Discover the perfect holiday spot in the beautiful Benissa Costa, just 250m from the sandy beach 'La Fustera' and 3 km from the centre of Calpe. This spacious villa offers an exclusive, quiet setting with shops, restaurants and a supermarket just 500m away. The villa is ideally located 85km from Alicante airport and 130km from Valencia.

For 2 to 16 people – Tailor-made holidays

Whether you are travelling with a small group or a larger group, Villa La-Trompeta offers space and comfort for everyone. The villa is available to rent from 11 nights during high season, and outside of season you can choose the number of nights and the rental period flexibly.

Tailor-made quotes

The villa is rented directly from the owner, which means that you will always receive a personal and tailor-made quote, regardless of the number of people or the season. During the summer holidays the villa can only be rented as a whole, for the other periods the layout is flexible.

Beautiful amenities and facilities

• Swimming pool & Jacuzzi: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool (12x5m) or relax in the Hotspring jacuzzi on the roof terrace with a view of the sea, the Ifach rock and the surrounding mountains. The roof terrace also has lounge chairs, a dining table and parasol for an ultimate relaxing experience.
• Fully equipped kitchens: The villa has two fully equipped kitchens, with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Senseo and more. Towels and kitchen linen are of course provided.
• Comfort & Privacy: The villa is perfect for large groups with 6 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, all equipped with air conditioning and fans. Also 3 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with walk-in shower and 1 with shower). When renting one floor, the other remains closed, so that you can enjoy complete privacy.

• Outdoors: The villa has a beautifully maintained garden with fruit and palm trees, a BBQ, an outdoor shower and toilet and a well-secured parking space for 4 cars. For the sporty guests there is an outdoor fitness room, ping-pong table, billiards and table football.

• Special facilities for children: Baby cots and high chairs are available.
• Cars for rent: For extra convenience, we offer 3 fully insured vehicles (VW Caddy 7p and Citroën Jumpy 8 and 9p) with a secure parking space at Alicante airport. You can enjoy a shuttle service to/from the airport where you will be handed the car keys by the parking manager.

Rates and Availability

Rental prices depend on the season and the number of people. Prices include the consumption of water, gas and electricity (from May to September, with the exception of pool heating). Outside these months, energy costs are calculated based on meter readings.

We had a fantastic stay with wonderful weather.The house was very good, but there are of course some small flaws. We appreciated the pool area with outdoor kitchen.The sea was only 250m and a sand beach 450m.We give the best recommendations.Tord vidlund /sweden

Viva La Trompeta

We, a family consisting of 12 people, age between 4-72 years, spent very nice10 days at La Trompeta. The interior was nice and homely. In every room there was very efficient air conditioning. The poolarea was amazing and the outdoor kitchen was perfect.You did see the kids in the pool while cooking. Lots of sunbeds with mattresses and bath towels. The neighborhood was really nice and the proximity to the beach was a luxury. If there was something we wondered about, it was easy to get in contact to Yves. Our family can definitely imagine coming back.

Can't recommend

The house is nice, location is ok, quiet, close to the sea. But too many details missing. There are two dishwashers... neither one works (and one of them is obviously not working, broken handle that has been tried to fix, to no avail). Several details not up to date/standard. And owner not to be found (his phone broke right when we told him dishwashers were not working, etc. So no answer until 5 days later, the night before we checked out). Upper floor has to be accessed through stairs outside, there is no internal communication between both floors. Top of the building has a jacuzzi but nothing else, unlike advertised. We asked him the first night to heat up the pool, and suddenly it took 3 days to heat up (supposedly it is one... no clue why he didn't want to help, we were obviously willing to pay). All in all, the house is not bad, but service is truly disgraceful. I would of course not come back and cannot recommend it.

Not as advertised

The location of the property is absolutely perfect and if it was as advertised it would be absolutely perfect in every way. However, the property is in serious need of an upgrade. Downstairs, the kitchen has doors falling off, there was a large chunk of wall that had been damaged and had nails sticking out of it outside of the bedroom with bunk beds which one of our boys caught his leg on. The bedrooms look nothing like the pictures on the website, all the walls need a serious re-plaster and re-paint. There is black mould in the bathrooms. Upstairs the kitchen is better but the boiler leaks and has a plastic container and pot to catch the drips which constantly need emptying. The bedroom at the far end has 2 single beds one of which had 2 broken slats that had been put in the wardrobe. The other 2 single bedroom, had 2 plug sockets none of which worked and had bodged repair round one of them. Everything needs re-plastering and re-painting. The air conditioning unit from the upstairs lounge was constantly leaking and dripping water onto the back stairs access and made them dangerously slippery. The pool area fridge/freezer worked intermittently and we found the only solution to keep it working was to keep it on fast freeze. The list goes on and on. We did however make the most of our stay in this beautiful location and if the upgrades are made this property would be absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was excellent and he did say repairs to the villa be done ASAP.

