Watch dolphins playing from the balcony! We offer free WiFi, 3 flat screen LCD TVs. There is also a WiFi signal extender so you have service by the pool & on the beach! This spacious, two bedroom, two bath unit sleeps eight with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen size beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed. Updated kitchen, new tile floors, updated bathroom vanities and more. Enjoy our beach box filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, pool floats, body boards, beach toys and more!! A selection of books, puzzles & board games are also available. Check in is easy with staff available 24 hours a day at our management company located just 5 minutes away.

Loved it....literally steps to the beach which was awesome. Also...beach service was right where you walked on to the sand. Ate at some great restaurants...Middle Grounds...Salt Rock Grill...Gigi's Italian...Corner Cafe for and amazing breakfast. I feel rested and recharged. Thank you Carmen for sharing your lovely condo with us. Also, comfortable couches for watching tv and comfy beds with great white cotton sheets. zzzzzzz

Our first time to Madeira beach. Everything was just as described and we really appreciated being able to check in late. We had 2 vehicles and were told there was no extra parking at facility however, the spot next to ours was unoccupied the entire week which was frustrating. We felt that it could have been a little cleaner overall. Thank you for allowing us to use your place.

Great place to stay

Very nice, Clean, comfortable condo. Well stocked kitchen and lot's of beach and pool toys. Beds were all comfortable as well.Only thing we didn't have was beach towels.

Don’t let this one slip by!

We checked into the condo and it was nice and clean. It had everything we needed right down to beach supplies and a cooler. The owner was very easy to contact if we had questions and the property management was easy to work with and very hospitable. I do recommend renting a vehicle. There were a few places within walking didn’t there were more to drive and see! The pool was great and the ocean is right behind the pool. Do not let this place go by!

Great place and location!

Very nice condo over looking pool and beach. We had a great stay! Spacious and clean unit. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony for lunch. Beautiful sunsets every night, final night we also got to see manatees in the Gulf.

College Visit

We wanted to stay on the beach as we going a college visit and to be near friends who lived in St. Pete. The condo is as pictured and very clean with super comfortable bed and linens. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Will stay here again!

Amazing stay!

Amazing views, very clean and comfortable, everything we needed in the condo and more! Carmen was a delight and the rental people were very informative. Had to cut our visit short due to the hurricane. Will definitely be back!

Great Location

So convenient to be right on the beach and close proximity to restaurants and Publix. Gotta try the grouper sandwich at Dockside Dave’s! Condo was great and as expected. Great communication with management company and owner! Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay (despite the storm)

The first couple days we were stuck inside due to tropical storm Debby, but even that was made easier with backup generator power and a bunch of board games and cards available in the condo. After that, we had great weather and a great time. The place is bigger than what you might expect. All the rooms are ample size. The view from the condo/balcony is exactly what you see in the pictures. Location is great. Several restaurants are within walking distance and it is a short drive to grocery stores and the John's Pass Village/boardwalk (which is about 1.5 miles down the beach if you enjoy long beach walks). I thought the beds were comfortable and there is also a pull out sofa in the living room. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a few meals. Nothing bad to say really at all. If you want a nice condo right on the beach in a great location, this is a great place. We hope to come back again in the future.

Great place for vacation

The condo was well appointed, with everything that we needed for our family vacation. Even a few small appliances that we weren’t expecting! Lots of beach toys and chairs too. It’s a great location, with a view of the ocean as well as the pool. We could interact with family and friends no matter where they were. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Beachfront Condo

This vacation started with the very friendly folks at check in. They got us checked in quickly and went above and beyond during our stay. The condo itself was larger than I expected and laid out very nice. The kitchen was well stocked, the place was very clean, and you’re right on the beach. We enjoyed the two restaurants across the street multiple times. They were convenient, had large menus and were delicious. I plan to stay here again for future vacations to Madeira Beach.

Condo was nice and clean. Everything was as stated in description. Even though it was spring break you still had plenty of space on the beach and didn’t feel crowded. Great time! We will definitely be back.

Great property, except...

There were several things about Las Brisas 308 that were better than expected: the price was less that most comparable beachfront condos; the condo is huge, the living room comfortably sat the whole family, the kitchen is large, the master bedroom is spacious; the view from the balcony was beautiful, even though you can see the side of two buildings (not a big deal); we used the beach chairs and sand toys, and would have used more beach stuff if the weather had cooperated. The location was excellent- very close to the causeway that led to Walmart (just a five minute drive) and practically any other store we needed. However, there was one major drawback, which greatly affected our experience: the bed in the master bedroom was so uncomfortable. My husband and I could feel the springs of the bed. Every time we moved, the bed creaked loudly, and on top of that, there was a plastic mattress protector that sounded like we were rolling around on a sheet of wrapping paper. By the fifth night, we couldn't take the pain and lack of sleep any more, so we switched places with our daughter; we slept on the couches and we made her sleep on our bed. I wish we would have done that after the first night, which would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

Had A Wonderful Week

We enjoyed our week stay at Las Brasis 308. Very comfortable beds and lots of outlets! The owners were wonderful and handled our calls/texts regarding how-to very quickly! The view from the deck was wonderful no matter what the weather conditions were. We will return sometime in the near future and you should book this place!
