Looking for a place to relax and unwind? Looking for a place to boat, ski, and swim? The Haven is the perfect place for one or multiple families to come and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors! The home is nestled on 3 wooded acres on the end of a cul de sac so it is very private. You can sit out on the covered deck or patio and enjoy the beautiful year round lake view or relax by the fire at the fire pit that overlooks the lake or in the large hot tub. There is plenty of nature for the children to explore and safe areas for the children to run and play outside.
The home has 5 bedrooms: 2 Master Suites, one with a king bed, walk-in shower and one with a king bed and shower/tub combo. Another king size and a queen size room. There is a large room with a set of bunk beds and two twin beds. There is a connecting 1/2 bath. If you have additional guests there is a loft area with a queen size pull out sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. Pots/pans, coffee maker with k cups and 12 cup, blender, griddle, and mixer are all provided. There are both a gas and charcoal grill outside for your family cookouts. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and nice linens for your comfort and convenience. One roll of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom are provided.
Sit back and relax in the living room while looking through a wall of windows overlooking the lake. For those cold evenings enjoy a fire in the stone gas fireplace. The children can relax in their own space downstairs while the adults are upstairs. Complete with a foosball table, 55" flat screen TV and game table the downstairs is set up to entertain! There is also a ping pong table and dart board for those late night tournaments . The house has has 6 flat screen TVs, Wifi, and Netflix and YouTube TV for your enjoyment, no satellite/cable. There is a cover deck area with large hot tub, party lights and bistro set for additional entertainment. There is a fire pit overlooking the lake, please bring your own firewood.
The house has a wrap around porch to experience the most nature has to offer and both Master Suites walk out to the deck. The other two rooms walk out to a covered patio with a lake view and comfortable chairs to relax in. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and easy boat turn around in the cul de sac. Unlike many properties on Center Hill lake the drive is NOT treacherous. There is a recreation area and boat ramp 1.8 miles from the house and Sligo marina is close by with pontoon boat rentals or boat slips available by the night. There are several hiking trails close by including Burgess Falls (20 minutes), Rock Island State Park (30 minutes) and Fall Creek Falls (50 minutes ) away. There are grocery stores, restaurants and activities 15 minutes away in both Sparta and Smithville. The Haven is the perfect place for sport, leisure, and getting away from it all!

Cleaning practices:
-All bedding is washed between guests including all blankets and duvet covers.
-The hot tub water is drained between each guest and refilled.
-All hard surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.
