Darka, You told me from the time you arrived that you would leave me a bad review, So this response was to be expected. However most of this is untrue. To start we went ahead and told you that you could have an early check-in and late check out with no issues. You were responded to within 1 minute of asking this. I got 2 calls Friday night, I responded as soon as I was able I also got a text message from a unknown person and number who said they were at the residence asking how to make the tv work, Turn on heat and extra linens. I responded promptly to the questions. However I then got a Text back extremely rude complaining and arguing about the no cancellation policy. I then in the mean time returned Darla’s call, Which did not go well as she wanted to fight and argue along with someone else, She stated all things were handled and they would leave me a bad review upon departure. I contacted VRBO and started a case and looked at my options, After talking with VRBO I decided to let them stay and see how things went. I was also advised by VRBO to make sure all contact went through the VRBO website, I also sent screens shots of text messages, Calls and call times to VRBO. The following day I got another text asking how to use heat in the small cabin, I stated we needed to go through VRBO email to communicate any further, I explained where the thermostat was and how to turn heat up on it. No Further communication was heard until Monday afternoon when she emailed and stated they couldn’t figure out how to use the lock box and get the keys back in it and her friend that was with was a Realitor and used many of lock boxes but was unable to use mine, Keys were found on the ground. As far as the 15 items wrote about are untrue, I personally inspected the place as 230 pm the day of there arrival ( as they were suppose to be there at 3 per there early check in request ). 1. The lights don’t blink, The master bedroom has a delayed light response when turning it on, Has been verified by a certified electrician. 2. There was no coffee pot with mold 3. Outside lights all work, Perhaps you turned the switch off for them ? 5. There was no blanket with puke, Blankets are washed dried and folded each time. 6. Heat in the second cabin I explained how to use, You were told how to use the thermostat and told to put to desired temps, It was 87 the day you arrived. 7.
