Positioned on the hillside just above the popular seaside village of Nidri with outstanding sea views as far as the eye can see; Villa Rachi is located in a truly magnificent spot. The surrounding countryside is picture postcard picturesque, scattered with ancient olive groves, citrus orchards and wild herbs. Amongst the many attributes of this fine villa are four good sized en-suite bedrooms and a comfortable and spacious open plan living room from where patio doors lead out to the terrace, a wonderful vantage point to enjoy the views or embroil yourself in your holiday read. The attractive terraces and inviting swimming pool are positioned in a lovely sunny spot so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long – and those amazing views!.
The terrace features a “state of the art” outdoor kitchen/bbq with drinks fridge, sink and ample work space and storage to take the slog out of cooking al fresco and a beautiful dining area with glorious panoramic coastal views is beautifully shaded. In addition there is a comfortable outdoor sitting area (with adjustable tented cover for shade) including sunbeds giving a very stylish feel to this super house.
The quintessential Greek seaside village and harbour of Nidri can be easily reached on foot but it is a steep hill climb back up to Villa Rachi. Nidri offers a small sandy beach and an extensive selection of local tavernas,fish restaurants as well as shops and café bars. Nidri really is a delightful holiday village, much frequented by yachts, the waterfront always full of fishing boats, small ferries and the typical Greek kaiki. From here you can hop on a boat trip to the outlying islands, it will come as no surprise that many a fun day excursion can be booked at the Nidri harbour front.

Please note that this property features a staircase with a beautiful ornate design which contains some gaps and is low in height and as such may not be suitable for families with small children.
To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide. The front door has a width of 115cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 120cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and a mixture of tiles and decking. The pool itself has ladder access. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where the master double bedrooms door is 85cm wide, and the ensuite door is 65cm wide.
