Confortable condo near everything (grocery, shopping, restaurants) and very well located in the resort. 3 miles from Disney and near by sea world, Universal. Big porch facing the nice pond. Kitchen is fully equipped, bedroom has a king size bed with an insuite bathroom. You will find 2 pools which one is for kids and also a hot tub for relaxing moments. This paradise is just waiting for you. We also own a penthouse in Dominicain Republic. Do not hesitate if you wish more information .

• Fully equipped kitchen (granite countertops, appliances including a dish washer)

We had a very nice stay. The property was well kept and beautiful. And the condo itself was very well appointed. It was also close to, and easily accessible to Disney.

Excellent Place

This was an excellent place to stay. I loved the location and everything was so close by. I would recommend this place to stay. Clean, well managed, and safe.

Great place

My son and I had a great time here. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The place was beautiful, the bed was comfortable and the pool area was perfect! We had a hard time leaving. Thank you for a wonderful place to relax on our vacation!

Perfect Accommodation for Disney/Universal

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Disney and Universal. The location was perfect, only about 10-12 minutes from the parks. The amenities were more than we were expecting too. We had access to a number of pools, jacuzzis, mini-golf and shuttle service to the parks! The condo itself was awesome - tons of space and a very nice kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone in Orlando - we'll definitely stay here again.

"Limbo Lane"

The property was as discribed in one word BRILLIANT, the location is only a short drive from the parks and shopping malls, very peacefull and calming/relaxing. I would recomend this property to any one looking for a relaxing vacation or even a busy vacation with a place to relax,yes i would book again in a heart beat,thank you again for the lovely accomadation.

Great location!

This unit is spacious for a 1 bedroom, great location, well equipped if you want to cook in, and a very short walk to pools, hot tub and gym. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the poor sound insulation between this first floor unit and the unit above.

Great Location

Don't let the low cost scare you away. I was a little concerned about what the property would be like at such a low rate but trusted the reviews. I'm so glad I did! The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. Bed and furniture was comfortable! The place is gated and close to everything! The porch has a place to sit facing a pond and additionally it has a patio table with 4 chairs. The communication was great. It was everything I needed to make a great birthday weekend for my husband!

Great place!

Myself, my wife, and my 5 year old daughter stayed here for a Disney trip. This condo was the perfect compliment to our magical week! The place is comfortable, clean, well stocked, and in a great location! I'd give this place a 10/10 on all fronts. Nice place, great value. This is not the property owner's fault, but the pool is advertised as heated but it was very cold. Perhaps they have turned the heaters off with warm weather on the horizon. The hot tub is also empty right now, for whatever reason. We were really looking forward to that. Just things to consider if you are specifically looking for a place with heated pools and/or a hot tub.

Lovely place inside and out; comfort was lacking

We loved the space, decor and location of this condo. It had everything we needed -- except comfortable pillows and instructions for using the TV. The owner's communication about checking in was clear and easy to follow, but no Information about using the TV remote was available. The pillows were hard and flat - very uncomfortable. Other than those two things, this is a terrific place in every other way. We'd suggest bringing your own pillows if you have room in your luggage.

Great Location

We had a great time at Runaway Beach. We have never stayed here before. The owner was great. The location was perfect for us. Close to shopping and other attractions. It was to bad that the virus put a damper on parts of the complex. The pool was open but they didn't put out any chairs. And the exercise area was closed. The only negative part was the supplies in the condo. Your going to need to get certain things. That was okay because there is a Dollar Tree near by. We got kind of spoiled by the owner when we use to stay at Legacy Dunes . We found a nice golf course called Remington Golf Club close by. We will definitely come back here again.

Big Memory -- Magic Memory

It was a big surprise to my family. Two years ago, when my daughter was three years old, we booked this room from travelocity. It was called Magic Memory. My wife and I were talking about this room when I was booking. We were not sure that it was the same room or not. Big surprise!!! We booked the same room. It is a very special room to my family. We will book this room if we go to Orlando again. The owner is very nice and sent the information and emergency contacts to us before we started our trip. Thank you for taking care of us. We will see you again.

A Theme Park Rest Haven....

This place is a joy to stay at everything you need and more, the welcome pack was a great start and from then on it got better and better, we never had a car the bars and eateries we used were well within walking distance, Uber and shuttles covered everything else, only downside was the extremely poor wifi, when it was time to relax and do some home checks for family and work etc the signal was awful, I think it is an on going problem as there is a number in the welcome pack to call, not something i want to do on holiday arrange a wifi connection ! we did it once for what it was worth it got no better, that however is and was the only problem we had the place it'self is perfect in every way.

Fine for two people

We stayed at this property for 6 nights. It had recently been remodeled as the carpet and paint looked new. Was disappointed ... Bed was very very hard pillows were not good No ice maker in the new refrigerator The neighbors above us were very loud every evening.. Which either couple be renters or owners. Was pleased They left some laundry soap Scot toweling and dishwasher soap So other then some toilet paper we had to buy nothing which was much appreciated. They left a bottle of wine, very nice. The price per night was exactly what you got .. The location was great and worked fine for us. If you are looking for a nice reasonably priced condo you will not be disappointed.

Incredible Stay

Wow - this apartment blew us away. The location was perfect for being close to Theme Parks and Kissimmee (great place to spend the evening). Inside the apartment was modern and everything was there that we needed during our stay. The property is incredibly secure and we felt safe at all times. The hosts were great at communicating everything and were so friendly with every interaction. A big plus is also the facilities on property, there are so many things you have access to including wonderful pools! We absolutely adored our stay and will likely book to stay next time we are in the States. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent Acommadation

Close to Disney Universal Seaworld. Everything is only min away. Can use hotel across street. All sorts of resteraunts. Big Wal mart.

Great location!

The posting is accurate as are the pictures. Great central location, and love the one level unit with a lovely porch facing the water. My only issue was a queen versus king bed, and it was more "bouncey" than I am used to. I ended up sleeping on one of the living room couches which was very comfortable. Again this is a personal preference/issue and does not reflect badly on the condo.

Pool / Spa area not as pictured

We booked our stay based on the expectation of a spa and amenities around the pool area. Spa has been closed for a long time based on other residents. Deck was blocked off, and there are no deck chairs by the pools. I understand Covid has impacted things but after a year the description of what is available should be updated. Inside the unit was fine, my only suggestion would be to get some new sheets that don’t pull up in the corners every night.

Perfect location and nice place

We stayed and visited the parks right before everything shut down in 2020. The property was exactly as described and close to everything. The unit and the association is secure and well taken care of. While having some nicer towels and linens would be a bonus, we were very comfortable here. The pool is lovely and the view is very nice. It can get noisy, but that is just families nearby on vacation. We only had 3/4 of a roll of TP for 3 ladies and 5 days, so we did run out and had to get creative. But that is probably a function of current scarcity and not a reflection of the owners of the property. We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.
