Jos Villa Canggu - Space for all the Family by the beach

Jos Villa Canggu is a spacious 7 bedroom villa sleeping up to 16 guests in the heart of Batu Bolong and just a short walk to the beach.

Totally renovated in June 2025, it has a fresh, modern feel, and all mod cons, including TVs in all bedrooms, and also in the 4 separate lounges as well. It also boasts a gym, pool table, kids pool & more, and breakfast is included too.

Jos Villa Canggu is a modern villa with loads of space for large families or groups of friends, whilst still offering intimate spaces to relax and entertain. Staffed by our experience and dedicated team, it is the perfeect place to be able to fully relax, unwind and enjoy the incredible ambience of this epic villa.

THE BEDROOMS
The Master Suite is spacious and stylish room, with its own private veranda, a king-sized bed, a walk-in dressing room and a large en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Complete with beautiful amenities, the suite offers comfort, privacy, and space to relax.

Twin Room (adjoining to the Master Suite) with two twin beds, ideal for adults or for parents with kids who want to keep them close, while still maintaining separate rooms. Fully equipped with a TV and a veranda that can be reached through sliding doors, which can be securely locked, and a separate en-suite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are also located on this level. Both luxuriously furnished with king-sized beds, TVs, and stylish, spacious en-suite bathrooms, these guest rooms also lead out to the private terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, offering sea views and space to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.

The Second Master bedroom (Bedroom 5) is the largest bedroom at the villa. Again, TV and ensuite bathroom come as standard. For those with little ones, this bedroom comes with a separate area with small kitchenette.

Bedroom 6 is the only bedroom located on the ground floor of the villa off the main living space. For older guests or guests with mobility issues this is a great option, and it has its own separate entrance, Smart TV, and comes with its own ensuite bathroom and king-sized double bed.

The final bedroom is the Honeymoon Suite, which takes up the whole 2 floors of the building on the other side of the pool, and comes with its own private lounge area, kitchenette, laundry and ensuite bathroom.

We have an additional two single beds that can be placed in any of the master bedrooms, or the lounges, so for example a couple with their kids could take over the entire Honeymoon Suite

ADDITIONAL BEDS/BEDROOMS
The standard nightly rate is based on 7 bedrooms and a maximum of 14 guests, but with the extra beds we can accommodate up to 16 guests (additional charges apply if using the extra beds).

SWIMMING POOL
The large, tiled pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a large bale (gazebo) scattered with cushions. A small children’s pool is just off the main pool and overlooked from the bar and the bale. The spacious outdoor dining and bar provide the perfect backdrop for relaxing or entertaining.

GYM
For those who like to keep fit, the villa features a dedicated gym with two state-of-the-art Life Fitness machines overlooking the pool and gardens. Sliding doors can be opened or closed and a flat screen TV is mounted on the wall to allow guests to tune in or tune out.

LIVING SPACES
The main living space has multiple sofas throughout, a large TV, and a pool table giving space for all of the group to gather. With sliding doors leading directly out to the pool side seating area and the outside bar. Open plan in design the kitchen sits at one end of the room, with a huge breakfast bar/island and the dining table directly in front of it.

Throughout Jos Villa Canggu small lounges and seating areas have been created to allow for intimate quiet spaces for those that need them.

FAMILIES
Travelling with children need not be stressful. At Jos Villa Canggu kids of all ages are welcome and catered for. With a twin room located off the master suite to keep younger children close to spacious guest suites for older children, the staff will make children welcome and ensure they are entertained.

Dedicated lounge areas and fast Wifi as well as a great pool and a separate children’s pool means there is lots to entertain little ones.

The main stairs have a safety gate, and a pool fence can be hired at an extra charge if safety for younger children is an issue.

Guests have full unrestricted and private access to all the main areas of the Jos Villa Canggu, including the gym and games room, pool and garden, outdoor and indoor living and dining areas, and the kitchen area.

We want for you to feel that Jos Villa Canggu is your own home (with a few nice extra services provided by our staff).

Jos Villa Canggu is looked after by our experienced Villa Manager Asti and her team of staff including housekeeping and night security.

*Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas only
*Jos Villa Canggu includes breakfast, but all other meals and drink are for the guests to arrange.
*Jos Villa Canggu is great for events, but additional fees may apply, particularlly if there are outside guests, or external contractors and so the rate quoted does not include holding of Events.

All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and balconys with views out to the sea.
