Enjoyable townhouse 1 minute walk from beach. Clean and 2.5 bathrooms is good for a family as well. Recommendation is better beds.

Our recent stay in Fernandina Beach was great! The home was exactly as pictured. It was clean, quiet and parking was ample. This home is tastefully decorated, with a nice refrigerator that has a built in ice maker, washer and dryer. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in both full bathrooms in case you might have forgotten to pack that! All the rooms had tv’s although, we spent much of our time in the living room area watching the big tv. Access to the beach was just a block down the road which was great! There are parking spots at this public beach entrance. We utilized the parking at the public entrance because , well we didn’t pack light for the beach! Overall it was a great stay! I will say this! Please get some mattress toppers for the beds or new mattresses period! The beds in the rooms upstairs were so hard we might as well have just slept on the floor! Other than that! It’s a great stay, in a great location!

Very well situated to the beach in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Condo is extremely clean. The interior including furnishings are modern and well thought out. Highly recommend.

Condo near beach with everything you need

A condo close to beach access point with everything that you need. We brought our golden retriever for her first beach experience. This was perfect for us too with a complete kitchen and two bedrooms. Will stay here again if we are ever in the Amelia Island area.

This townhouse unit was exceptional! It met and exceeded all our expectations and had such a warm/welcoming feel. At first, we were hesitant to book a pet-friendly home, but you honestly could not tell that animals had ever been in the unit. It was extremely clean upon arrival and we were pleasantly surprised to find a basket of goodies (snacks) on the kitchen counter, in addition to a starter pack of other essentials (toilet paper, paper towel rolls, hand soap, dish sponges, dishwasher soap pods, laundry detergent pods). We planned to cook a lot and we were pleased to have a pretty well-stocked kitchen (pots, pans, baking sheets, silverware, cups/glasses/mugs, plates, etc). All the appliances were modern and in great condition. It was also nice to find a few board games in the entertainment center. The short walk to the beach made the location of this unit quite perfect. There was a beach umbrella, plenty of beach chairs (about 6-7), 4 beach towels, as well as plenty of bathroom/shower towels. Communication with the owner was prompt both before and during our stay. We reported a couple of minor issues upon arrival but stressed we didn't necessarily need them fixed during our stay and nonetheless, someone was there the next morning to fix them. It was nice to have a keyless entry to get in and out of the unit. This was our first time at Amelia Island and if we ever come back, we would likely return to this rental. Thanks so much!

Fernandina Beach Trip 2025

We loved the beach townhouse and location! Public Access across the road to the beach! Walk was not far and the home still feels like you are in a quiet neighborhood with trees in the back yard.The house had everything we needed. Bedrooms are upstairs, which was good for us, would not be able to bring my mother though.

Great Place

We loved this unit directly across the street from beach access. Very spacious, clean, and well- appointed. We brought our own beach towels, chairs, etc., but there were even some of those provided if you want to just show up with your bathing suit and enjoy! Would book again.

Enjoyed our stay here. Location was amazing. Property could’ve been a little more upkept on the outside, however the inside was clean, spacious, and updated. The front door handle was broken and needs to be replaced. Overall great stay. Would reccomend to a friend

A Week in Paradise!

We will be recommending this property to our friends and family, and we hope to return again! This property was super comfortable and very clean. The host provided a sweet snack basket upon our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch. The house is also stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, dishes, and cleaning supplies! We had our toddler with us and it was a super close walk to the beach. Overall, we would recommend this to anyone looking for a close, quiet, convenient stay close to Fernandina beach! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent location

We had a few issues but they were addressed immediately. David and Tina were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The townhouse fit 6 people comfortably and it was very well stocked and clean. They even provided snacks for the kids and the coffee provided was an amazing assortment of different flavors and choices. I visit Amelia Island twice a year and the location was great and not far from main beach and the local restaurants.
