There are 2 more bedrooms downstairs, one with a king, and the other with 2 sets of log bunk beds. There is a shared bathroom downstairs with a sauna and access to the hot tub. There is a second living space downstairs with a sleeper sofa.

The fully stocked kitchen has solid surface counters, pantry, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a meal at the bar or at the large 8 person table.

A private deck with gas BBQ and 2 outdoor eating areas gives plenty of room for large gatherings and allows for your enjoyment of the beauty of Sunriver. In the double car garage there are 7 adult size bikes, 2 children's bikes, and a baby trailer that is easy to attach to any bike. Although bikes are available, we encourage you to bring your own due to possible unexpected maintenance issues. Also in the garage is a foosball table and a second refrigerator. The large private driveway has a basketball hoop.
