Amazing duplex apartment located in the thriving area of Colindale. Everything you need for a luxurious stay including super-fast internet, modern furniture and contemporary finishes. The area is situated within walking distance of great local amenities and Londons popular attractions can be accessed from Colindale station, just a 5 minute walk.

Open plan Kitchen & Living Room, Bedroom and En-suite bathroom.
Loft level has one bedroom and another bedroom/lounge area and a second shower room.

Dedicated kitchen facilities, including fridge/freezer, oven/hob and all necessary utensils.

En-Suite bathroom with enclosed shower (rain shower and handheld shower)

Free, fast Internet/WIFI (BT Infinity)

Colindale is in North West London and is local to many popular points of interest, including, Wembley Stadium & Arena, Camden Town, Hampstead, St Johns Wood, Primrose Hill and Hyde Park

There are many parks in the area, each with large green space and a dedicated play area for children.

The area is safe and the neighbours are very friendly.

Colindale station offers quick access to Central London (25 mins) and other popular destinations such as Camden Town (15 mins) and Hampstead (10 mins). Trains are very frequent (every 3 mins).

Many buses operate in the area. Popular destinations include Wembley (83 bus), Brent Cross Shopping Centre (142), Watford (142) and Kilburn (32).

For taxiā€™s, Uber operate in the area. They are cheap and usually available within minutes.

There is good access to London Airports. The apartment is very close to Heathrow and Luton by Taxi. There is a direct overground train available from Gatwick to Hendon Station (60 mins).

Long and short-term guests are both welcome.

Not what I was expecting

The landlord kept coming onto the property without asking, despite it being in the middle of a global pandemic... when I finally asked him to give me notice if he wanted to come onto the property for shed access, he started saying that he didn't know I had a dog (he did, we discussed it directly before I arrived at the property) so it felt directly retaliatory. He also continued to come onto the property with minimal notice. This is also illegal, and I think future guests should be aware that the landlord will not respect your privacy at all.

Worked well

Apartment was comfortable and worked well. It was in a quiet neighbourhood and had tube stop, grocery stores, etc. nearby. Help was available when needed. I would stay there again.

Bon rapport qualitĆ© prix ! Indication d arrivĆ©e au top ! Maisonette accueillante et propre pareil pour l appartement ! Je me permets... Juste 3 petites choses Ć  changer Ampoule de la lampe sur table de chevet. Laver la couette du lit canapĆ© Et ajouter un double rideau dans la chambre car la lumiĆØre Ć  5h du matin empĆŖche de dormir plus longtemps. Et changer la table basse les pieds sont cassĆ©s impossible de manger dessu avec des enfants. AprĆØs ces petits rĆ©ajustements les prochains vacanciers le trouverons plus que parfait ! ! Sinon appartement trĆØs agrĆ©able ! Quartier calme et facile d acces par l mĆ©tro parc pour les enfants et supĆ©rette sur le chemin pour aller au mĆ©tro. Clean, modern and comfortable.

The apartment is bright, clean, modern and comfortable, with all that you would need for a comfortable stay. The station is a pleasant walk away through the park and the trains run every 3 minutes into central London, which is only around 25 to 30 minutes away. Simon responded promptly to messages. We had a problem with the key being missing from the key box, but it was dealt with promptly. We would definitely stay again.

Lā€™appartamento ĆØ davvero completo di tutto, non manca niente. Gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi, lo abbiamo trovato in ordine ĆØ pulitissimo. Forse per 4 persone ĆØ un poā€™ troppo piccolo, ma noi stavamo in giro tutto il giorno e quindi la cosa non ci ha disturbato piĆ¹ di tanto. ƈ vicino ai mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno) che in pochi minuti collegano al centro di Londra e si trova in una zona assolutamente silenziosa e tranquilla. Ci sono anche diversi market e punti di ristoro nelle immediate vicinanze. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

Buona sistemazione, quartiere residenziale, vicino alla fermata metro Colindale, alla Coop e Mc Donald's. Appartamento nuovo, molto pulito, comodo e silenzioso, bagno ampio e doccia spaziosa (senza bidet), ma sistemazione adatta solo per due persone, in quanto il secondo letto ĆØ un divano letto in cucina, senza tavolo da pranzo. Comunque ci siamo trovati bene, stringendoci un po', essendo in 4. Consigliato!

Appartement trĆØs bien et trĆØs propre. Les Ć©quipements et installations sont rĆ©cents. Rien ne manque : bouilloire, table Ć  repasser, serviettes de toilettes, gel douchĆ©. ..tout est fait pour bien accueillir les voyageurs et pour passer un sĆ©jour dans de bonnes conditions.

