Stunning home. Very comfortable. Very well equipped. Lovely decks everywhere! Steps to bay and beach. Lots of restaurants, little shops nearby, but in a quiet area. Everyone in our family loved the house.

The location and accommodations were excellent. Our stay was wonderful. However, my concern occurred approximately 3 days after check out when I received an insurance claim notice for 150 for trundle bed repair. I was confused as the trundle bed was not used - wasn't even pulled out. I immediately contacted rental owner who returned my message the next day. She stated that she'd look into it but I have not heard back and received a notice that the claim has been settled. I also feel that 150 to repair one 2x4 seems to be unreasonable.

Great Location!

I booked this place for a friends getaway weekend and the location was so perfect! It was on the quieter side of mission beach but only a mile walk to all the busy restaurants and bars! The washer was broken during our stay but it was communicated quickly!

Mission Beach Getaway

This property met all of our needs for our vacation involving our large and beautiful family. We were five adults and five children ranging in age from 22 months to 12. the proximity to the beach and the bay, Belmont Park and all the amenities, restaurants and business and proximity to relatives that live locally in San Diego to come and visit us for a day at the beach, made this family vacation full of beautiful memories. Also Carolyn was very supportive and responded to al of our questions and requests. I recommend this home to anyone needing a large property for a family vacation.

Family Time

We had the best time at the house! The location is perfect. We walked everywhere. We love Mission Beach and PB and it was right in the middle. We loved hanging out at the house and went to the bay and beach. Our beach day was a bit cold so we came back. We enjoyed the bay because we brought our stand up paddle boards and were able to store them in the locked gate area o. The side yard… very helpful. We also really appreciated the two parking spots!!! We would come again to this house!! Thanks

Beachside stay

I recently stayed at this beach house and it was everything I hoped for and more. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views from the porch and even the living room. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee with that view was unforgettable. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to beach gear. It was close enough to town for restaurants and shops, but far enough to feel private and peaceful. Highly recommend for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing, beachfront escape. Would definitely return!

Bachelor Party Stay

This property is perfect for a bachelor party. Right next to the beach plenty of space and its just a great place. Very very small ant issue, which was a bummer, but they are handling it with traps everywhere and we handled it ourselves no problem.

Family is everything

This property was perfect for my family of 7 adults. 4 full bathrooms so no fighting over showers! The best location to so many good restaurants and bars. Anytime we're in SD, I'll be booking this place.

Great location close to the beach and seaworld! The parking is pretty tight for a large vehicle (anywhere in the area though!) but doable with a little work! House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay!

Quiet and Clean

Property was quiet and clean. My family enjoyed their stay and was really impressed with location and its proximity to the beach and restaurants. A bonus was that the AC worked really well. On the con side, the fans in the house can use some dusting and we found dog hair on our clothes. All in all, it was a good experience and we’d likely rent again in the future.

Pismo Beach House

Carolyn and her team get it. They stationed a family ready new house and blew us away. The home is ready made for family’s. The location is perfect and her responsiveness was grade A. When we had an issue with the dryer she got a repairman there asap. We really appreciate that extra level of support. I’d bring my family here every year.

Paradise!!

We took a quick spring break trip with our kiddos and decided San Diego would be a good spot! We were more than pleased with this home!!! The location was ideal, being between the beach and harbor. The kids LOVED playing at both. There was also a nice playground at the harbor too! The space also was perfect for our family!! The two bedrooms on the second level are spacious with private baths, same with the bedroom/suite on the third floor. We had the windows open at night and heard nothing but the birds! Very peaceful! Sitting on the balcony or patio in the evenings was also awesome!! Plenty of space to spread out, but still under the same roof! The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was super to work with, both prior to arriving and during our stay. We're already talking about planning a trip back! Thanks for a great stay:)!!

Clean, Comfortable and Excellent Location

We stayed for a quick (2 day/3 night) stay when in town for a family wedding with four adults and a teen. The house was exactly as described and very clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location is perfect. We could easily walk to the beach and boardwalks (ocean and bay sides) and there are a lot of great nearby restaurants, coffee/smoothie shops, and stores. The availability of beach chairs and towels was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The living area is a bit small but we had plenty of room and spent most of our time outdoors. Carolyn’s pre-arrival communications were awesome and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely

Brought our dog with us and had a lovely weekend. House was clean and Carolyn was easy to get ahold of for any questions. There was a grassy area just a couple houses down that we could take our dog to do his business. The location was perfect for all the spots we like as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Hello, My name is Bryan Mione. I purchased this property in 2015 as a one bedroom cottage. For the past 8 months, we have totally re-modeled the small cottage and turned it into a gorgeous, modern 3-bed, 4 bath beach house.
We are looking forward to having guests enjoy the new house as much as they did the original cottage. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just steps from the Bay which you can see from the top floor balconies and across Mission Blvd from the beach.

My mother, Carolyn is my property manager and she will answer any of your questions and make sure that you have a great vacation!
