The most friendly and warm welcome we've ever experienced

Just ideal, we'll come back, which is the best recommendation. Modern, comfortable and very clean apartment, direct view on the sea (North), all that you can need and wish at walking distance. Thank you Roger for your friendly and generous welcome.

Super!

Thoughtful and generous hospitality, from Roger and Joanne, from collecting and returning us to airport to the welcome items / refreshments waiting for us on arrival. Excellent location, enjoy sea view whilst having breakfast, then step outside the door to pick up bus to anywhere on island, or excursion tours to Gozo and coming. Good restaurants, cafes and bars all just a short walk away, not that you,d know it when you're in the apartment if you just want to relax with a movie. To be recommended :)

Great location lovely views

Apartment is as described and more. Roger and Joanna are great hosts, nothing is to much trouble. Very clean and in a perfect location for exploring Malta. You can swim in the morning simply by walking 30m to the sea which was warm and very clear. Plenty of places to eat out catering for all tastes and budgets. The buses are frequent and very cheap and easy to see all the sites in Malta. If we return to Malta in the future we would definitely try to book this apartment again

Wonderful apartment, great location and views

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for one week and would certainly come back if/when we return to Malta. The apt is just as described and the photos are true. The location is very close to everything and the promenade is just across the street so making for lovely walks in both directions along the sea. The bus stop is 2 minutes and the buses are so easy to use. we used the buses all but one day of our stay. Roger was so nice and helpful to transport us to/from the airport and point out highlights along the way and also showed us around Bugibba so we could get our bearings. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The apartment was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The internet worked great so we could Skype back home. We travel in Europe for extended times due to work so we stay in many apartment through Homeaway all over Europe and I would rank this apt. stay up with the best. Thank you again Roger. Wonderful Apartment, Great Location and Views

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for one week and found it to be exactly as described and the photos were true. It was very clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped as we like to cook. The internet worked great and we could Skype back to home. The location is very close to everything - the promonade is right across the street so very nice for long walks in both directions. The bus stop is 2 minutes away and the buses are easy to use. We used the buses all but one day of our stay. Roger was so nice and helpful to transport us to/from the airport and point out highlights along the way. He took the time to show us around Bugibba so that we could get our bearings and point out the local shops, etc. We travel in Europe for extended times due to work and stay in apartments through Homeaway alot. Hervorragend

Diese schön gelegene Wohnung direkt an der Uferpromenade mit Blick auf das Meer ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Falls das Wetter doch mal nicht optimal kann ein großer Fernseher mit internet für Abwechslung sorgen. Die Betreung durch den Vermieter war ausgesprochen nett und wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder hin gefahren. Es gab sogar ein paar Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung und diverse Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps. Da die Bushaltestellen sehr nah sind können alle Ziele bequem mit dem Bus erreicht werden, allerdings geht es mit einem Leihwagen bedeutend schneller. Es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei: Tempel, Kirchen, Sandstrände, Felsküsten mit guten Schnorchelmöglichkeiten, Bootsfahrten... Uns hat es hervorragend gefallen und wir können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Super Apartment First Class Hospitality

We would like to thank Roger and his family for making our stay in Malta so enjoyable without any worries of transfers to airport and apartment. The apartment was very nice well maintained and modern with everything you could wish for, the smart TV was brill. Very clean and the location was spot on with a true sea view. The apartment had lots of brochures for various attractions and local restaurants, Roger also provided lots of knowledge of the history of Malta Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Have a snack & a beer at O'Reilly's bar say hello to Sandro Lada & Dario Bilko, Ivanka, Mario & Marianna

Malta Summer 2013

We were there from July 23 to August 4 in the holiday. The apartment is really just as described. Very clean, modern, it has direct sea view, internet wi-fi, washer and air conditioned. The best that you can open the windows for fresh-breeze. Very refreshing.The hosts are very friendly. If you need something they are always there for you. If we had more vacation we would stay longer, because it was amazing to make holiday in this Apartment. I would recommend it to all of you. Fantastic

The apartment is a cut above the rest and is a family summer home. We were the first to book We found it spotlessly clean well furnished with all cooking equipment plenty of towels and spare bedding and a giant bed but the crowning glory was the view from the balcony, spectacular!! The apartment is on the second floor and looks out over the bay there is an excellent lift serving all floors and would probably be suitable for a disabled person with or without a wheelchair. The entrance has four steps but once over these the lift will take you to your apartment without any problems.The front entrance is adjacent to a small shop and is pretty much hidden from view. Outside there is a choice of restaurants many with Full English at a fantastic price we used the BOGNOR straight across the road for some evening meals as well, great value and good food [plenty of it] Sitting in the morning sun there, eating breakfast with the sea directly below was a great pleasure. On arrival Roger and his wife Joanne, lovely people, were at the airport to meet us they gave us a look around the area pointing out the best eating places and the finest tourist attractions before taking us to the apartment and showing us around. Roger and Joanne also returned us to the airport a week later, a real bonus. We will give this apartment and its owners 5++++ stars out of 5 and would definitely recommend it and would definitely book again. Dave and Kerry Merseyside UK

Lovely apartment, great view!

The apartment is exactly as described and depicted. It is clean, extremely comfortable and well equipped. The location on the seafront is the icing on the cake, and we had many happy hours sitting on the balcony enjoying the spectacular view. All of the amenities of lively Bugibba are on the doorstep, but it is also just a short walk to the much quieter and more peaceful St Pauls Bay. Customer service was excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. Would certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends.
