Nice house with high standard and beds for 6 people. The house has a sunny garden and situated in a quiet area in the cozy Los Boliches, Fuengirola. 5min walking to the beach !.
Just 200m from the house is a very good supermarket (grocery store) That has everything you need at great prices.

The location on the house is wonderful! walking distance to everything Beach 800m, train 500m, grocery store 200m and Restaurants 500m.

House details:

Kitchen fully equipped with Hot air oven, etc.

Fuengirola is a cozy little town located on the Costa del Sol in Spain.

Golf courses are plenty in the area. La Carla is a very nice golf resort with three 18 hole courses of high class.
For children there is plenty of fun activities in the area: Mijas Aqua (Water pak), Tivoli World, Benalmadena, Selwo Marina Dolphinarium and Fuengirola Zoo.

At the airport there are trains That Go to Los Boliches direct time about 30 minutes. The house is 500m from the train station.

The rate includes bed linen, towels, electricity and check-out cleaning.

We have a Swedish house caretaker who lives on the street taking care of the house and our guests.

Pictures can be deceiving

I canā€™t say much positive about the stay as we had a cockroach infestation for the entire 10 days. It was sprayed at day 3 made little difference numerous roaches entered every evening through bathroom and electricity board in kitchenThe location is good the air conditioning is good as is the outside space. Albeit the large sun canopy shown in property pics on upper sun terrace wasnā€™t there making this area a no go during day due to heat.The pool is no child friendly , 9/10 if a non swimmer as shallow end isnā€™t that shallow. Rooms are ok in terms of size , furniture and beds tired and worn looking. If you are looking for a luxury stay Iā€™m afraid you will be very disappointed.

We stayed here for the second time. Lovely house with a nice garden and pool. Perfect location, close to the beach and mercadona. Can really recommend this place.

Great villa

We stayed for a week in March 2024, the weather wasn't great, but only to be expected for the time of year. Villa was better than what we expected, terrace was a bonus, having a private garden was ideal for us, especially our 11year.old. Pool was small but just right for us. Very close to train station, so no need fora car and supermarkets close by too. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful house

We stayed in this house for 1 week in mat and it was amazing! What a lovey house, garden and pool. Perfect location with the mercadona, beach and restaurants just a few minutes away. I will come back!

Unhygienic accommodation - will not recommend to others

I picked up the keys on Friday May 27 at 1PM and was informed that the cleaning company was delayed to 4PM, with the request to enter the house after that time. After being handed the keys, I had a quick look at the house. It was left behind in a complete mess by the previous guests. I left after 5 minutes and returned at 4:30PM only to find that the cleaning was still in progress. After having threatened to leave the house in its messy state and leave, the cleaning lady started complaining about her company assigning her too much work and shortage of personnel. I convinced her to finish her job. She said it would take until 5:15PM to finish. I was only able to access the 'cleaned' house at 6PM. I checked the house and noticed the same bedding I saw earlier at 1PM was still there in all rooms and had not been changed. Seeing other peopleā€™s hair on the sheets, I replaced the bedding with fresh new ones myself. After entering the house my days of unpleasant and unhygienic discoveries started. - The cleaning lady had mopped the floor with just water and no cleaning agent. - No cleaning had been done under the beds, so the rooms were still full of dust. - The bathroom walls weren't cleaned, and the window had a thick layer of black mold which I removed myself. - The overhead rain shower is defective, due to an excessive amount of calcium deposit on it. My first time trying to use it the shower head started to break apart. I switched back to the handheld showerhead, to prevent it falling on my head. - There is an ant and termite infestation in the bedrooms. - Cutlery was not clean upon entry. - The fridge was not clean upon entry. Grime and bugs were visible on the shelves and fridge surface, and I had to clean it myself before using it. - Both TVs did not work. - The pool was not clean upon entry. I notified the owner, and he told me that the gardener would be at the house on Monday and would also check this issue. There was no mention of scheduled maintenance prior to my arrival. Privacy minded guests would get a big surprise if an unknown individual would access the premises without advance notice. The pool got fixed, however returning to the house on Thursday the filter had been removed, causing dirt and bugs to return in the pool water again. The pool shower outside has a thick layer of calcium deposit, looking unhygienic. Garden, pool, and terrace furniture were full of grime and had clearly not been cleaned for quite some time.

