Charming apartment located on the fourth floor, in one of the most refined streets of downtown Porto, close to the best restaurants, bars and designer stores.
It has two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The living room has a balcony that faces the street.
All rooms have air conditioning. It has TV and WI-FI.
The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. The whole apartment is extremely comfortable and has the necessary equipment to provide a great stay.
There are buses, metro and trains within a 5-minute walk, and a car park 100 meters away.
In a perimeter of 200 meters are located the main points of interest of the Historic Zone of Porto: Clérigos Tower, Carmo Church, Lello Bookstore, Clérigos Tour, Olive Garden, Aliados Avenue, Church of the Congregados, São Bento Station .

The place is beautiful and centrally located. Very noisy because of bars but still worth staying because of location. I thought parking was included but it's paid and was very expensive. The hosts were amazing and very communicative. I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful flat in Porto

This 2 bedroom one bath flat has a beautiful balcony and is located in a perfect location to see the city. It has a small kitchen with everything you need. And a lift so you don't need to carry your luggage up and down the stairs. The A/C in the bedrooms and living room area felt amazing on these hot summer days.

Clerigos neighborhood

Excellent two bedroom apartment in great centrally located neighborhood near famous Clerigos Church and Tower, Livraria Lello. Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and stylishly furnished apartment. A lot of restaurants just step away.

Excellent host and property

Alice and Alfonso were very helpful with check in. The apartment was spotlessly clean and stocked with initial essentials. One of the best rental properties I've encountered. Thank you for a great stay!

Trunk bed in the living room

the property was advertised as accommodating three people but has a single bedroom. We assumed the sofa opened into a bed. That is not so: they put a trunk bed in the living room. A bit cumbersome but comfortable. The kitchen is minimally equipped with not even a dishcloth, sponge or dishwashing liquid. There are very few parking spots at the back but we got one and this was very convenient. We liked our stay.

Perfect stay!

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Host is very responsive and provided recommendations on local eateries and points of interest. I would absolutely stay again or recommend to friends and family.

Lovely apartment in Porto

The 5th floor apartment is in a convenient central location in Porto. Well furnished (with AC and good wifi), clean and accessible (lift from first first floor). Helpful owners who provided useful information and a great welcome. Great place to stay and lots to see within walking distance. Warmly recommended.

Un endroit chaleureux , chic & très bien situé !

Je recommande vivement cet appartement , très bien situé , très confortable & meublé avec beaucoup de goût ! Alice est disponible . tellement gentille , on voudrait l'avoir comme amie ...elle répond rapidement à nos courriels , accueil chaleureux de Pedro ! L'appartement est vraiment bien situé , la grande majorité des visites se font à pied ! Je m'y suis sentie chez moi . Bons restaurants & terrasses à proximité..Comme il y a des bars & discos dans la rue , la nuit , on entend un peu de boum boum , mais la fenestration est excellente . Pedro fait de bonnes recommandations pour les restos & les commodités comme les épiceries ! Pour le retour , c'est Alice qui s'est occupé de nous réserver un taxi qui nous a emmenées à l'aéroport de Porto ! Si j'ai la chance de retourner à Porto , c'est certain que je louerai cet appartement ! Merci Alice & Pedro , vous avez contribué pour un excellent séjour dans votre belle ville de Porto !

Schöne Wohnung in sehenswerter Stadt

Die Wohnung und Lage entspricht der Beschreibung.Wir wurden sehr nett vom Vermieter empfangen und mit vielen Tipps versorgt.Besonders der Hinweis auf einen Ausflug nach Aveiro war sehr gut,können wir weiter empfehlen.Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einer Straße mit ca. 20 Bars,also nichts für lärmempfindliche Gäste.Uns hat es nicht gestört,wir haben das bunte Treiben vom Balkon aus beobachtet.Die Stadt ist eine Reise wert.

Great Location, beautiful apartment

Wonderful apartment

Very comfortable apartment for us 3 travelers. Close to the train station and all the tourist activities. Alice and Pedro were very helpful and Pedro has put together an excellent guidebook with information and addresses for all the good locations in the area.

Alice and Pedro met us when we arrived and were very helpful. They were both lovely and friendly and kept in contact with us throughout our stay in case we had any questions. The showed us places of interest and their favourite places to eat. The apartment was great. Although on a busy street with restaurants and bars, the windows shut out any noise. It was situated in a part of town that was within easy walking distance to just about anywhere in Porto. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lots of Heart in the Heart of Town

We loved being in the heart of town, in the centre of the soul of the city, and in one of the most lively places in town; yet the comforts of home were right in the apartment with two great bedrooms that would accommodate a family of four who planned to eat out most evenings; the comfortable living room reminded one of home. I would heartily recommend this for a couple who plan to eat out meals most nights as there are numerous restaurants suited to every taste and budget. A short walk to all the major attractions and the Sao Bento station is mere minutes away from the apartment. Yet it is removed from the main hub bub though the lively music in the evenings made me want to put on my dancing shoes and join the crowds on our lively street. Still, we were not disturbed in any way from being in the heart of the city. Alice and Pedro were wonderful hosts. It was truly a pleasure to meet them and get to know them. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the heart and soul of this wonderful city.

Comfort in the Heart of Things

A comfy flat in the middle of a night -life area. The street is quiet in the day but lots of bars and clubs at night. It is well sound-proofed so this isn't a problem and there are lots of restaurants in 5 mins walk. A huge bed in the main bedroom and lots of wardrobe space in both. The balcony is a nice extra for an evening drink. .Thankfully there is a lift but there are 11 steps up to the lobby so maybe not good for limited mobility. Pedro was really helpful with advice on trips. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent apartment and lovely city

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is lovely, very central and the aircon much appreciated given our visit on the hottest weekend. There is some music noise very late into the night but it was not that bad. Some lovely restaurants nearby and a lovely city to explore. We will definitely return. Thank you to Alice and Pedro for their welcome and great communication before hand. If you travel by metro the apartment is an easy walk from Aliados station.
