Amazing Beachfront Villa Palms

If you want to wake up to the sound of waves, smell of the sea, the birds chirping and Mediterranean ambience while enjoying the beach front, you have come to the right place.
Beachside Villa Palms is located in Podstrana, 8 km away from the 1700 year old town of Split. House is situated right on the beach and consists of 6 beautiful apartments with amazing sea views of city of Split along with Adriatic archipelago which include various islands.

This listing consists of three apartments right next to each other, all have terraces with sea views. Two bigger apartments have two bedrooms with queen beds, kitchens with dining areas and bathrooms. Smaller apartment consists of one big bedroom with queen size bed which is connected with the small kitchen. It has a bathroom and its private balcony.

Guests can use all of the amenities and facilities around the house like free parking, grill and fireplace, spacious garden, sunbeds on the beach and outside shower and bathroom.

The air condition is partially included in the price, you get some amount of hours based on how long you stay after which additional ones are paid extra (50 cents per hour).

Excellent for a family gathering!

We loved the setting and garden and had a wonderful time. Niksa and Angelique could not have been nicer. Niksa gave us some of their family wine on several ocassions. We swam everyday and the beach is nice to walk. I hope we can go back some day. A piece of paradise and a stay our family, our kids will cherish forever! Thank you so much! Prachtige appartementen op mooie locatie direct aan zee

We waren hier met zijn tienen en deelden de 3 appartementen op de eerste verdieping. Schoon, fris en met geweldig uitzicht. We genoten vooral van de enorme warme gastvrijheid van Niksa. Goede uitvalsbasis voor tal van uitstapjes.

Home away from home with the beach in front of you

Thanks to Andjelka and Niksa we had a wonderful stay in the Studio appartment which is located directly on the beach. A kitchenette and a brandnew Liebherr fridge/freezer-combination (no noise during the night) are just fantastic. The large balcony is equipped with two very comfy chairs and a large table to have breakfast outside, canvas blinds on the balcony will help to find some shadow. The bed is comfortable, a large table inside is nice not to forget the Sat-TV. The bathroom is en-Suite. We enjoyed Villa Palms very much and are looking forward to coming back next year.

Oasis by the sea where they treat you like family

Beautiful house with pretty and shady garden and very well equipped and immaculately clean apartments. We had one of the two bedroom apartments with the sea view, with the sea so close that you feel spoilt every time you step out on the terrace! The hosts are very attentive and generous with the extras they offer during your stay. This is their home and they treat you like you are their family. Wonderful people. With the easy access to spectacular city of Split, dramatic town of Omis and the super modern motorway, you can explore easily. And we did! Seen a lot. Although it was very difficult to leave the gorgeous beach and oasis of a garden to go on our day trips! :-) We loved it so much, we booked several apartments for next year and bringing our family in Summer 2018! Counting the days already!

Better than the pics!

What an amazing get away. Niksa was waiting for us with a bottle of home made wine! It looks just the pics. You have a beautiful beach front view through palm trees. All but one bedroom had a balcony looking at the beach. We walked one hundred meters down the beach to Amigos for breakfast in the morning for a beachfront breakfast. Very clean, close to everything, and the beach was amazing. My wife was even mad at me for only booking a few days, since I was trying to see the whole coast. She said she could have stayed the whole vacation! Would definitely come back.

It was the best place I could ever imagine.

We went to croatia for a week with 16 friends. The house was big enough and outside we could sit all together for eating. We had enough kitchen-objects to cook for the whole group. There were a lot of sun-loungers near the sea, so we could lay in the sun with our whole group whenever we wanted. It was a very nice holiday, I'm very grateful to the owners.

The view of the sea from the balcony was wonderful and the apartments have a high standard. The hospitaltiy of the family was incredible and we really enjoyed staying there. Hope to come back soon again Stefan

A wonderful holiday

In this apartment we were already a few times and like to return. The beach is right next to the apartment with a sufficient number of chairs. Part of the beach is shaded, which is nice when the intense heat. Entry to the sea is slow. The owners come in all forward and are very helpful and nice. Accommodation is nice, clean and equipped with electronic appliances. Connecting to wifi, tv and satellite. This apartment according to his good experience recommended.

If someone asked me what is the best advice that I can give being the host for so many years, I would say don't look at your guests as just temporary residents at your accommodation but rather as the opportunity to always meet someone new and interesting since you never know which friendship can arise from it. I think people can feel your hospitality and eagerness to help and they will always come back somewhere where they were respected rather then just perceived as transactional matter.

Throughout all these years, I connected and became close with a lot of people staying at my villa and I think the best thing about being a host is that I can call those people friends, not guests anymore.

The city has a rich history since the Roman emperor Diocletian had his Palace which is still preserved to this day. There are also various outdoor activities nearby like rafting, zipline, buggy and quad trails, watersport activities, etc. House is situated right on the beach with amazing sea views of city of Split along with Adriatic archipelago which include various islands which you can explore.
