Beautiful beach duplex with a Southern Charm. This place is perfect for a couple or two couples just wanting to relax. We are located across the street 3/4 minute walk to the beach. It will sleep four people comfortably ,and comes with all the amenities of home. If you have a large family and need more room there is also a sister unit next door that can be rented. It is kid friendly and a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the beach without breaking your wallet. This is a beautiful neighbor hood to take a sunset stroll, bike ride or sit at the beach and enjoy the sunset. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place. Panama City Beach has lots of great places to eat, shop, and just hang out. The locals are always friendly and look forward to seeing new faces. Don't miss out on this sweet little place to make memories with friends and family. The fall weather is great and one of the best times to enjoy the beach. It is quiet with no one to bother you. It's as though you own your own little paradise. Once you get here, you will never want to leave. This cottage has back yard and patio to relax on. If you enjoy reading or just surfing the internet, what better place to do it then sitting on the deck watching the beautiful sunset.

Check in process was seamless, the host was quick with communication and accommodating!Just a few minute walk from the beach.Kitchen had basics, do wish there were extra trash bags, we had to improvise with grocery bags. Very cute property and perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.

The best little cottage in west PCB!!!!

We have been visiting this area for over 30 years and this place was the best we have ever stayed. Its very clean, everything needed is right there. The owners live near by and they are a very friendly awesome couple. We wil definitely stay here again. We had a great trip, very, very satisfied.

Close to beach, cute, clean

We enjoyed the unit. It was close to the beach. 1.5 blocks , the unit was clean and updated with a beachy vibe. Close to restaurants. We rented a golf cart for the week and rode all around PCB ❤️ we will be back !

These ladies saved our vacation. After renting another place and finding it nothing like what was advertised, they were very gracious and had us in their beautiful duplex by 9:30 the next morning. Close to a quiet beach and Pet Friendly

We only stayed for two nights but check in was a breeze and the place was fully stocked with all one would need for a beach vacation including kitchen items and beach stuff. We choose this place because we had a pet along and everything worked out well. The place is very pet safe. Enough parking for two cars, a very large back yard area with room to relax in the evening, fairly large bathroom and comfortable bed and furniture. The beach, which is a short walk, was quiet and almost like having your own beach area.

Beautiful unit, great vacation!

We had a great time on our recent trip. The duplex was very clean and we loved the beach themed decor. The neighborhood is very pleasant and a short walk to the beach as well as a short drive to the tourist area if that is what you desire. The unit was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and it felt just like home. We were needing a relaxing vacation and that is exactly what we got. Our bed was so comfortable and we slept in everyday! Joni was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Location location location!

It's a 1 block walk to a beautiful beach. The beach is huge with extended sand bars and clear emerald water. We saw Dolphins playing and jumping out of the water on 3 of the 6 days at the beach. The home is charming and safe. We didn't spend a lot of time there because we were at the beach almost everyday. Great place for running and biking. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful!

Absolutely Amazing

Pictures does not capture the true beauty of this duplex. My husband and I stayed the week of July 4th, and we absolutely loved this duplex. The duplex has everything you will need during your stay, even a washer and dryer. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the beach and the duplex. My husband and I said that we will not stay anywhere else when we come back to the beach. Super cute and clean.

PEACEFUL, NO DRAMA HIDEAWAY

What a wonderful little place this is, decorated pretty much exactly as I would. The owners couldn't be any easier to get along with. I've stayed in many beach houses over the years and have never had owners think of EVERYTHING the way these girls do...the house is fully equipped with everything. Our dogs loved the cool floor. Thanks girls, for your absolute and much appreciated SOUTHERN CHARM!!!

Suitable stay, good location

Good location to beach access and main strip. Furnishings (couch, shower, towels/linens, AC units) were not as clean as other reviews stated. Not having AC in the bathroom or working light for the shower was kind of uncomfortable but we dealt with it. Backyard is also shared so keep in mind if bringing your dog. Decent for a few nights stay but wish it were cleaner. Owner was responsive when communicating about it though.

As for me (Judy) I live in Ky with my husband and work as a nurse,and he runs his own business. We all have much in common such as enjoying the beach,old cars and hanging out. God has blessed us truly by giving us the chance to be friends and business partners. Our goal is to grow old on the beach together and just enjoying life.

Having purchased a home here a few year ago,I had the opportunity to meet this wonder lady who has became a great friend.We share many things in common,one of them the beach and spending time together talking about decorating. we are both Southern born and hold true to our roots.God blessed us with the opportunity to become business partners so,we purchased this wonder beach cottage.we wanted to put our stamp on it and share it with others. We love this area and couldn't imagine being anywhere else.

We have always admired this place and knew it would be a charm. It is a cozy beach cottage, and we wanted to make it ours so we could share it with others . This place has so much to offer, and we look forward to putting our Southern charm on it.
