Welcome to Tan Oak 36!

This newly renovated, single level, air-conditioned home is situated on a quiet cul de sac a short walk to Fort Rock Park. The great room is spacious and completely open (living, dining, kitchen) with vaulted ceilings, a large sectional sofa, additional leather couch, cozy gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The dining table expands to seat up to 10 and the kitchen boasts granite counter tops and all needed appliances, including a gas range.

The primary ensuite bedroom has a King bed with a large flat screen TV and access to the back deck and hot tub. Bedroom 2 has a King bed with an adjacent half bath. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed with an adjacent full bath. Bedroom 4 is perfect for the kids with a Twin Bunk bed and flat screen TV.

A door from the great room opens onto the back deck, appointed with a new gas grill, patio set with shade umbrella, 2 chaise lounge chairs and private hot tub. You'll find a peaceful, treed view to the back of the home. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. Short walk to Fort Rock Park for some summertime fun.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Nice house for family gathering

Good location, great layout for multigenerational family gathering with several older adults. Hot tub was really nice after days of skiing!

Very enjoyable stay

The house was clean, well-appointed, and ready to use. Nice location on the north side of Sunriver, near the market. Deer and other critters plentiful. A short ride to the Village. All ages had a blast.

Perfect family house

This house was very clean. It was well stocked in the kitchen. It’s perfect for a family! We have 3 adult children who all had their guest. Great location. Would definitely rent his house again

Very Nice Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Excellent single story, nice layout, view of trees out back and air conditioning!

We enjoyed this home because it had enough space for our family of 5 and my parents- single story with nice back deck that had views of trees- far enough from busy street to feel safe and not here noise! Saw some deer come by the back patio- House was very clean and well stocked with towels etc-

Perfect Stay

We really enjoyed our trip to Sunriver, and the house was perfect for our needs! Everything was clean and organized, and it had all the amenities we wanted. The property management team was also very helpful. The house we were originally going to stay in had a gas leak the day before we were supposed to arrive, so they provided us with other options and were very quick and thorough in their communication. All in all we had a fantastic time and would recommend this home to others!

Golf and Ski

Loved the house! The kids really enjoyed ping-pong and foosball tables. The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. Great open space and lots of room for entertaining. Big rooms, lots of closet space and big kitchen with everything we needed. The only complaint would be the firm beds- a little to hard for us.

Clean home. I LOVED the fireplace and the living room. So cozy the couches were big and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of cups and dishes. Huge master bedroom/bathroom. Great house

Had a lovely time. House was perfect for our group of 7. Beds were comfy, well stocked kitchen - although you do need to bring things like foil, Saran Wrap, baggies. Those aren’t stocked. Not a big deal but just nice to know in advance since houses differ with what is provided in the kitchen. Overall a great stay.

Perfect Family Stay

We absolutely loved out stay. This house is in the perfect location to easily get to Bend, head out to explore Mt. Bachelor, or just hang out right in Sunriver. The house is even more spacious than I expected and perfect for little kids with the sparse decorations making it basically already toddler proofed. The beds were slightly on the firm side (which is how I like them!) But good for people who need softer beds to be aware of. We enjoyed every element of this house from the spacious kitchen for cooking, the hot tub and spacious deck, to the ping pong and foosball table in the garage. Being able to check in and then ask any follow up questions via text was also really helpful and made for a very convenient process. 100% recommend

Nice little property with a great layout and good location.

We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable this home was for 7 people. Though small in size, the layout made it feel like everyone had enough space for quiet time and restful sleep. It is nicely updated and well appointed, with the exception of kitchen utensils. There are enough plates, glasses, silverware and such, but the actual cutting knives/cooking aides are minimal and of low quality. It wasn’t much of a problem, but could be updated/improved. The property management was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at 36 Tan Oak Lane!

Great House

Our family of six stayed at this house in Feb 2019. We really enjoyed our stay. It's nice that the house is all one level and seems very cozy, but also plenty of room to spread out. The huge fireplace was great. The house is very well stocked and clean. I would definitely stay here again.
