Eclectic Villa with Swimming Pool set in it's own Olive Grove

The villa is comfortable privately owned two double bedroom modern house with a swimming pool. It is situated on the island of Hvar on the outskirts of Mala Rudina village, just two kilometers away from Stari Grad city.

The villa is surrounded with olive groves and positioned in the center of 1350 square meters plot. The interior of the house consists of kitchen with dining area, living room and a toilet on the ground floor. On the exterior part of the ground floor there are garage, utility room and a large terrace with the swimming pool. First floor consists of two double en suite bedrooms with balconies overlooking green scenery and sea between Brač and Hvar islands in the distance.

This property is perfect for ones who cherish peaceful, serene and meditative atmosphere in newly rebuilt comfortable house. Green surroundings and birds songs will surely revive your energy and get your balance back in place.

During the night this fantastic locations offers you an amazing view on thousands of stars and Milky way. There is no light pollution around the house which makes it ideal for stargazing and romantic summer evenings.

If you are looking for a an active holiday or you just want to have fun, the area offers you plenty of possibilities to hike, bike, dive, swim, kayak, trek, run or or similar. You can easily get one of the excursion that Hvar island has to offer.

The house is far enough from all other houses so a little bit of loud music wont be an issue.

Peaceful, private, perfect!

Such a beautiful villa with great amenities. Situated in a quiet spot just outside a small village, it felt very secluded. Lovely pool and terrace surrounded by olive trees, always with a lovely sunset in the evening. Great views from the upper balconies towards the sea and hills. Zarko was a delightful host and very considerate for all our needs.

Removed but still close enough

It's in a lovely location away from the busy areas but close enough that you can easily drive to dinner in town. The house is tidy. There were a few broken items, but nothing that impacted our enjoyment. The representative was responsive. I would visit again.

A real gem.

The stay was exactly as we'd hoped. Mai's villa is even better than it looks on the website. Gorgeous weather, peaceful surroundings, luxurious villa and wonderful pool made for a perfect holiday. Zarko couldn't have been a kinder host . Exploring the village area and its beaches was made much easier with his input assl good local maps seem non existent.

Perfect

We were looking for a peaceful and restorative break after a difficult few months. The villa was just exactly what we were needing. So peaceful with only the sound of birdsong. Everything we wanted was included plus thoughtful extras. Zarko is a wonderful host, very helpful but not at all intrusive. We arrived feeling exhausted and left feeling healed - thank you.

Jederzeit wieder!

Haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Villa ist vollständig ausgestattet, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, es gibt einen Handttuchservice und auch der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns, dass wir keine direkten Nachbarn hatten und somit ganz viel Ruhe. Der kleine Hafen mit seinen zauberhaften Bars und kleinen Läden in den Seitengassen ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Unser Fazit: ein hervorragendes modernes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten!

Totale Entspannung

Durch die Alleinlage absolut ruhig. Mit Hunden ideal da man vom Haus weg unmittelbar in die Natur laufen konnte. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung.

Pure nature - the perfect place to relax!

A perfect place to relax and to wind down: - modern architecture with a local flair, - well cared for and very clean house and pool, - embedded in natural olive gardens. Zarko, the owner, is very charming and was very supportive to us . Thanks for all!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is not very big but very modern and has so many design ideas. it’s a super quiet location. And the owners are such friendly and welcoming people!

I can't rate this property highly enough It was stunning!

The most amazing villa. modern and so clean, with everything you could ask for. Zarko was so helpful. For me the swimming pool was the best thing. I was in it for the whole 9 days! It's in the middle of nowhere, yet only 2km from Stari Grad, which is so picturesque, with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants along the port. Highly recommend and we shall definitely be returning !!

New beautiful house about 5-10 min to Stari Grad by car. The house is completely equipped and everything is very clean. The pool was the highlight for our kids! very friendly and helpful host, check in uncomplicated. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

belle maison dans un environnement superbe

nous avons passé deux superbes semaines sur Hvar. En premier lieu , la propriété était en tous points conforme à la description et aux photos. Bien équipée : lave vaisselle, congélateur, clim....et tres clean .Ensuite la situation au milieu des oliviers , avec un calme absolu . L'ile de Hvar est un petit bijoux et vous avez de quoi occuper 2 semaines de vacances avec les visites des différents villages de l'ile ( je vous recommande d'aller au village de Velo Grablje, le panomarama depuis la route est superbe et il y a un petit bar très sympa - c'est le seul d'ailleurs !), allez également à Zavala ( jolie plage et juste le tunnel pour y aller vaut le détour - c'est le tunnel de la Moria , pour ceux qui ont vu "Le Seigneur des anneaux" ! ) Notre hôte Zarko a été très disponible et très sympa . ( un bain de soleil s'est déchiré durant le séjour et Zarko a tout de suite été en acheter un autre ...). Par ailleurs Zarko parle très bien l'anglais et tout est donc très facile . Jbref , en synthèse , je recommande donc vivement !!

Härlig villa för familjer som vill ha lugn och ro.

Fin renoverad villa med rum och toaletter som var i mycket bra skick. Poolen och uteplatsen var verkligen en oas. Plus för hängmattorna på baksidan! Köket var bra utrustat med allt vi behövde. Nära till Stari Grad som verkligen är en mysig liten ort med många restauranger. Tre livsmedelsaffärer i stan plus en grönsaks- och fruktmarknad. Bra och trevligt mottagande av ägaren Zarko, svarade snabbt via sms på våra frågor. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Perfect, wonderful and such an idyllic location

Just a short distance from Stari Grad the location of the property is ideal. Such heavenly peaceful surroundings with bird song and olive trees all around you, what more could you ask for. The accommodation was first class and Zarko was always on hand to answer any questions we might have during our stay. We had a fantastic two week stay at the property and were so rested and relaxed it was hard to get on the plane to come home. I could not speak more highly of the property and its location and I know that if you are thinking of booking you will not be disappointed. Thank you Zarko we had the most wonderful stay and great memories to take away with us. It was perfect.

I consider myself as an open minded person and I'm always trying to keep positive perspective.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The olive plot - where the house has been built later on, was in my family since forewer. My aunt was te one who built the house back in 1990. I spent a lot of time there even befor I bought the property, so I knew the property is perfect for my ideal way of life. Though, to make this dream come true it was necessary to rent out the house for a while. I find that sharing a positive experience makes me happy, so I hope each person who will spend some time there will get the best of what property has to offer.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The major benefit of the villa is it's position, it is relatively close to all island centers, Stari Grad is just 2km away, Hvar - 20km, Jelsa - 10km, ferry port - 4km.
Pninsula Kabal is right there - the best area on the island regarding recreation (bike, hike...) and beach activities (there are many hidden coves, never gets overcrowded, perfect for naturists, suitable to take your dog on the bach..)
The villa is far enough from the village, which enables you privacy to calm down, rellax and meditate, or madly dance till dawn by the pool - it's up to you.
Nights are amazing, if the moon is off sight, billion stars appears over your head.
