This Mediterranean style house with private pool is located in Puerto de Alcúdia and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests.
Have a morning swim in the 6m x 3m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.5m. Up to five sun loungers are perfect for getting tanned. Next to the pool, a breakfast terrace can be used also for a barbecue in the evening. At the other side, a chill-out corner invites you to have a glass of wine with your loved ones. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

This home offers accommodation on two floors and 130m2 with three cozy bedrooms with wardrobe on the first floor; two with one double bed and one with two twin beds. Windows allow a lot of light to come in. A cot and a high chair for our youngest guests can be provided upon request. This house offers two bathrooms, one on each floor, with bathtub or shower.

Have long table talks in the sitting-dining room, maybe while the children are watching a film on the satellite-TV. There’s a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob so you will be able to prepare your favorite meals. The laundry features a washer, iron and ironing board. There’s A/C in the living area and in the hall on the first floor.

If you like the beach and the sea, Puerto de Alcúdia is a good place for water sports, basking in the sun and enjoying the crystal clear waters. It doesn’t matter whether you like to go shopping, are a foodie or travel with children – this town has everything, especially during the summer season. A 10 minutes’ drive takes you to Alcúdia’s old town where you can visit the colorful market every Saturday and Tuesday. The fine grained sand beach is just 10 minutes walking from the house and it is just perfect for families with children as the swell is moderate.

In June, July and August the changeover day is on Saturday.

Appartment had good size and location and was perfect for us

Appartment had good size and location and was perfect for us. The only issues we had were that the house smelled musty and the duvets had no cover / bedsheet. There was no body soap, only hand soap available.

Overall an excellent villa.

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa and its pool. Very spacious, beautiful outdoor area. The pool was quite cold but warmed up by the end of the week as temperatures rose. The villa is very well placed, in a quiet residential area but an easy walk to restaurants and the sandy beaches. The beaches and sea are ideal for young children. The only thing we wanted for in the kitchen were bowls for individual use. Bathrooms were good and there was always plenty of hot water for showers. Overall an excellent villa.

Casa perfecta para nuestras vacaciones de verano en la playa en Mallorca. A pocos pasos de la playa de arena de Muro, cerca de numerosos restaurantes. La casa es muy amplia, tranquila y muy cómoda para una familia con niños (tenemos 2 niños, de 8 y 1 años). La piscina era genial, la disfrutamos mucho. La cocina muy bien equipada. ¡El wifi y el aire acondicionado funcionaron muy bien! El propietario fue muy amable y extremadamente atento a nuestras necesidades. Definitivamente volveremos la próxima vez que estemos planeando unas vacaciones en Mallorca.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir haben die Unterkunft in Playa de Muro zur schönsten Jahreszeit Mallorcas besucht und uns 10 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Homerti hat für unsere Reise mit 2 Kleinkindern alles möglich gemacht und auch ein 2. Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl zu organisieren war gar kein Problem (muss man allerdings dazu bezahlen). Der Strand von Playa de Muro ist fussläufig erreichbar und einer der schönsten für kleine Kinder. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Der Ort an sich ist aber wenig mallorquinisch und gänzlich dem Tourismus verschrieben. Auch wenn die Wohngegend eigentlich durch private Häuser und Ferienwohnungen ruhig erscheint, hört man jeden Abend das Animationsprogramm der umliegenden Hotels. War aber auch irgendwie ganz lustig. Der Pool ist super toll und die vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten ein Traum. Lediglich die Küchengeräte könnten ein wenig moderner sein. Die kleine Kaffeemaschine brauchte ewig bis der Kaffee fertig war. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Vi har haft en fantastisk ferie i et dejligt hus. Vi var særligt begejstret for ude området med pool, som var en helt uundværlig ting for os her i varmen. Dejligt med gå afstand til lækker strand og dejlige strand restauranter. 5 min fra busstoppested med busser til Alcudia havn, den gamle by, Palma by, Palma lufthavn m.m. Huset indenfor er indrettet i spansk stil og er lidt mindre og ældre end på billederne. Vi kunne have ønsket os at der var air conditioner i soveværelserne så vi ikke skulle sove med åbne døre.I Området er trygt og roligt. Homerti svarede hurtigt på henvendelser fra os. Vi havde lejet en cykel gennem Homerti der skulle komme den dag vi ankom. Det skete ikke og det tog tre dage før det kunne lykkes at få den leveret, og derfor valgte vi at annullere den. Desværre. Ejeren af huset mødte vi, og han var rigtig flink og behagelig. Alt i alt en super dejlig og vellykket ferie i et skønt hus vi kan anbefale.