Great villa with fantastic view and good facilities

We stayed in La Trompeta for a week as a large group of 14 young adults celebrating graduating from university. The villa is beautiful and well equipped. We had both floors of the villa (they can be rented separately so that confused me a little with the cost at first) but as a whole, it sleeps 12 comfortably with room for two extra on sofa beds. The air con is great although only in some rooms. However this is much more than I've had on previous more expensive group holidays! The outside area is fantastic and we spent most of our time here. The outside kitchen was perfect for preparing lunches and snacks and drinks throughout the day and there's plenty of freezer room for never ending supply of ice cream! The pool is a good size, and deep enough to dive in at one end. There's also plenty of seating outside, parasols for shade and an outside toilet and a shower to rinse yourself. On the roof is the hot tub which was perfect to for relaxing in the evenings and there is a stunning view of Peñón de Ifach - the large rock in Calpe. The local shop (Algi) is nearby (less than 10 minute walk) and is very well stocked - only things it didn't have was fresh fish and medicines (the nearest pharmacy we found was in Calpe). The beach is just a 5 minute walk and is quite small but really nice with a lovely restaurant/bar. There are a couple more restaurants within walking distance but that's about all. Calpe is the nearest town, about a 10/15 minutes drive, costing about €10 in a taxi each way. We walked it once and it took over an hour although it's actually a pleasant walk along the coast, passing another beach Platja de la Fossa, which is much larger than the local one. If you go to Calpe, make sure you visit the old town, it's much nicer than the main part, and that you see the flamingos at Les salines natural park. Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time here at La Trompeta, thank you for having us!

Op een paar kleine onvolmaaktheden na was het verblijf voor ons met 8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen een perfect huis. Het zwembad was het centrale punt maar wilde je even rust was er altijd een plekje te vinden. De jacuzzi was ook een populaire bezigheid ook hrt biljart en de tafeltennistafel!! Al met al een fantastisch huis voor een familie vakantie!!

Heerlijke vakantie gehad met zijn alle. Mooie omgeving.Goede ligging. Geweldig huis, beneden was al gemoderniseerd. Wat vooral belangrijk is vind ik, dat de bedden goed zijn en dat waren ze. Het was ook schoon. Zwembad was ook super.

Spacieuse et agréable maison tout près de la plage. Atouts : Quartier calme, grande piscine chauffée, beaucoup d'activités pour tout âge : billard, jacuzzi, ping-pong, baby-foot... Situation idéale pour des excursions dans les environs. Tout le confort pour de bonnes vacances en famille. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui s'est plié en 4 pour nous faciliter la vie.

Fijn verblijf!

We hebben een top verblijf gehad deze week in de villa. Ik verbleef met 11 meisjes in de villa en veel dingen waren op loopafstand maar doordat we de auto erbij hadden gehuurd konden we veel doen. Er fijn dat die optie bij ee villa zit. Alles was goed geregeld dus kortom een heerlijk verblij gehad.

Is niet rolstoeltoegankelijk daardoor moeizaam verblijf

Van tevoren was afgestemd met de eigenaar of er een oudere met rolstoel/rollator kon verblijven. Als je dan aankomt rijden en je ziet een inrit met alleen maar grind!😳bleek ook dat allerlei afstapjes waren die met een plank even snel toegankelijk werden gemaakt. Het ergste was de douche waar je absoluut niet iemand die afhankelijk is van een rolstoel in kan komen. Het resultaat was dat mijn moeder van 87 onveilig moest douchen want je kon haar nauwelijks ondersteunen want deur kon een kwart open en zat dan al tegen kast van de wastafel. Kortom huis is totaal niet voor rolstoel!! Zwembad en buitenkeuken waren fijn, huis heeft veel onafgewerkte dingen waardoor het niet “af” lijkt.

