This exclusive apartment has it all: modern design and dazzling sea views . Apartment is situated on the hill just above the old part of Cavtat offering amazing view on Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik, remarkable tranquility and the convenience of being within easy walking distance.
The apartment is very spacious with over 100sqm of living accommodation, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is designed to cater for a party up to 6 guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen and dining furniture, with sliding glass doors that lead to a furnished balcony with breathtaking sea views, the perfect spot for enjoying an afternoon read or an evening glass of wine. Apartment amenities include air conditioning in every room, satellite TV, wireless Internet, DVD player, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, baby cots. No pets, no smoking. The villa has secured parking spaces
This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.
Apartment is located only 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found on the famous seaside promenade, ideal for those who enjoy the nature and long sunset walks. Find a lovely place and drink a coffee in one of many cafes and bars while enjoying in magnificent atmosphere

A bus stop can be found 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Dubrovnik Airport is 5 miles away. Dubrovnik is 11 miles away, and can be reached by bus or boat.

Amazing

Exceeded all expectations. Fabulous hosts. You can’t beat the views. The apartment is spacious, bright with everything you need. We’ve been to many VRBO (only in Canada though) This was the cleanest of all. Kind regards Wendy

5 Star property with lovely owners

Stayed here for 8 days and the property and its owners were excellent. The property is very well maintained and has everything you need for your stay. The apartment was spotless, with great views down over Cavtat and towards Dubrovnik. The owners were quick to answer any queries and were so friendly and helpful. We walked down into Cavtat every day, but were happy to let Uber bring us back up to the property for a very reasonable amount - it is walkable back up if you’re a bit fitter than us 😊. We travel extensively and I can’t fault the apartment, we all had a lovely week

Our Stay at Villa Sandra

Villa Sandra is amazing! It's a huge apartment, as is the terrace. Furnishings throughout were the highest standard & the sea view is beautiful & includes Dubrovnik's old town. The villa is perfectly located 10 mins from the airport, & is really peaceful. Cavtat was wonderful, littered with great restaurants dotted around the 3 harbour inlets. It never felt overcrowded & we found it easy getting tables overlooking the harbour, which was beautiful. We traveled with our 14 year old son, who loves the water, and there was lots to do! You can take a boat taxi to Dubrovnik, there are various boat tours, you can hire a private boat, & there is a watersports centre at the far side of the harbour that the teams whizz you over to in a speedboat, for even easier access. The Villa is about a 15 min walk from the harbour, up a medium hill; easy to come down, but back up we decided to get Ubers, which were so easy to book & very well priced. Too many plus points to mention, but Srecko, Sandra's husband went above & beyond. He took us to a supermarket near Dubrovnik on our 1st day, & collected us from another during the week. He was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. There are 2 supermarkets near the bus station in Cavtat, amply well stocked though, so if you don't need a weekly shop, please save him the trouble (much as nothing is an inconvenience to such a nice man). We miss everything about our hols already! Can't recommend enough. Thank you Sandra & Srecko!!!

Perfect Penthouse

I wish I could give this apartment more than 5 stars as we had a truly fantastic stay at Villa Sandra. We received an incredibly warm welcome from Sandra and Srecko and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotless, very well-equipped and had so many ‘little extras’ that made such a difference to our 10-day stay. The peaceful location (along with the amazing view) suited us perfectly and the 20 minute walk back from the harbour was not a problem, but an Uber was only €3-€4 and always available. We absolutely loved Cavtat and felt so lucky to have stayed at Villa Sandra. Book it - you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful

My best friend and I stayed at this wonderful apartment for a week . We were picked up by taxi from the airport. This was kindly arranged by Sandra the host. We travelled the short distance from the airport where Sandra met us and greeted us at the apartment. We were shown around and told if we needed anything just to contact her . Later that afternoon Sandra’s husband took us to the supermarket to buy any supplies we needed. The apartment has great views, is very spacious and well equipped. The English films, news, sports channels etc is an added bonus if you have time to watch . It is quite a walk as mentioned in other reviews to the main restaurants but you can get the number 10 bus for €1.60 which takes you half way up or down. Also taxis are readily available. The closest restaurant (By The Way) is about a10 min walk and serves great food and much cheaper and bigger portions than any other restaurant we tried . We loved every minute of our stay at Sandra’s villa . Sandra and her husband are perfect hosts

Fabulous Apartment

This is a five star modern well appointed Apartment with first class friendly owners The views from the apartment are outstanding, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The town is beautiful with lots of first class restaurants and bars, pleasant ferry ride to Dubrovnik very happy with our stay

The accommodation was perfect everything and more in the description and photos. Sandra and her husband are so welcoming lovely people collected us and took us back to the airport. Thank you for letting us stay it was very relaxing even though we had lots of rain. Plenty of good restaurants and lovely walks around the town. The hills and steps has helped the fitness!! But not to be put off a beautiful place we will definitely be back but when the sun is out

Tolles Apartment!

