Beautifully updated, reverse-living home with granite counters and quality throughout.

Gourmet cooks delight in a well-stocked kitchen, gas cooktop, stainless Kitchen Aid dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer. The cozy living room is the perfect place to curl up in front of the fire or watch your favorite movie. There is a half guest bathroom on this level.

Upstairs you'll find a king suite with a huge walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower plus access to the hot tub right from your room.

Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bedroom 2 is the bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds, TV and DVD player.

The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom three has a queen bed, TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 4 is a suite with king sized bed, TV, DVD, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower plus access to the lower deck.

Two water heaters ensure that everyone gets a hot shower!

Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house. Upper and lower back decks for relaxing, sunbathing or having a family meal on a warm summer evening. BBQ conveniently located on the front upper deck off the kitchen. Air-conditioned. Pairs beautifully with other homes nearby for family reunions.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Check in went smoothly, they had the AC fixed before we got in which we were very thankful for as it was a warm one when we were there. Very clean space with all of the supplies needed as far as kitchen supplies, towels, garbage bags, etc.

Late summer getaway

We have vacationed in Sunriver for decades, including owning two different homes there (while waiting to build a 3rd) that we also rented out, so we know a bit about what goes into making a home accommodating for guests. We prefer the north end of Sunriver where it is quieter and the location of this property is ideal in that regard, with quick access to the river and Benham Fall/Lava lands trails. The house was very comfortable, kitchen incredibly well stocked with utensils and serviceware (and great coffee maker too). We usually bring our own bikes so didn't use the ones there much but a nice array of cruisers, as well as games in the garage. Sleeping and bedroom accommodations were perfect for our needs. Great communication/ease of access through property management company. We would be happy to stay there again!

Nice property!

The owner was very communicative. Only issue we had was the thermostat was not working when we arrived. The first night was very cold. We requested assistance and the management company said they would have someone out to look. After several hours we decided to see if the batteries were good in the thermostat. Turns out they were dead. We removed batteries from the TV remotes to make it work. Upon leaving, we put the batteries back in the remotes and left the thermostat without batteries.

Fun family vacation with friends!

Property manager was great at communicating with us. The house was nice and plenty of room for two families. Kitchen was well stocked, only suggestion would be a cabinet or something to put our food away in, every cupboard and drawer was filled already. The hot tub broke and wasnā€™t able to use it last couple days but had someone out quickly to try and fix problem but needed a part for it. No ping pong balls and had to purchase some in Bend. The Sharc was not open so very disappointing for us but obviously couldnā€™t help that situation because of short staff. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!

Great Family Time

This house was a great location and property for 3 families to have a mini reunion. The kids all bunked up in the bunk room and the adults had their own separate spaces. There were plenty of bikes, games and space for everyone to play and enjoy our 5 days in Sunriver.

A great house

Loved this house- the layout was great , rooms comfortable, the deck was big and sunny, and the hot tub clean. Also loved little things, like beautiful quilts on the walls.

Great weather and a good location.

We enjoyed the home and realize of course that nothing is ever perfect. We have stayed at Sunriver many times and this was another relaxing and great stay. There were a few things that we would like to suggest. This was the first time that we had visited the swimming place that is part of the package. There was no one there except for staff. The family decided to go to SHARC where we have usually gone. And we never did figure out the outside lights for the front or driveway. But over all it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks. Wayne

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the property and location. Our problem with the home is the back deck and furniture were covered in sap. This made made it unusable, even after the property management staff attempted to come and clean it. We look forward to family time on the deck and needed the space for our large gatherings. Our cars were covered as well on the front driveway. We had to get plastic tablecloths to at least cover our windshields. For this reason we would not stay at this property again unless sap issue is resolved. :(

The kitchen was very well equipped with quality pans and knives. The stove top worked well for prep of a large dinner. The house was great for football watching and later foosball and ping pong in the garage. Highly recommended for a large family get together.
