Home has been FULLY RE-DECORATED!
Enjoy all the conveniences of Tybee's South Beach right outside your door. 50 yards to the Beach and great views of the Atlantic Ocean from your Top Floor balcony. You never have to drive your car! Arrive, park and enjoy.

This professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and open living and dining areas.

Take the elevator to the top/3rd floor and let the fun begin in one of Luxury Living Savannah's stellar Ocean View Retreat!

The main living area is very open with 2 sitting areas and the dining room, kitchen all open to each other. Dining table seats 6 with 3 bar stools at bar-height counter. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and relax!

The Master Bedroom Suite (king bed) has a private balcony with table and chairs for having a quiet cup of coffee while listening to the ocean waves. Two additional bedrooms provide plenty of space for the family. One of the other bedrooms has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. Perfect for families with kids!

The building is ONE block back from the beach and you can see in our photos the view is down the lane. We are just a few blocks to the Tybee Pier and an easy walk to so many restaurants, coffee shops and retail therapy!

NOTES
*Guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age to reserve. No exceptions.

*Once reserved, you will receive emails (including your Check in Letter) from Luxury Living Savannah. Please check your spam/junk folders.

TVs:
We have all NEW TVs that can stream all the new apps. We do NOT have cable, so please bring your login info for your favorite apps.

*Maximum occupancy is 6 people at all times, including infants & children.

NOISE:
This property is NOT PARTY friendly. We do not allow loud noise, music, public drunkenness, or parties of any sort, including NO BACHELORETTE/BACHELOR GROUPS!
This is a family oriented building with year-round tenants. Violators may be evicted and/or fined.

The City of Tybee Noise Ordinance requires strict observance of QUIET TIME between 10 pm and 7 am. Tybee Island Police and the neighborhood strictly enforces this. The individual violators (not the property owner) can be fined by the City.

*Parking for maximum of 2 vehicles in covered, ground level, garage area. Oversized vehicles will not fit. No RVs or trailers allowed.

*No pets or smoking.

Perfect place for beach visit!

This was perfect for our family! It was close to the beach, restaurants, & easy to walk to all of them!! The beds were comfortable & had a great vibe! I would definitely stay here again!

Great long weekend getaway

Tybee Island is a great place to stay! This property was on the 3rd floor with a wonderful balcony to gather after a day exploring. Great view and a short walk to the beach, city pier, downtown shops and restaurants. Recommend renting a car to have as golf cart rentals are booked up.

Lovely Space, Great View

The location is fantastic! About as close to the beach as you can get without being beachfront. More affordable, but you aren't trading much. The balcony has an ocean view, and you're close enough to hear the crash of the waves rolling in. Inside, the amenities are ample and comfortable. Plenty of seating, full kitchen, big dining table, giant fridge... ok, so maybe I'm a bit focused on the dining features :) Its nice inside. We only had three so for us it was very spacious, but a good sized family would fit fine (parents, grands, and kids, say). We had my elderly mom with us, so we really appreciated the elevator up to the third floor. Parking was convenient, too. I do reccomend this for a family or small friend group that values proximity to the water and comfy evenings listening to the waves.

Great location and even greater response from owner/manager

This location is prime! 2 min walk to the beach.. I’m not kidding, it’s 2 min! From the deck you can see the ocean. The condo is huge, and perfectly placed furniture made it really comfortable for a family of 5 ! The owner is really quick to respond; we had the oven glass cover fall off mid-cooking and I let the owner know, the maintenance personnel was in the condo in 15 min to assess the issue, fixed it. It’s a gem! the condo has a separate locker in the garage where you can find chairs and beach toys , including the carrier to lug it to the beach! Great stay! Very friendly folks at Tybee Island!

This property is on the 3rd floor and property owner will not allow ac to be cut down below 70, which the temp in condo will reach near 80 during day. This should have been listed on listing. It makes for a miserable stay when it is hot when you try to sleep.

Clean condo with plenty of seating areas

Building itself is a little run down but unit was nice and clean. AC worked well. Construction very close so sitting on the balcony during the week days not enjoyable. Being so close to beach is units best feature. Needs more mirrors!! Only one in each bathroom. None in bedrooms and no full length mirror either. Vrbos that only have a few rolls of toilet paper are my pet peeve. I don’t want to have to go buy tp on vacation! This is why people are moving back to hotels.

Beautiful property unless you have a problem

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description of bed layout was wrong. Stated 3 queens really one room was twins. That listing has been corrected. Pics are accurate for view. Very nice location. Our main complaint was a refridgerator that was leaking water. Property manager was rude and unhelpful. Took 2 bath towels to mop it up first night. After that we kept bath towel on top shelf but felt no attempt was made to address the issue during our stay. All communication with her was snarky, so when we figured out what the issue was we did not bother contacting again. Never an apology or suggestion for help. My recommendation is thst it is a nice property with great location, but if you have a problem you are on your own to deal with it. This should not be a premier host.
