For rent directly from the owners directly on Lake Lugano. The luxury 3-room apartment P12 on the Porto Letizia Porlezza holiday complex. The attractively furnished apartment is located in the main building and has a beautiful view over Lake Lugano and the mountains.

The apartment is located in the residence on the first floor that you can reach on foot or by elevator. It has a spacious balcony with a table, chairs and sun beds on which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the beautiful Lake Lugano. Dividing walls between the balconies ensure privacy.

Design
The apartment is comfortable, luxuriously furnished and has both air conditioning and heating. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a large double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, fridge / freezer, microwave and electric 4 burner stove. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a jacuzzi bath, toilet and bidet. The living room has a TV, DVD player and a Canal Digital decoder for receiving the Dutch channels. There is also a comfortable sofa bed that can be extended into a full-size double bed.

Child friendly
We offer a beautiful, perfect environment to, with or without the children, "get away from it all" and relax. The fun animation team takes care of the children from 2 to 16 years. In the apartments and the villa the children can enjoy themselves with duplicate, color and children's books, children's DVDs and much more.

Porto Letizia offers the ideal facilities for a family with children of all ages. The park is spacious and offers many opportunities for relaxation. There is a children's playground, and hiking and cycling trails. Porto Letizia has a helpful reception, a jeweler, a shop with women's and children's clothing, a hairdresser's salon, a launderette and an internet café. the residence is on Lake Lugano with a wonderful lido, sandy beach, with sun beds and umbrellas. On the beach (lido) you will find the cozy stylish Panama Beach bar and there is sanitary. Below the apartment building (Palazzo) on the lake is the nice bar Panama. On the terrace of this bar it is particularly nice to have breakfast, lunch or just an aperitif. Next to Panama bar is restaurant Osteria del Porto. Here you can eat delicious food for a reasonable price or pick up a tasty pizza. The holiday park offers ample parking. For your daily shopping you can visit the well-stocked supermarket 200 meters away.

Nature
The beautiful nature in the immediate area invites you to go hiking, cycling or horse riding; Lake Lugano offers many opportunities for water sports and you can hit the ball on the tennis court five minutes from Porto Letizia.

Porlezza summer and winter
The picturesque town of Porlezza has around 5000 inhabitants. The boulevard of Porlezza is on Lake Lugano with many pleasant terraces and affordable restaurants. In the high season there is often something organized in the center of Porlezza, such as live music evenings, fireworks, boat shows and rallies. Every Saturday there is a pleasant market along the lake in Porlezza. There are also a number of nice discos for young people. In addition, wine tastings are held and you can make beautiful boat trips.

Play golf
In the immediate vicinity of Porto Letizia you will find two beautiful, fully-fledged 18-hole golf courses (Menaggio and Cadenabbia). The golf courses have a driving range, a clubhouse and a restaurant where you can eat.
