Siena is only 32km to and can be Reached by car in about 40 minutes. Also alternatively you can reach Siena by train or bus from leaving or from Asciano Buonconvento.
Castelnuovo Berardenga is only 30km to and all the main goals of Chianti Classico are really very close to the house and can be visited in one day trip.
Finally, the house is about 12 km far from the highway Florence-Siena-Perugia-Bettolle. Going through this rapid communication route to Florence, for example, you can reach San Gimignano in about 1 hour, or Florence in about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