Notre sĆ©jour a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs agrĆ©able. La maison est bien entretenue, un peu petite mais trĆØs fonctionnelle. Bon emplacement, possiblitĆ© d'aller Ć  la plage Ć  pied, ainsi que dans le centre. Je recommande.

Calm and pleasant

We have felt like in our house, the location is very calm and you can relax and rest. The house have all the amenities. The house is very near to Mercadona and Pharmacy, is very confortable. We had problems with the cockroachs only, in the bath, but we bought traps and spray for them. We know this ir normal in places with humidity, but will be good if this problem is treated by an expert, the bathroom pipes would be clean. We would not hesitate to repeat if we return to Fuengirola, is a perfect house for holidays.

Muy Contentos con la ElecciĆ³n de la Casa

Hemos estado una semana hospedados en esta cosa con dos niƱos pequeƱos y la verdad es que ha sido una gran elecciĆ³n. A la casa no le falta ni un detalle, tiene aires acondicionados en todas las habitaciones, cocina bastante completa, baƱo suficiente para cuatro personas, habitaciones no muy amplias pero justo para lo que se necesita, comedor amplio con TV de 55 pulgadas y Apple TV, terraza amplia con mesa y sillas, cesped bien cuidado, terraza con sillones en la parte superior para desconectar un poco y una piscina bastante cuidada y limpia para el disfrute de los pequeƱos. Por poner una mĆ­nima pega, al haber tanto verde en el jardĆ­n exterior, hay muchos mosquitos, por lo que aconsejo llevarse productos repelentes. Por lo general, todo bastante bien y me dejo muchas cosas mĆ”s por poner, estoy seguro que repetiremos en otra ocasiĆ³n, aunque el trato con John es a travĆ©s de email, es bastante amable y contesta bastante pronto. Gracias por la estancia, un saludo.

Great Location

We had a lovely weekā€™s stay here (Family with 2 children aged 4 & 11 - April 2019). The house is in an ideal location - at the end of a cul-de-sac so it is nice and quiet - minutes walk to the supermarket which had everything we needed - and easily within walking distance to the beach (coming back is uphill but not unmanageable). The beach front and promenade were great. Kids enjoyed the pool when it warmed up - the heating was off when we arrived so it took a couple of days to get to a decent level. All in all, a great place which we would definitely return to. Finally just a thank you to John who was very quick to reply to our messages on arrival.

Fantastic House

The house is fantastic very modern , garden and pool are great well maintained ,The train station is 5 minute walk and there is a supermarket at the top of the road 3 minute walk and the beach and shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk , its a great location you are so near to everything . We are a family of seven and just fitted comfortably, we have very young children and i would recommend that you bring arm bands as the pool is quite deep for small ones but they loved it , the garden is enclosed and the gate locks so it is very safe for children , so all you have to do is sit back relax and watch them , great holiday . Vackert hus med alla bekvƤmligheter, komplett med alla faciliteter, skƶna sƤngar och en fantastisk pool i en insynsskyddad och mysig trƤdgƄrd! stort plus med takterass. VƤldigt bra lƤge ca 2 min till stor och vƤlsorterad matbutik. Kort promenad till stranden . LƄng strandpromenad med massa restauranger, butiker etc. Trevlig hyresvƤrd! har varit hƤr 2 ggr och vill tillbaka igen.

Highly recommended

Had a wonderful stay in John's house. A perfect accommodation for us with kids. The terraces on the roof are a big plus and equally the nice pool. High standard of the house itself with all the amenities we needed. Proximity to the supermarket as well as walking distance to the beach is a huge plus. We will definitely return!
