This is a beautifully traditional Cypriot House situated among the Lemon groves in the sleepy old village of Çatalköy. Impressive atmosphere of the house surrounding with the Olive, Mandarin, Apricot, Hawtorn and Pomegranate Trees. You can enjoy with the fantastic Kyrenia coast view while you are resting under the shade of Apricot tree with a glass of ice cold Beer. This makes it one of most relaxing houses in the village.

The house is very well appointed with a relaxing living area and open plan kitchen. There are covered areas to sit outside and enjoy an al fresco meal or a sundowner sitting in the shaded Private garden under the fruit trees watching the fantastic view of the Kyrenia Coast line.

There are a number of very good restaurants and local shops within walking distance. Kyrenia and the local beaches are only a few minutes drive away. From here you are only minutes from the world famous Bellapaise Monastery, from here you can reach the climbing paths of the of the Five Finger mountains.
It is a beautiful location all year round with almost 365 days of sun each year. The area is popular with Bird Watchers, and the Kyrenium Golf Course is only 20 minutes drive away.

Villa Alison has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom, 1 saloon with open plan Kitchen in it and sleeps 6 people can sleep very comfortably. In winter the antique open Fire place makes a beautiful centre piece to the Saloon.

It is easy to get to us, either via Ercan Airport (30 minutes) or Larnaca Airport (90 minutes). It is just as easy for you to fly via Turkey into Ercan as it is to fly into Larnaca. Also we can take all the hassle away from you by arranging your transfers and car rental.

Our house is ideal for self catering holidays, however eating out is so inexpensive in Northern Cyprus that you will want to sample all our wonderful eateries. (We can advise you on the best places to eat).

Our family has a long tradition of hospitality and have been welcoming people to our Villa Alison for many years. We live in the village and are at hand to assist you in any way that you need.
