Great location, very comfortable home. Loved staying there enjoying the house and grounds as much as using as a central location to explore Tuscany. Kitchen is on smaller side but open to dining area so easy to use. The property is more beautiful than photos show and the town is a short walk away - beautiful in the morning and evening. Host was helpful with recommendations and making reservations.

Perfect location to see all of Tuscany- pretty much a one hour drive to all the top sites and towns. The home has beautiful views and is a short walk to the quaint town with great restaurants. The home was spacious -- wish they had better pillows, though!

We rented villa Ulivi for week 30. Magical place where you get to experience the best of Tuscany. The house, the pool and the view were absolutely incredible. The owner Lilly recommended a winery that was the highlight of the week. 6 out of 5 stars. We are super satisfied ????????

Super location

We had a very pleasant stay in Villa Ulivi. There are two houses with a total of 6 bedrooms. Both houses are in good condition and cosy. The location of the villa is superb. There is plenty of space on the property and a nice view. The best thing about the location is the short walk to the village of Lucignano, which is a very cozy little village on top of a hill. There is a baker, a butcher, a pharmacy, a small grocery store and a few other small shops. There are several restaurants and cafes. It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to town. Lucignano is not very touristic and very cozy. We missed air conditioning in the houses as it was very hot during the period we were there. It would also have been nice to have the option of more shade around the pool. There were no parasols. There was a very nice maid who came several times a week and checked the pool and took away the rubbish. The person who was not very nice, however, was the old lady who met us at the start of the rental period and to whom we returned the keys at the end. She was very unhelpful with inquiries both before the visit and during the visit. It took 2 days to fix the internet which was not working on arrival. We never got an answer to where you could turn on various outdoor lights and other small things that you wondered about along the way. This old lady, who is possibly the owner, is clearly fed up with her job. But this did not spoil the stay for us. We had a very nice time.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und liegt mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf einem Berg in den Olivenhainen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. An den Bädern und bei der Küchenausstattung sollte nachgebessert werden.

Das ist ein Hasu von dem aus man sehr gut Ausflüge in Städte und in die Landschaft organisieren kann. Außerdem haben die Besitzer mit uns einen Kochkurs organisiert was wir alle als Highlight unseres Aufenthaltes empfunden haben. Kontakt mit den Menschen zu haben ist der einzige Weg um die Einheimischen kennen zu lernen. Vielen Dank für diese Möglichkeit!

Mit 2 Familien haben wir hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Wir haben einen Kochkurs organisiert bekommen während die Kinder gespielt und gebadet haben und haben sehr schöne Ausflüge unternommen. The villa is very well located, in an area really close to the highway, and is idea to have a look around in tuscany. The property itself is very nice. The houses are absolutely comfortable, and cured in any detail.
