Cozy and comfortable, this newly updated, 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome. It is a beautiful nautical decor with comfortable furniture. Not to mention, the view of the ocean from your front balcony is just what the doctor ordered!
ā€¢ The living room area has a big screen TV with comfortable brand-new sofa. There is also fireplace, wet bar, wine refrigerator and ice maker.
ā€¢ The dining table seats 6 comfortably .
ā€¢ This home is fully appointed with all modern kitchen appliances and granite countertops for all of your cooking needs.
ā€¢ The master bedroom is beautiful, which is located on the third floor with flat screen TV. Enjoy the king bed, balcony with ocean view, large spacious bath with separate Jacuzzi, shower, and double vanity.
ā€¢ Second bedroom has a comfy queen bed. The third bedroom is great for children, complete with bunk bed (single over double) with the tub/shower bathroom.
ā€¢ The fourth bedroom located on second floor with Full bed and bathroom with walk in shower.
ā€¢ The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer.
ā€¢ The 2 private balconies have a spacious sitting area to enjoy the ocean breeze.
ā€¢ Wood and tile floors are in living room, kitchen, and bathrooms. There are cozy carpet in all bedrooms
Our Townhome is 100 yards from fun and sun on the beach and only a short walking distance to Tybee's Historic Pier, famous restaurants and signature shopping areas. Tybee Island is only a 20 minute drive to Historic Savannah, River Street and City Market. Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation while having access to the beautiful and historic city of Savannah, GA.
All utilities, including wireless internet, are included in your rental. Must be at least 25 years or older to lease unit. This is not a pet friendly rental and there is NO SMOKING allowed.

This is our second home, even though it's just minutes from our primary residence. If you need anything, we're only a phone call away, so be sure to give us a call.

We enjoyed our stay so much! This is the 2nd year that we have stayed at this property, and it has been wonderful both years. The house is plenty roomy for 6 people, and it is a very short walk to the beach and shops. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone! Canā€™t wait to visit again.

Great stay at Tybee Island

The condo was in a perfect location with a short 1-2minute walk to the beach and 3-5 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars near the pier. We had a range of ages staying here from 3-73 and everyone had a blast. The garage was a nice flex space for our beach supplies and fit two full size SUVs to keep out of the sun. My family will stay here again.

The location was perfect. Only a few blocks from the ocean. Make sure everyone with your party can handle lots of steps. Only down fall.kitchen stocked nicely . Linens were nice. Wish it would have beach chair's and umbrella

Great Vacation!!

Property is even better in person! Very nicely appointed. Huge kitchen and having a garage was a plus. Lots of beach toys in garage. Extremely close to pier, beach and the heart of the restaurants / shopping. All easily walkable. We didnā€™t need to use our cars for anything. Highly recommend.

Best place we have rented!!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We have stayed at many 5 star Sandals resorts and this absolutely tops most of their accommodations. Everything was very clean and up to date. I loved the dƩcor and furnishings. Most everything you would want to do on the island is within walking distance. There are so many restaurants just around the corner. You can see the beach access from your front door/balcony. Mai, the owner, kept us up to date and was easy to get a hold of. Thank you so much Mai for letting us stay in your beautiful home away from home. We will definitely be back.

Super Location

Close to everything yet far enough away to be chill. We loved this property. We had 7 of us and all had plenty of room even on a rain day :) Close to the beaches, pier and river. Drawbacks are the layout is loud. It is 3 floors but with all hardwood and a center stairway, the house is loud. It does need a little more attention from the cleaning company. Other than those small things, it is a great place. Comfortable and easy to have a large family in.

Family Beach Vacation

Overall this is a lovely "home away from home" with a convenient location. We had quick access to the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, and novelty shops. We were close to the kayak tour and had easy access to golf carts for older family members. The science museum and sift and seine was fun for the younger children 2-8. The home was supplied with cooking and eating utensils and some basics.We had immediate access to wifi, codes and essential check in directions. Due to the size of our family (9) we needed to purchase trash bags. We brought 2 inflatable mattresses. We also brought paper plates, bowls, cups, plastic eating utensils, lots of napkins, paper towels, and toilet paper. We were supplied with 7-8 towels: however we were able to wash towels as needed. For your convenience, I would suggest BYO cleaning supplies (bath, Lysol spray/wipes and some laundry essentials), bottled water and extra hand soaps. We had a few house-related features that didn't work properly (the lock on the patio door, back garage door?, shower door closure/bathtub jets, a chair with wobbly leg and a few light bulb replacements. Please know that the garage accommodates two SUVs and had a variety of beach supplies for the children. I also think it would be helpful to have directions for the thermostat... Nevertheless, we loved the Seascape Villa. It was spacious, clean, accommodating with a pretty and peaceful atmosphere - a rare find!

Location was great...

The only thing we (all 6 of us) really liked about the unit was the location. It was in a great location BUT the beds were awful, all of us had very similar nights rest, not much unfortunately. The mattress were so firm and old every time you moved it sqeaked and the entire mattress moved, so a light sleepers worst nightmare. It was accurate description of what was included. You got 2 towels for 4 nights (they were incredibly soft), they supplied coffee but one pack was for the single serve coffee makers. We had to open 4 to make one VERY weak pot, so we bought our own. It did have kitchen utensils and beach toys but that is IT!!! We have stayed in numerous VRBO and this was the LEAST equipped unit we have ever stayed, a lot of places have more than salt/pepper. The kitchen was bare besides utensils. I HATED the water saver feature in the bathrooms. Everytime you washed your hands water sprayed ALL over you and the counter. The unit needs a deep cleaning and gone through to get rid of rusty kitchen items or pans that should have been tossed a few years ago. There were a few glasses that also need replaced. Over all, we wouldn't stay at this unit again.

Great property & location

Clean, comfortable property in close walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the beach. 2 car garage + 2 more in the driveway. Perfect for our girls weekend.

Enjoyable stay

This is a great property in a great location. Just a very short walk from the beach, and Tybeeā€™s restaurants, bars, and beach stores. It was great to just leave the car in the garage and walk everywhere. The owner was very responsive, and check in was easy. The condo is very nice inside and has a great floor plan. Everything was clean and neat.
