy suitcases at home. Community washer/dryer were coin-operated, so plan to have a stack of quarters . The host (Karen) was always very responsive and thoughtful, which made it easy to plan for this trip. I enjoyed my stay. Mahalo!

Familie in Maui

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gibt rasch Antwort. Die Wohnung ist ganz nett eingerichtet und passt sehr gut für 2 Personen. Für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern war sie für eine Woche Urlaub dann doch zu klein zumal es nur 2 Essstühle hatte (Vermieterin hat aber versprochen, künftig 4 reinzustellen). Die Anlage selbst mit Pool und Grillanlage ist auch sehr hübsch und praktisch.

A tidy, well-kept condo with all of what you need, in a great location in Southwest Maui

This clean and comfortable one bedroom condo in Kehei may not be oceanfront, but it's definitely ocean-near, as you can be on the sand in less than two minutes' walk - nice for catching the sunset, cold beverage in hand... (You can also see a small piece of the water and west mountains from the main room and kitchen windows.) We found this location through friends who have stayed in the immediate area numerous times over the years. It proved to be a near-perfect jumping-off point for all of the things that we wanted to do; sunset over the ocean on foot in moments, drive to local attractions in Kehei and multiple beaches in 10-20 minutes, and access Kahului for things like the airport, Costco, Walmart, or any other city-level needs in approximately half an hour or so. Even Kaanapali is under an hour away. The unit itself is well equipped with small appliances and most of the kitchen and household items you'd ever want while vacationing. The building also has a convenient, shared coin-op laundry pair on site. (Bring quarters, no change machine is provided...) As an added bonus, this unit's air conditioning is semi-central style via flush-mounted grilles in the ceiling, so it's quiet, effective, and unobtrusive compared to the window-shakers found in many rentals. The hosts were pleasant to deal with, the building is fairly quiet and well maintained, and the area is less ostentatious (and less costly) than Wailea or Kaanapali. We would rent this lovely condo again in a heartbeat were we to return to Maui in future.

Nice place, but needs serious upgrades

The pool was great. The beach was 1 block away and had easy access. The location was fabulous, but you definitely need a car to get anything to eat (except for sushi place on corner - which is excellent, by the way!). The apartment was nice, but was lacking in several areas: 1. The floors and baseboards were not that clean. 2. The bed was squeaky and excessively squishy. Made for multiple uncomfortable nights. My fiancee had to sleep on the couch because it was so uncomfortable. Every time someone moved, the partner was forced awake. 3. Old furniture. It's hard to determine the original color of the chair in the living room. 4. We were given 2 rolls of flimsy toilet paper for 2 adults for an 8-day stay. I asked if more toilet paper was available and was basically told to go buy it myself. 5. There were limited outlets close to the bed. There were 2 lamps with USB ports that were broken (only 1 worked and was a slow/ trickle charger). The other outlets were behind the bed and difficult to access. Would stay there again only if things were upgraded.

Perfect condo for our stay!

The condo was a great location and size and had the necessary amenities for our seven-day stay. Loved the pool that was limited to the 10-unit condo complex so it was never overcrowded. Karen (landlord) was responsive to my few requests. All around excellent and would love to return! Mahalo!

one week on Maui

Excellent property. Convenient location. Well furnished, well maintained and impeccably clean. Owner was available by text to answer questions at all times. And, one of the best restaurants on Maui (Isana) is just a few steps away.

Hidden South Maui Gem

We had an amazing stay. The property was very clean and sanitized with a seamless check in/out and a nice pool. The condo was small and quaint and equipped with everything we needed. Just as described

Small but perfect size for two people who are exploring all day anyway. Clean and great location with nice neighbors. Condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed. We used the cooler and chairs every day at the beach - those were great to have. Wonderful communication with owner; would definitely stay again. Thank you!!
