Windward point #102 is a beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath unit directly on the white shores beach in the heart of Orange Beach. The master bedroom features a king bed with a flat screen and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV, and the third bedroom has two full beds and a TV. The living room also features a HD flat screen TV and a pull out sofa. This unit has a full sized washer and dryer and wi-fi is included. Large patio on gulf front with great views of gulf and pool in Orange Beach.

This Orange Beach direct beachfront condo complex features a beautiful outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, exercise room, tennis courts,
basketball court, hot tub, sauna, and a grill area.

*Important Parking Information: Please note that parking is not included with this rental. Parking is controlled by the condominium’s Home Owners Association and is subject to a separate fee, payable directly to them. These parking fees are not part of the rental cost.*

***Long Term Monthly Rentals from Oct-Feb are due in full 90 days prior to arrival***

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.

The king bed was not soft you can feel every spring and when booking this property it showed one king bed , one queen bed which it wasn’t it was a full size and the 3 bedroom was 2 full size beds which is correct. Great location

Bottom floor delight

Fantastic condo, great for younger children, very well kept and updated. Best part -no glass tables, Definitely designed for the beach family fun! Looking forward to staying again.

Amazing stay!

Best Rental Ever

This condo is the best we have stayed at in the area 100%. Perfectly stocked on kitchen and beach items, amazing layout, can walk right to the pool and beach. The actual building itself is central to any shopping you may need as well! Very clean, spacious, and the owners were extremely communicative throughout our entire stay. We will definitely book to stay here again if we are in the area!

It was great aside from the construction. Our porch area was barricaded. Just bad timing, I guess. The condo itself was plenty nice enough. Would stay there again.

Ground floor, easy access to pool and beach

Stayed here with my husband and 2 kids(ages 12 and 15). The beach and pool access were great. The condo seemed a little dated, but fine overall. The only problem we had was the maintenance people would leaf blow right at our window every morning really early. Being on the ground floor it was very loud. Also, the dumpster for the whole building is right across the hall, which was fine, just not pleasant to walk by every time we went out. Overall great time and would come back again.

Awesome time!

The stay was great. The condo was very nice and the benefit of being in the first floor was amazing. The patio is huge and has a gate that leads to to pool area and your only about 20 feet from the beach access. They did run a leaf blower every morning around 8:30am, but it did not bother us, as we were already up. Only 2 suggestions would be that if you have a lot of hanging clothes bring your own hangers. The closets did have hangers but only a few. We ran to Walmart and bought a pack for our cloths. The other suggestion would be they need to put down door mats to wipe your feet off on. The floor gets very sandy very quickly and we had to sweep at least once per day. Overall it was great and we will be staying again! Would definitely recommend!

First impression was that the condo smelled musty. We bought an air purifier and it seemed to help. Pros: Ground floor was really nice. Able to watch the kids in the kiddy pool from the back patio. Outdoor and indoor pools are a nice option. Condo has plenty of room to move around. Walkway to the beach was nice. Kitchen was stocked with adequate cookware and dishes. Cons: Condo smelled musty Minimal house hold supplies. (No extra toilet paper/towels, trash liners) Minimal towels, sheets, blankets. Bed comforters are thin.

My favorite thing about the property was the ground floor and easy access to the beach.The best part is that we still had an ocean view on the ground floor!I didn't get in the pool because there were so many little kids. And there were people smoking above our room so when I went outside I could smell smoke.And there were people vaping by the pool.So I wasn't able to enjoy the pool at all.Within an hour of arriving we had to kill 2 roaches and a spider.A smoke detector was missing.All the high touch areas were dirty-Light switches disgusting, door frames,edge and side coffee table where people had propped their feet,cabinet for the trashcan, mold growing under the caulk in both bathrooms, main bedroom shower drain was full of hair and black grime, corners of bathrooms had lots of built up dirt.As I was checking the mattress for bed bugs I saw a huge pile of hair and dust at the base/corner of the bed that was holding the box springs. Some of the towels were stained.When I pulled open the drawer under the oven to get a baking sheet there was lots of dirt built up around the oven legs.Some of the cabinets had a very musty smell.The kitchen sink drain was dirty/needed a deep cleaning.The toaster needs to be replaced.Be aware that it is very well used and the updates are nice but I'd rather have cleanliness.The unit and the whole building just seems to be a place where large families come for a bargain and cram as many people as they can into a until and use it to death.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is directly in front of the kiddie pool which was ideal for us since we have two little ones. The outside patio was nice as well. Also,it’s hard to have a ground unit that has an ocean view but this one does and it does not disappoint!

Great family location

We loved being on the ground floor and having easy access to the pool and beach. The property was very clean. We had our 18 month old grandson with us and it was great with him getting to the kiddie pool and beach. We came prepared with items we needed for the week based on the rental agreement. A great family get away.

Loved it!

Clean room! Spacious for all 7 of us! We had our 3 month old, 3 yr old, & 6 yr old with us they loved all the pools and hot tub. Indoor pool was out of order while we were there but we did not need it! There were 4 adults ranging from 32-66 and we all loved it. We couldn’t get the toaster to work but that was no problem. Tvs in all 3 rooms worked air conditioning worked great! Dryer was a little slow at drying. We will most likely stay in this exact room next year! This was our 2nd yr on the property first year in this room and it was great. Seating outside on patio for 10 people! When you open the gate you are right at the kiddie pool or go strait to the gate to get to the beach! 10/10 recommend!

Great location but not clean

First of all, after driving 7 hours we got there a couple of hours before the 4:00 check-in. Most places let you at least go to the pool and/or beach until check-in, but they wouldn't give us the code to the pool/beach gate until 4:00. They told us we could go to public beach access even though we had already paid for the unit. When we finally got into our condo we had to call them back because it was so dirty. There was sand all over the place even on the couch and all the dining room chairs. There was a dead roach right inside the door. You could see lipstick on some of the glasses in the kitchen cabinet, and the coffee maker was dirty. They also did not provide linens for the pull-out sofa bed. The saving grace was the location. Being on the first floor with direct access to the pool/beach was very helpful given all the stuff we had to take with us when we went out. The condo is nice, but they need to find someone else to clean it between guests.

First floor: perfect location

This condo is perfect if you have kids, the safety gate was located directly in front of 1 ft kids pool! Perfect for watching kids! Condo is updated and very well supplied with all kitchen needs! These are the negatives: Floors were very very dirty ( we had to buy swiffer to clean floors ourselves) also, ac filter was beyond needing to be replaced! Kitchen sink when we arrived had sand in it???? It is a beautiful condo but the cleanliness has a bit to be desired!

Beach front getaway

My family was visiting Orange Beach for the first time, and based on a friend's advice we sought out a ground floor unit. This condo has been updated and everything felt fresh and airy. The color and design choices are relaxing. All appliances worked. Kitchen was pretty well appointed. The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and layout of this unit gave us plenty of space. Our group was made up of me, spouse, 3 kids (under 7), and grandma. Direct access to the pools and beach was awesome and made for maximum utilization of all amenities. What you may perceivably lose from high rise views is absolutely exceeded in the gains from the quick access to the beach. I was reminded of this every time I saw another group/family trekking around the building to get to the elevators. I would absolutely recommend this unit and stay here again in the future.

The condos location was our most favorite thing; easy beach and pool access!

Overall our experience was positive! Beds were a little uncomfortable and the floors were left a tad dirty, but otherwise this was a wonderful location and condo! I would totally stay again!
