The villa was perfect for our family, lots of space, great air con and clean and comfortable. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. The pool and pool area also great. The location was perfect just a few minutes from the marina and a little further into Cala D’or centre. The only thing that could be improved is the sunbeds are quite uncomfortable and would benefit from padded cushions. There is some road noise but this didn’t bother us. All in all a great stay!

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Check in process was very easy and we really appreciated the flexibility in terms of getting into the villa early. Location being so close the the Marina worked very well for us - no need to drive anywhere in the evening. Hosts were very responsive to any requests we made. thanks for a great stay

The host team was very easy to communicate with via whatsapp, we had an issue with one of the air con units and they arranged attendance within 2 hours and the issue was resolved. Check in was straight forward from the host team, villa was as described, some furnishings had been updated to the pictures but these were improvements. The Villa was spacious, family friendly, convenient location for the marina, plenty of shade for the kids and additionally sun for the adults.the only negatives for us were some areas are starting to get a bit old ie the flooring but its to be expected with age, the sun beds outside are uncomfortable, the pool technician filled the pool up with 6 chlorine tablets every few days so the kids had sore eyes. FYI a car helps your stay if you want to go to town and stock up on drinks etc...Overall we was very happy with our stay and would recommend friends and family to stay.

Wonderful Villa and exactly what was advertised

As good as the pictures, great service from Incasa properties, we reported a small non urgent matter and were offered to have it fixed that day or on our departure if preferred. Villa had enough of everything you could need and beds really comfy, would easily sleep 8 adults, and as each room has a bathroom no arguments over how quickly we could be ready! Very impressed with resort, villa and Incasa, would definitely return both to resort and with Incasa.

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic stay at Villa Beatriz! Thank you to Nicole who let us rebook after we had to postpone due to Covid. The check in and arrival instructions were excellent, and the owner had even put in a selection of welcome foods and drinks for us - it was much appreciated! The property was clean and has everything you could possibly need in it. The pool was beautiful! Location is excellent, it was residential and felt very safe. Very close to the Marina and the restaurants in Cala Egos, and there is a small Eroski nearby too. Would definitely recommend and rebook!

Amazing

Very clean abs spacious villa, great location but need a car if want to go a little further as taxis are busy and unable to get one. If there was a problem in the villa it was sorted straight away. Nicole went above and beyond. Would recommend this villa and booking through this company.

excellent property in great location, easy access to marina, cala egos and cala d'or

high specification villa, with good living space and great sized bedrooms. outside space is great although not large was ample for 8 adults. Marina is a 4minute walk, cala egos is a 10 minute walk and cala d'or 15 minute walk, so there is no need to have a car although there many other great locations to visit within a short drive. Welcome pack was provided which was perfect. Wifi worked perfectly and tv provided lots of channels. Perfect holiday, thankyou to all concerned

Superb well equipped and great positioned villa

Great villa in a fantastic location. 5 minutes to Cala D’or and 10 minutes to Cala Egos. Villa is a great position for supermarket, beaches and restaurants. Villa is well equipped with everything you need from a holiday villa and more. Very modern in design and well thought out. Property manager is great and responds promptly when you need something and nothing is too much trouble. We have stayed in both villa Eugenie and Beautrice and both are brilliant for families, having everything you need to make a holiday easier. Couldn’t recommend them enough, it’s money well spent for a great week away.

Amazing pool and villa, central location

We loved our stay at Villa Beatriz. First, the property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport and also arranged for groceries on the day of our arrival. We were there during a heatwave and having the pool was so wonderful. We loved being able to walk down to the marina to get water and groceries every morning. Lots of activity for teenagers. There is some street noise when you’re outside but it didn’t bother us, we liked knowing we were close to all the action. The Villa was large and comfortable and very well cleaned when we arrived. Thank you for an amazing place to stay and experience Mallorca for the first time!

Loved the Villa

The vVilla was spotless a welcome pack was there which was lovely The location wasn’t very good for me as I am disabled I hired a mobility scooter which I had to return as the pavement was unsuitable so we just took taxis I was unable to use the pool as the steps were to high and they didn’t have a hand rail so I was really disappointed, Nicole was really helpful
