The house, built in 2000 and recently redecorated and refitted, is over two floors and comfortably sleeps 6 people. Both rooms have a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Salerno from the two windows.

The heart of the house is the ground floor, one large room that houses the kitchen, living room and dining room, which leads onto the terrace and garden. The stylish kitchen majolica tiles is equipped with the latest electrical appliances including dishwasher, microwave and electric toaster, water heater and a large refrigerator.
Near the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine and kitchen utensils, and a second bathroom with shower.