Abbiamo dormito per 4 notti in questo appartamento: devo dire che ci siamo trovati veramente molto bene!! Tenuto conto dei costi di Londra, se volete spendere una cifra ragionevole, qui non rimpiangerete la mancanza di nulla!! Se posso dare un consiglio un piccolo forno a microonde potrebbe completare la giĆ  ampia dotazione! La descrizione e le foto sono veritiere: forse le foto , fatte con obbiettivo grandangolare, danno lā€™impressione di maggiore ampiezza dei locali. Buona connessione la wi-fi . Un saluto a Mr. Simon che ĆØ stato cordiale e disponibile fin dal primo contatto per qualsiasi informazione.

For the cost, we were very pleased with apartment.

The apartment was clean and orderly. We had all of the appliances we needed except a microwave. We had three bath towels and no hand towels. Simon found two hand towels for us, but there were three people... Like much of Europe, thereā€™s no AC and it was a bit warm when we were there, but if you open the windows, it should provide enough draft to make the apartment quite comfortable. The room is on the second floor (this would be considered the third floor to Americans). The ground floor is 0. The room is ideal for 2, but you can have a third person, especially if itā€™s a child. Itā€™s about a 5-10 minute walk to the Colindale station which takes you into town (25 minutes). There are several good restaurants about 5-10 minutes away walking. I recommend the breakfast at ITJL at the Colindale station. Thereā€™s a childrenā€™s playground between the room and the Colindale station. When we arrived, our key wasnā€™t in the key lock box, but Simon quickly responded and brought us a key. Overall there were no problems with the room. Not immaculate but nothing bad at all. Itā€™s a little piece out from London proper but easily accessible and decently priced. Taxis and Uber are available. Flat rate taxi to Gatwick is $70-75. That will probably be cheaper than Uber.

The room felt spacious and comfortable to hold 3 people comfortably.

The room had plenty of seating and outlets, the bathroom was large and spacious. The tea kettle wouldnā€™t heat up my water, but I had costa coffee shops on either side of me.

Cute Bright Loft

This is a very clean and bright loft, with an ideal location close to the tube system. We came with a party of 4, which was cramped for this tiny apartment, but if you donā€™t mind being on top of each other a little, it is totally doable. It is roomy for two, and kinda ideal for two and a child. It has everything you could need, shower, fitted Kitchen, and even laundry, which we took full advantage of. We loved that we could hop on a tube in be in central London, or jump in our rental car and see the country. It truly is in the most ideal location. None of my party nor myself have anything bad to say about his little rental, we all thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Unfassbar!

So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die Wohnung war ungeputzt beim Eintreffen, die MĆ¼lleimer voll. Das Bettzeug war noch vom VorgƤnger, mit Flecken versehen und nicht gewechselt. HandtĆ¼cher waren nur 3 vorhanden obwohl wir zu viert gebucht hatten. Diese waren auch noch nass von den Vormietern und auf dem FuƟboden im schmutzigen Bad platziert. Als Antwort auf unsere Reklamationen erhielten wir den Rat, dass wir die HandtĆ¼cher doch in der Waschmaschine waschen kƶnnen und anschlieƟend auch noch trocknen. Wir verlieƟen die Wohnung am Folgetag wieder und suchten uns etwas anderes. Weitere Kontaktaufnahmen gab es nicht. Eine Ɯbernachtung kann definitiv nicht empfohlen werden.

Compact, cosy, clean and good area with easy access to central london

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights, the property was compact and had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and cosy. Nice little tourist information touches. The station is very close and less than 30 mins to central London, lots of supermarkets and anything else you might need to nip out for! We loved our stay here and definitely recommend to anyone else as we would definitely book again.

Het appartementje was prima voor mij en mijn zoon (6). Klein maar schoon en netjes. Prima bed en ook op de slaapbank kan je goed slapen. Fijn om een aparte slaapkamer te hebben.

The apartment was in a great location, wonderfully clean, and had a basket full of local tour guides

We had a great experience in this apartment! It was in a quiet neighborhood but was close enough to the tube to be only a quick ride away from the hustle and bustle of downtown London. It was close to a grocery store and quite a few little restaurants and cheap pubs. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in London.

Great, clean space convenient to Colindale Station.

Simon was a great host. We had an initial mix up and Simon took care of it quickly and ensured we were happy. The space is small but we did not have any trouble with storage and being able to close the door between the two rooms allowed for privavcy.
