The apartment is located about 3 km from the Capo Peloro Oriented Nature Reserve and from the village of Torre Faro, which offers all the services (shops, supermarket, restaurants, bars, disco, post office, bank, pharmacy, hospital, carabinieri, petrol supplies, tennis and five-a-side football fields). The house is peaceful and quiet. From the garden, through a path lined with lemons, oranges, figs, pines, you can directly reach the wide beach. The house is located on the ground floor and has a terrace, garden, parking (2 parking spaces), barbecue, outdoor shower.

The house is located on the Tyrrhenian coast of Messina, in an area very appreciated in the summer months for the size and tranquility of the beach and, thanks to the mild Sicilian climate, suitable for staying there also during the rest of the year when they can be better appreciated the quiet and silence at times interrupted by the sound of the waves of the sea, the rustling of the leaves or the chirping of birds.
