Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean from your private balcony and watch the wildlife in the marsh and lagoons. Updated and new to the market. Sleeps 4 and comes with twin beds in guest room and queen bed in master bedroom. Does have a pull out couch.
Rental includes free WiFi, beach chairs, umbrella, cart to carry everything to the beach, just bring your beach towels. Enjoy our beach cabana, “Coco’s,on the beach.”
Towels, linens and beginning supplies are included with your stay.

Beautiful Property

This is our second trip to Hilton Head Resort but a different condo. The condo is beautiful, beds were comfy, and location is great. We did have a few issues however the host was great with helping and responsive to help with what we needed. Always a huge plus! Thanks Donna!

Great for family!

The villa was nice and had everything we needed. Pretty view of the marsh and you can see the ocean. The screened balcony was nice to sit on and not worry about bugs! It is in building 2 which seems to be the quietest one from our stays. Having the indoor and outdoor pool options was nice as well. Short walk to the beach and it’s not crowded. Nice place!

Perfect location, view, and amenities

The listing was just as described and in perfect condition! The view from the balcony was perfect. I liked the screen on the balcony so we could enjoy it without insects! Also appreciated the small things you don't ways see like good knives, colander, and cutting boards. Very helpful to have all the beach stuff in storage that we could also use! Also loved the property for having indoor pool and spa when the weather wasn't ideal. Would book again!

Beautiful view and helpful host

We had an all-time memorable stay in Hilton Head! There was an issue with the AC while we were there (not our host's fault—it was related to the building as a whole), and she was so kind and responsive throughout the ordeal. We loved the unit and the view. My only complaint was that door on the room with two beds did not close properly. This made it challenging with two small kids. Overall, excellent experience!

Relaxing

This is my 4th time staying at the HH Resort, and my first in this particular unit. The unit is exactly has pictured. Easy to check in and you get the view of the ocean from the balcony. Compared to the 2 other units I've stayed in there were a few things missing ; the kitchen has your basic needs but nothing above and beyond if you enjoy creating some of your fav summer dishes/drinks. There was no dishsoap in the kitchen or starter bars of soap in the bathrooms. Ample towels/linens and beach chairs and toys available.

Thank you for your review. I checked with my cleaning people to see why the dish detergent was not there and soap in the bathrooms. They stated the soaps were placed in the bathrooms along with hand soap. The dish detergent is often used up by previous renters but there was dishwasher detergent. As to supplies, I have a blender, mixer, crock pot and all other utensils but ingredients for cooking, other than salt and pepper are not left. I have had complaints of renters leaving stuff to use. I have advised my cleaning people to remove previous cooking/ eating stuff. I do not feel it is safe to leave behind. Starter supplies are included. Thank you, Donna

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. My kids and I came to Hilton Head for spring break. We travel to Hilton Head numerous times a year and normally stay in the Palmetto Dunes Plantation, but on this trip, we wanted to stay in the same resort our friends were staying in. Their family owns a condo in Hilton Head Resort. I was nervous about branching out outside of PD, but we ended up having a great stay. The condo was spacious and very clean. I don't believe I have ever stayed in a rental that was as well stocked as this one. They even had beach chairs and beach toys to use. The Brita water pitcher in the refrigerator was extremely handy. This particular condo has a great view from the balcony. I don't believe many condos in HHR have this type of view. We really enjoyed watching the birds in the marsh and seeing the ocean in the distance. If we ever decide to stay in HHR again, we will definitely come back to this condo.

Nice visit

We enjoyed our stay. The view is nice and it is a great place to relax. We spent most of our time out of the condo exploring, but we spend some time in the afternoons/evenings on the back porch watching the tide and birds in the marsh. I must mention that we did have an issue with the condo not being cleaned prior to our arrival which caused us stress after a long day of traveling. This issue was fixed within 2-3 hours of us contacting Donna (who was very apologetic). However, we would have liked a more thorough cleaning - there was sand/spots on the floors, hair in the sinks, dirty back door etc. This was especially noticeable since we saw the condo prior and post "cleaning". We did not want to cause a large fuss over this, but would recommend this condo have a deep cleaning. Again, this issue for us may have been due to the unfortunate, rushed cleaning that took place because of the error with the cleaning company's schedule. Overall, if you are looking for an affordable place convenient to everything HHI has to offer, this is a nice spot.

This did happen and they called me when they arrived. It was the first time in 10 years of renting that had a mix up in cleaning. There was a problem in the cleaning schedule and they were out of town. I scrambled to find another cleaning company to come and clean the unit while the renters were having dinner. They may have rushed to make sure the cleaning was done before the renters returned. This is the first time I've heard it was not thoroughly cleaned. I do apologize.

Affordable location

This was my second stay at this resort. This view is great in this unit but the unit was not as clean as it should have been. It was quite dusty and both of the twin beds comforters were visibly dirty. When this was mentioned to the owner she seemed very concerned as I am sure she relies on her cleaning company to inspect the linens. She did ask me to send her a picture of the dirty linen hopefully to resolve this for future guests. Honestly I had a hard time wanting to sleep on the bed. Thankfully I brought my own throw blanket. The sheets seemed clean. We also had 4 adults (which was disclosed when renting) all coming in from various cities/states and we had a problem with having too many cars. I was not aware only two cars are allowed per condo. The owner did help resolve this and again seemed responsive to helping us in a very quick manner. I would stay here again and hope her cleaning company will improve their services as each renter pays a cleaning fee.

Great location and view.

Great view of marsh and beach at a distance. Beds not very comfortable. Needs some repairs: new blinds on patio door, water damage on shower ceiling, but not a big issue for us. Overall good value.

Great location

Great location in the island. Property was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There is a beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning and afternoon watching the local wildlife.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Overall great place to stay for a short weekend getaway! The place was very comfortable and had beautiful views. We felt as though the bathrooms could have used some updating (higher/ newer shower head in master bath, newer towels for showering). Everything was incredibly enjoyable and the beach was beautiful. The beach wagon made the short walk so much easier. Just the trip we needed. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo! The view was beautiful and the condo was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beach accessories are amazing.

Great place for kids! Beach and Coco's are terrific. Love HHI!

Very nice unit, just like it looks in the photos. Hope to stay again soon. Donna is terrific. Bring your own beach gear as the supplies in the unit have experienced a lot of wear and tear. Few more towels would be great but OVERALL 5 stars. Thanks Donna! Talk soon.

Beautiful view, great location

My husband and I visited with our one year old and really enjoyed our stay. The resort itself is a little difficult to navigate and the walk to the beach is long but there is a shuttle that was wonderful! The condo was clean & well stocked! Overall great experience!

I was the previous President of the Board of Directors and then General Manager of the Resort so it holds a very special place in my heart. I lived in the unit from 2010 to 2014 full time. My life has taken on a new direction as I have entered retirement and a new relationship. I absolutely love the view the peacefulness of this unit location. I am presently living next door at Palmetto Dunes for 6 months and 6 months in NH.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I originally bought this property because I was travelling here from Massachusetts teaching Holistic seminars. I came upon 2305 and knew immediately this was the place for me. Once I stopped teaching and closed my private practice in Massachusetts, I was asked if I would consider managing the Resort. Why not I said to myself and have never regretted that decision to move full time to Hilton Head.

I fell in love with my unit because of the view, the many rainbows, sunrises and being able to enjoy all the wildlife from my balcony. It is facing the ocean and marsh so it tends to be very quiet.
