Beautiful duplex two bedroom one bath with fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, W/D, grill, outdoor shower, and Back yards. Our cottages are 100 yards from the beach, near the best Panama City Beach attractions. Pier Park is 3.4 miles east and has all the shopping and restaurants that Panama City Beach offers. Easy parking and everything you need to have a great vacation! Don't forget to check out Thomas Donut and Ice Cream shop, two blocks west. Grocery store and fish market around the corner.

Super cute cottage. The kitchen was well equipped and open. The bedrooms were a good size and the bed was sooooo comfortable. There’s a small fenced area for the doggies. There is also a laundry room which came in handy when we got caught in a downpour. Short walk to the beach and Pizza and ice cream restaurant.

Anniversary choice

The safe was very and clean. Also close to the water. It was our 41st Anniversary. And the neighbors was friendly.

Nice beach Stay

Property was great for what we needed and super close to the beach. Beach was not packed and very low key. Host was very friendly and accommodating to all our needs. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was provided. Umbrellas,, chairs, wagon, etc... which was great! Duplex was clean and we would def stay again!

Our group consisted of 2 couples and our 3 dogs. The location was amazing and the space suited our needs. My only reason for 4/5 stars is the backyard was shared with the unit next to us that we hadn’t expected. They also happened to have dogs too so it was a little bit complicated at times since they were the “small “yappy” type and we have larger ones who see them as toys. Either way, we were happy to have a space with our dogs and had really easy access to the beach. The dog beach was also pretty close by too (driving). Our host was really sweet and communicated the whole way through. We had a great time

Just the location of the property is worth it (4 houses down from the beach i believe) but the cottage itself had all the nessessities we could need and then some. The bbq area is wonderful. The outside shower and washer/dryer was something I didnt realize we would utilize as much as we did. Well worth it for the peace and comfort. Thank you!

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay! Close to the beach and very dog friendly. Loved that it had a fenced in yard to let our dogs out. Bathroom was pretty small but other than that it was great! Very clean. We will definitely be back!

Charming!

We had a 3 night stay at this beautiful and cozy cottage. 3 adults and 2 kids with one dog. We had a great time. It has everything you need and plus. Just a few steps from the water and local restaurants and shops.

Quiet neighborhood

One of the few side streets where there is no building between the end of the street and the Gulf, you look down the street and the Gulf is right there, about a block away.

Needs painting

Unit 2 is not big enough for more than 2 people. The unit is comfortable for 2 & the dog. Location to beach is great. Driving distance to great restaurants. My feelings are that it needs to be painted inside & the faucets in the shower need to be changed out. The pictures are deceiving as I thought we had a bigger yard right outside the door but it was further back. But the side yard was sufficient for what we used it for. The small glasses in the cabinet are way too thin. My friend had a drink in one & when he picked it up it shattered in his hand ripping open his thumb. Not good. Please get better glasses. Aside from the above I would go back again. Maybe try one of the other units, 3 or 4. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us

Perfect little cottage

I really enjoyed my stay in the Pink Cottage #2. It was so cozy and relaxing. Everything you needed was right there. A very short and easy walk to the beach - 3-5 minutes and what a beautiful beach! Also, I was there by myself and felt very safe walking to the beach during the day and at night. The little neighborhood is so cute and relaxing to take a stroll around too. I never felt uneasy being there alone. * * There are a couple of things I would recommend the owners to do ….. 1. Upgrade the the shower. Everything else in the cottage is relaxing and cozy, the shower feels like you are at camp. Also the shower head leaks when the water is turned off unless you let it hang down, and it gets everything near the outside of the shower wet if you leave the curtain open so it can dry out, like you are supposed to do to prevent mold. 2. Fix the water so that each unit is on their own water. It is not cool to be in the shower and lose pressure and be scalded because your neighbor flushed the commode or is running water over there. They were very prompt to handle an issue with the people staying in the unit next to us. And I also was contacted to let me know the issue was resolved. They were very courteous and professional with the issue. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY Would I recommend it to a friend? ABSOLUTELY

Off season visit

Location is great, easy walk to the beach entrance, just across the street. Property is a shared yard with a second client and amenities (beach stuff, grill, laundry) shared between all 4 little cottages. Space was a little tight for two teens and two adults with the winter weather, but during better weather when you're just sleeping and then out all day long at the beach, not an issue at all :)

Wonderful cottage

Cute , comfortable cottage close to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here and we will be back for our next beach adventure.

Beach Property

Was a very nice location. Shirt walking distance to the beach and shirt drive to Pier Park. Everything was functional in the unit and they even allow dogs!