Prima bedden, mooi verwarmd zwembad en schoon. Jacuzzi en boiler waren defect bij aankomst. Na een aantal dagen gerepareerd. Binnendeuren, keukenkastjes etc hangen scheef en knellen of kunnen niet dicht. Afwerking laat wat te wensen over zoals elektra draden die her en der uit het plafond steken. “Gym” is niet het vermelden waard en eigenlijk onbruikbaar. Poolbiljart en tafeltennis tafel wel leuk om te gebruiken. Conclusie: huis met potentie maar dient wel door een echte vakman aangepakt te worden.

The house is falling apart

The house was advertised as in excellent conditions. Well that’s simply not true. Doors don’t close, broken windows (due to a break into in the summer) and the owner hasn’t repair them. I found 2 broken kettles with holes at the bottom (luckily that I noticed before I plugged them in) . Both Tv broken , they never worked. The air conditioner/ heating only one worked. The “gym” is all rusted and nothing works . One day the boiler from the 2nd floor started to leak water, I contacted the owner and he said a Plummer will come. Someone came but didn’t fix anything. We had to close the mains so in the end 12 people had to shower in one bathroom. The list goes on…Our overall experience was annoying , finding problems in the house every day or things started to break easily . The owner claims to speak in Spanish and English, well he doesn’t speak Spanish and when I complained about his house in English , he play the “I don’t understand English” card . He was unhelpful, sharp and only after the money. I will definitely will not come back.

Vacance entre amis

Nous étions un groupe de 13 jeunes de 20ans, super séjour ! La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable, avec une piscine et jacuzzi super sympas! Les environs sont super jolis, plein de petites criques à découvrir, mais il est vraiment nécessaire d’avoir une voiture pour aller se promener plus loins et pour faire les courses. Yves Boone est un propriétaire gentil et il est facile de le contacter. Je recommande vivement La Trompeta

Para olvidar la villa y vrbo

Alojamiento decadente y totalmente alojado de la descripción. Desastre total (podría escribir un libro): 2 baños sin agua caliente, sin canales de TV españoles, habitaciones del piso superior de hace 30 años y mal conservadas .... y todo ello bajo el título de "villa de lujo". La plataforma vrbo aún peor, se han desentendido totalmente de todo, aparentemente parecían dispuestos a solucionarlo pero fue humo y nos tuvimos que buscar la vida para no arruinarnos la semana de vacaciones.

Great location

We had a lovely stay at La Trompeta. The location was great, with the beach, grocery stores and a couple of restaurants within walking distance/short drive. The driveway was spacious and could easily take 3+ cars. The view was really nice and the neighborhood was quiet and well-kept. Sitting in the jacuzzi in the evening was amazing! We loved the spacious pool area, and appreciated that there were both an outdoor shower and a toilet close by the pool. The foosball-table was a success, albeit it was rather dated! We were traveling as one big family consisting of four households, and found the two apartments very practical. The kitchens were well-equipped, and it was very convenient to have several refrigerators. The outside dining areas were pleasant; both the veranda, roof-top terrace and ground floor terrace, and with nice shelter from the sun. Four of the bedrooms were spacious and had AC, and we wish the last two bedrooms (typically kids’ rooms with bunk beds, one on each floor) had also had AC as it got rather hot in the evenings/nights. The apartment downstairs seems to have been upgraded recently (except the dining chairs that were rather worn-out). The two bathrooms were nice, although only cold water in one of the showers, and we missed locks on the doors. The upstairs apartment had a nice terrace, but was more dated. The cisterna in the bathroom was barely filling up, and the dishwasher was out of order. We appreciated the small laundry room in the downstairs apartment. The day before departure we missed a tumble dryer or extra drying racks, as all of the towels had to be washed and folded before checking out. Actually, we would kindly encourage the owner to use a laundry service to do this, and make it part of the obligatory clean-out fee. We found it easy to contact both the house owner and his local contact when needed. Despite some minor flaws, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend La Trompeta.

Fantastic, flexible, spacious, clean, quiet

4 of us stayed in the downstairs of the house for a week in June. Yves was really polite and helpful in communications. Villa is fantastic. Great AC in the bedrooms. Lots of seating areas, good sized pool. Superb views of the sea from the hot tub on the roof! Location is easy to find and was very quiet. Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach (sandy beach, bars and a restaurant) and under 15 minutes walk to a supermarket. We will definitely consider returning again! Loved it!

Gemütlich, Stylisch, Erholsam und viel Platz

Sehr schöne Villa mit zwei tollen und gut eingerichteten Wohnungen, eine Aussenküche zum draußen kochen und geniessen, toller Pool und genialem Whirlpool mit fantastischer Aussicht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Urlaub war wundervoll....Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