Lovely property which is very close to beach and amenities

Excellent location- very close to all amenities. It was perfect for us as our young children didn’t have very far to walk. Pool area is lovely and the host company were excellent at communicating. Maybe some plastic plates, cups and cutlery for children.

A wonderful relaxing stay with everything we needed.

The villa is situated in a superb location just a stones throw from the beach and all other amenities. Yet the villa can be found in a small cup de sac which is far enough away to not be disturbed by tourists and other noises. The villa was perfect for our needs and we were very happy to spend a lot of our time soaking up the sun by the lovely pool. The only small downside was that there is only one air conditioning unit upstairs on the main staircase. This meant the bedrooms could get quite hot when the doors were shut. We chose to kept the doors open whilst sleeping but this may be a bigger issue for guests who like their privacy?

The house is located close to very nice beach

I liked: The house is located close to very nice beach. The swimming pool was great with kids. Also the host was friendly and helped if we had any issues. I did not like: The kitchen was not well-equipped and was missing eg proper cutting board and kitchen knifes. The house is a bit worn out and particularly kitchen would need a bit of updating. As the house is located close to wetlands there are many mosquitos throughout the day.

Gute Erfahrung mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren auf Mallorca zum Arbeiten und Relaxen. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Wir konnten ohne Probleme arbeiten. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Nur kurzer Weg zum Strand. Es gibt Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wenn man sich selbst versorgen will. Fehlen fort aber Abgebote für Obst und Gemüse. Zudem sehr teuer. Nur ein Schlafzimmer von der Größe für 2 Erwachsene geeignet. Ein Zimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. In denen man nicht gut schläft. Eines ein kleines Doppelbett, in das aber nur eine Person passt. Für 6 Erwachsene ist es nicht geeignet. Die Badezimmer könnten mal saniert werden. Die Aussattung in der Küche ist alt. Töpfe, die anbrennen etc. Es fehlen z. B Brettchen zum Schneiden. Es gab sehr viele Mücken. Es wäre daher wichtig. Die Fenster und Türen mit Mückengittern zu versehen. Damit man Nachts die Fenster aufpassen kann. Draußen sitzen kann man nur mit viel Mückenschutz. Es war sehr feucht. Unsere Handtücher sind nicht getrocknet. Es gab auch nicht genug Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen. Unserem Wunsch nach einer zweiten Lage Handtücher wurde nicht nachgekommen. Obwohl dies zugesagt wurde. Sehr schade.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße

- Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und Strand sowie Promenade sind von hier aus sehr gut in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen. - Das Haus selber ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit einer super Klimaanlage ausgestattet. - Auch der Garten-/Poolbereich ist wirklich sehr schön - alles da was man zum entspannen braucht. - Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out Minus Hier herrscht leider der absolute Stechmückenwahnsinn. Wir waren von Kopf bis Fuß zerstochen, trotz Insektenschutzspray, Duftarmbändern und Anti-Mücken-Kerzen. Könnte eventuell an den Tümpeln in der Nähe des Hauses liegen. - Ausstattung nicht ausreichend (es fehlten z.B. Reinigungsgeräte) - Grill nicht wirklich einladend, sehr verdreckt und verrostet - WLAN hat nicht nur unzureichend funktioniert.

Tolles Haus mit super Lage

Das Haus war sehr sauber und lag in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandes. Rundum Top! Für Gruppen die ein bisschen lauter sind ist das Haus aber leider nichts, der Nachbar war ein absoluter Albtraum.

Lage super. Ausstattung eher nicht

Die lage des Hauses war klasse. Leider war die Ausstattung eher mager. Keine Schneidebrettchen, überhaupt keine Sektgläser, kein Tablett alles in allem sehr zusammen gewürfelt. Wir waren fünf Weintrinker und leider weder 5 Weißwein- noch Rotweingläser. Super wäre auch gewesen wenigstens für den ersten Abend bzw.Nacht Toilettenpapier zu haben. Die Duschvorhänge hatten es auch schon länger hinter sich und so ganz pingelig sollte man in Sachen Sauberkeit nicht sein. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub.