Ein Wohlfühl-Apartment, mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Adria, bis nach Dubrovnik! Sehr gepflegte, saubere Zimmer. Die Gastgeber, einschließlich der Großeltern sind sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Ein Tipp...mit einem Mietwagen war unser Uraub perfekt!

Great place with a wonderful view

Very close to the airport, the apartment had everything we needed and an amazing view of the bay of Kavtat. Easy drive or water taxi to Dubrovnik, which was even more beautiful than we expected. Would definitely recommend.

Geweldig appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Het appartement is precies zoals omschreven in de advertentie. Ruim, zeer schoon, modern, voorzien van alle faciliteiten en met een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee. De eigenaren zijn gastvrij en goed bereikbaar indien nodig. Cavtat is een leuk plaatsje met een paar supermarkten, bakkers en veel restaurantjes. Er vertrekken boten naar Dubrovnik of nabij gelegen eilandjes. Ook kan je in de haven je eigen bootje huren. Er zijn veel kleine baaitjes om te zwemmen. Aan de andere kant van het plaatsje is een groot (kiezel) strand, geschikt voor kleinere kinderen, waar ligbedden en parasols verhuurd worden.

Perfect weeks stay

Sandra's husband Srecko kindly collected us from Dubrovnik airport and chatted to us on the short journey to their accommodation. It was clear from previous communication with Sandra and talking to Srecko they were friendly warm people. The 3 bedroom penthouse appartment was superb. Unbelievable views to Dubrovnik with a beautiful sunset each evening. 3 perfect double bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and massive lounge. Our bedroom and the lounge had large patio doors opening in to a large private balcony which was furnished with sunbeds etc. Srecko even drove us to Dubrovnik for us to catch a bus at the end if our stay. Streckos parents live on the ground floor (Grandad) He was a lovely man who found my swimming shorts when they blew off of the balcony one evening. If you want superb accommodation and lovely hosts please book this. Note. We are now staying in a nice hotel on Brac island in a very expensive room. The air conditioning and facilities do not come close to Villa Sandra. Thank you for our lovely week Rob and Sue.

Fabulous Holidays in Cavtat

Very nice and clean appartement near Cavtat center. We had a great time at Sandras house. Everyone of her family is so friendly and helpful. The view over the ocean and on the mountains is spectacular. Thank you for this very nice time in your house.

Perfect Vacation in Low Season

Absolutely wonderful vrbo!

Spectacular view, and watching the sun set on the Adriatic from the deck was incredible. Spotless 3 bedroom, 2 bath, laundry, all expected appliances, huge deck with comfortable chairs, etc. Owner is fantastic, very accommodating, even printing our covid results for us which we needed to travel back home. Amazing property that I would highly recommend to others, and we hope to return in the future!

Fantastic stay

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this wonderful apartment, it was perfect in every way. The owners were a lovely couple who couldn't have been more helpful providing lifts if needed, helpful information on the area and always a warm greeting. We travelled as a family of 4 and the accommodation was the perfect size for us with modern fixtures and comfy beds. I would recommend Villa Sandra to family and friends and would not hesitate to return in the future. Laurence & family.

Beatiful apartment with an amazing view

Apartment was as good as they show in the pictures. Host Sandra and her husband were very friendly and helpful. Cavtat was really nice village, we prefered it even more than Dubrovnik, since it was easier to go around with strollers. Apartment was on top of a hill, so walk there was little challenging for some of us, but the view was worth the climb. I would recommend the place for anyone who likes to spent their vacation in a nice and easy place near Dubrovnik.

Wonderful apartment

Stayed for a few days with friends to explore the region. Our hosts went above and beyond offering rides and accommodating our staggered arrival times. We stayed in for dinner a few nights and the kitchen was great. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying in Villa Sandra for a week & to say the property is first class is an understatement, it totally exceeded our expectations. The view, hosts, apartment itself & facilities were all to the highest of standards. The area is quiet yet close enough to walk to the supermarket or catch a bus to the centre of Cavtat, it is walkable but an uphill walk. The hosts Sandra & Srecko were so accommodating & nothing too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone.

Excellent Property

We stayed 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Property was very well equipped and spacious and we couldn’t want for more. Location is great away from main centre but only 5 minute taxi or 15 minute walk.

We were so lucky to find this property in Cavtat. Absolutely spotless, quiet, and everything you need for your holiday! Very modern. Fantastic views to the sea and to Dubrovnik. The hosts felt more like family. They were always helpful to us. Their generosity and warmth made our stay even better! I would highly recommend and look forward to a visit again!
