Our home is a very comfortable and recently remodeled first floor duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a brand new sleeper sofa and sleeps 6 comfortably. We have cable tv and wifi. A very short walk to the beach. Beach carts are provided as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, beach toys as well as plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer. All linens are furnished. There is a gas grill on the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with stainless steel appliances and a laundry room is provided. Boating ramp and golf course are located nearby.

This property is a duplex and can potentially be available to be rented as a multi family rental as a 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom with two sleeping sofa's that can sleep a total of 12 people.

This was a short 2 night stay for us but that did not keep us from the area and the amenities of this home! You guys nailed it! Everything was well thought out and labeled for full usage of the property. Great location with beach access! The beach being more private to the neighborhood vs the main parking lot made for a very peaceful adventure, with well over 40 rentals under our belt in the last 12 months, this place is near if not at the top of our list! Can’t wait to visit again

Great location to beach, house had everything we needed. Enjoyed having a shower outback to rinse off with. Loved that we could bring our pet as well. Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Spring break fun

Great spot by the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was well appointed, very clean, and the proximity to the beach is so convenient! The neighborhood was nice and very family friendly.

Close to beach

Perfect house to enjoy with dogs. Walk to the beach was 1 min and very convenient. Quiet part of the island, great stay.

Property well appointed and landlord is very responsive - not that I had much for her to respond to. It's a really great value and steps from the beach.

Great Beach Stay

Not only is this beach escape a great place with everything you need to enjoy the beach and a relaxing stay but it is located on the very best part of the beach! Quiet residential area with little traffic. Super beach location. Well stocked kitchen, clean, and a great supply of beach chairs, toys, and a wagon to pull it all to the beach.
