Penthouse Spacious 2 Bedroom Apartment with massive balcony in lovely Town

Hi Vladimir, first of all thank you for stopping at our apartment. However in relation to your comments it is worth noting the following response. Initially your payment was declined then accepted. The apartment is four berth two singles and a double as advertised. We note that you used our sofa which shows that you possibly had more occupancy than was booked. You then mention the Hot Tub extra charge and even state that this can be bypassed and used without paying the extra! All this in itself shows dishonesty. As for other comments beach is just 10 mins away at Ayia Thekla (forget Ayia Napa a much closer better beach). The red button emerge water heater otherwise known as emergency water heater (hence shortened emerge) is to be used in emergency only i.e for a few hours in the winter months when there is no sun to heat the water. This was left on for the entire duration of your stay hence causing problems to our cold water supply. We called a plumber out twice. First time after raising the issue but you weren’t there even though we communicated with you the day before. Second time after eventually several days later you communicating with us. At our expense! Such as a lot of other items just left on when there was no need just waste and no consideration. The neighbours you refer to, even got on with you very well, even helped you out and asked just how you are so we are surprised to hear derogatory comments about them. Lastly we are going into town now for a meal at 2030 and it’s open till at least midnight hence us going out later and same last night at Klokkinos. In the time you stayed we had 45 plus messages. I and my wife assisted you with everything but you cost us a great deal, now a negative review. Those reading draw your own conclusions. Steer clear of renting to this person high maintenance, very costly and dishonest!

We note your comments and will take your advice and leave a folder explaining the whereabouts of everything in the Town. We will also update the photos to better justify the more modern contemporary decor since decorating and it will undergo a further scheduled complete re-decoration in late October 2017.
