Nestled in an upscale, gated community, this warm and inviting vacation rental offers a true home away from home experience. Su Casa (your house) can easily accommodate 6 guests. It features captivating views of the Sandia Mountains; 3 well-appointed bedrooms; 2 full baths (large master with a jetted tub); fully stocked kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter-tops; finished 2 car garage and many other features. Take in the rich morning sunlight and views from our charming breakfast nook; or relax in the afternoon on one of the 2 private patios. The house is conveniently located near Balloon Fiesta Park, Sandia Peak Tram; and Sandia Resort and Casino. The area offers many outdoor activities including golf, skiing, hiking, biking, running and walking along miles of improved and unimproved trails and paths. You are also just a short drive from many fine shops, movie theaters, micro-breweries and restaurants. Enjoy museums and the nightlife in Old town, Downtown and Nob Hill - a short drive away. For Balloon Fiesta guests, our property is a short 5 minute walk to one of the "park and ride" locations. NM Safe Certified Covid-19 Safe Practices utilized for guest piece of mind.

The respond to our questions before and after we were at the house was great. After we’ll arrive till we left - not so good. The location of the house was wonderful for us. But the house was poorly stocked for necessities, since we’ve been used to the full stoked houses that we had rented previously at AB&B. We did enjoyed staying in the house because of location and proximity to rest of our family that they were staying in the sane community. I will recommend the house , but I will suggest to be prepared to buy more of what needed.

Fantastic rental!

What a wonderful home! We stayed here during construction on our home, and it had everything we needed. Great location, and we found the hosts to be really responsive and helpful.

Another great stay!

We had another fabulous stay at this beautiful house in Tanoan! Everything is beautifully decorated and maintained, and it is a great place to stay while in Albuquerque. We have already been in touch with the owners for another stay in the future- we will absolutely be back!!

Outstanding!

A wonderful view of the Sandia Mountains from the kitchen table! Absolutely loved our stay here. It was quiet, clean and the hosts were very responsive. The kitchen is very well equipped as well. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

A cozy house

Ben and Barbara's house was everything to make us feel good and at home. It is a nicely laid out house, very tastefully decorated and located in a quiet and gated community. Very caring owners who have made every effort to give their guests " A home away from home". Also, great view of the mountains from breakfast area

Balloon Fiesta check the box

We met friends to attend the Balloon Fiesta and toured the area. Great location for easy access to Albuquerque/Santa Fe area. Accommodation was perfect for our evenings of catching up relaxing from our daily activities. Highly recommend this place!

Balloon Festival2024

The house was spacious and the patios were a plus to sit out in the evenings! A very quiet community. The location is great for groceries and very easy to get around. We enjoyed the breakfast nook and then to have the dining room table. We like cooking at home as well as eating out. We would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thank you dear hostess and host!

Clean and Comfortable Home in Great Location

We had a lovely stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. They have a very thorough welcome book. We had a wonderful trip and hope to stay longer next time.

Quiet, convenient location

My wife and I have spent three weeks in ABQ for the last ten years. This was our first stay at this location. The hosts were responsive to any requests we made. The house was very clean and in a great location.

Truly a home away from home

The house is beautiful. A wonderful place to stay. The view from the kitchen table of the Sandia mountains is amazing. Make sure you catch a sunset! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Great property!

We realy enjoyed this house for additional space and convenience during a family visit. The location is safe and central, the house is clean and well furnished, and the owners were very helpful. Beautiful views of the mountains from the breakfast room as well.

Safe gated location with gorgeous Mountain Views

This was our second stay at this property. It’s finished with everything to make it a perfect home away from home for us. Great location to get to anywhere. Will be our first choice whenever we visit Albuquerque.

Excellent home in wonderful community!

We thoroughly enjoyed this Albuquerque home! It is clean, well-stocked and very tastefully stylish. The gated community is very nice and the area is very safe and convenient to things to do in the Albuquerque area. We attended the Balloon Fiesta and found this home to be an excellent base from which to attend, even riding bikes to the event one of the days. We enjoyed the private patio off the back and found everything about this home to fit our needs. I would highly recommend it!

Great place

We absolutely loved this condo! It is located on the NE side of Albuquerque near the Sandia Tramway. the view out the front door of the Sandia mountains is beautiful!. The condo is fabulously furnished, very roomy. Even the neighbors are nice to renters! We would definitely stay here again.
