Welcome to The Beach House, a pet-friendly, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beachfront vacation rental located in the scenic Sea Isle subdivision of Galveston, Texas. With accommodations for up to 16 guests, a fully fenced yard, and sweeping Gulf views, this approximately 2,000-square-foot retreat is perfect for beach lovers, families, and dog owners seeking a comfortable and convenient coastal escapeā€”just steps from the sand.

The Beach House offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf from both the expansive covered deck and the homeā€™s spacious interior. The gated deck includes built-in benches and comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to sip coffee, enjoy the sea breeze, and keep pets or young children safely contained. Downstairs, youā€™ll find a shaded bar area, picnic table, and porch swingā€”ideal for sunrises, casual BBQs, or post-beach relaxation. There's also a fully fenced yard and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after your beach adventures.

Inside, the home features an airy open-concept layout with high, pitched ceilings and clean, coastal dĆ©cor. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are designed for gathering and entertaining. A large dining table and island seating ensure there's room for everyone, while the indoor barā€”complete with a mini fridgeā€”makes it easy to keep the drinks flowing. You'll love cooking, mingling, and enjoying the Gulf views all at once.

Sleeping accommodations are plentiful and well-appointed. The master suite features a king bed, full bathroom, TV, and private access to the deck with ocean views. Two additional bedrooms also include king beds and TVs, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or groups with two sets of pyramid bunk beds (2 twins, 2 fulls) and a TV. Three roll-away beds offer even more flexibility for larger groups. A shared hallway bath completes the setup.

Looking for more than one home? The Beach House is located next door to Front Row and just behind The Perky Pelican, making it an ideal setup for family reunions or group travel. Check-in was super easy, kitchen was well stocked with appliances. Wi-fi was easy to connect to. The house needs a couple of repairs (one cabinet door) and a couple of the railings leading up to the balcony. Overall, it was perfect for our 11 guests ages 13 and up and one small dog. The fenced in yard was great and it's truly beachfront - maybe 100 feet from the sand.

Wonderful house, poor maint response

The house was wonderful, however the garbage disposal was broken and the dishwasher full of foul water. There was stench in the kitchern. I called for 5 days and was jerked around. Nobody ever showed up, even though they kept telling me they were on the way. I rented houses for 20 years and although things go wrong, this was a first.

Lots of surprise fees after booking

Good place. Lost hot water unfortunately after 2 days. Prior guests left trash cans overflowing, Birds got in it and scattered trash all over. Good spot on the beach, besides that. Several extra fees added on after booking through VRBO.

This is a great family house!!!

This is our 3rd time at this location. We had my elderly parents and my brother and sister. Plenty of room! House is stocked nicely. Location is perfect! The seating on the porch is our favorite spot!! Great sunrise spot with your coffee! I would highly recommend!

The property was wonderful. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, board games, books, etc. Great location right on the beach. Butā€¦a rental of this price and quality should absolutely provide more than one tiny Motel-6 sized bottle of shampoo and one smaller than Motel-6 sizes flake of soap.

Three families - One beach house

We had a great time here at the beach house. Lovely open layout with plenty of space for all our meals and snacks in the kitchen. Three bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. One room for the big kids to sleep in bunks. So close to the beach! We loved being able to just walk back to the house if we needed to eat or use the restroom. Such a fun property. We will remember our time here forever!

Family Vacation

We rented this property to have a family vacation with my family and my in laws. This property was beautiful and location was very peaceful. The property was clean and the photos were accurate. My oldest son and I enjoyed morning walks on the beach. If you want quiet, peaceful, clean, and awesome beach access. This property is perfect. We will definitely book again if we do another beach-cation with my 7 people. Also, Gary Green was super awesome about our last minute change and needing to bring our senior dog along. We are very appreciative of Gary Green, and the properties flexibility to work with us on the last minute change. Everyone made things simple.

Great house for size of our family. While house needs some updating in the kitchen mainly, it was comfortable and clean for us. Did not realize it was 20+ miles from main Galveston shopping and things to do but it was quiet and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves

Family Beach Trip

Disappointing

We didnā€™t even get 12 hours when a pipe broke. They asked us if we could fix and we did but when we did and turned it back on 2 more problems broke. So they moved us to another condo that was smaller. The condo was beautiful and nice and would have loved to have not had the problems we did on Christmas Eve. This was a one time trip because we paid a lot for it and it was disappointing. I had 10 people and 2 dogs shoved into a smaller house. At least we were all together is all I can say.
