This space is unique because of its size and location. It's a tremendous space - 5,329 square feet - so it's a great house if you're looking to get some peace and quiet. The Villa is surrounded by hiking trails, embedded with fossilized treasures from ancient sea life, that lead to 3 of Anguilla's most beautiful and secluded beaches. The 10-ft wrap around porch has a constant breeze. Spend the morning curled up on the porch watching the sunrise with steaming cups of coffee, lazy afternoons with the perfect combination of sun, shade and breeze, and star-studded evenings discovering new constellations, telling stories, playing games and more. amazing week long adventure to paradise

absolute perfect villa for us! We are three young couples and two singles who enjoyed a amazing weekend in paradise. The villa was everything we could have wished for! You will defiantly need a car, but a great location with an AMAZING view to wake up to every morning! Would 100% stay again! When we were in a pinch and our flight got cancelled they graciously helped us book another night and were very patient with us in extending our stay. Cant say thank you enough! Answered every question within hours and have people on the island to call if you need anything!

A great value, delightfully remote, generous rooms and a wonderful wrap-round porch w/water views!

The listing and photos are accurate but the location map placement was incorrect at the time of our renting the house and this review. The house is easy to locate however - move the map to show both East End Village and Sile Bay then visualize a straight line between them. Then switch the view to satellite and find square red roof. The front porch faces due south with views of the north/French side of St. Martin and St. Barts in the distance. We enjoyed most our evenings star gazing with views of Mars, Venus and Jupiter as well as the Southern Cross. WiFi worked very well and the Magic Jack phone was a big help when one of our party misplaced their wallet and needed to call stateside 800 #'s to put holds on credit cards. There was also a local cell phone available that we paid a few bucks to activate - it did little but provide peace of mind. This house is huge with giant bedrooms and roomy baths. The kitchen was nicely outfitted, beds were comfortable, nice linens and we appreciated the towels. There were a few shortcoming: not every room had a closet available or much furniture. Although the house will sleep up to 10 our group of 6 would have appreciated some more seating on the porch and living room and the exterior grounds needs work; it looks like the house was just build and the builders walked off before finishing. Our group still loved the place and would happily rent it again. We met our hosts uncle Pat at a restaurant in The Valley and he escorted us to the house for a quick tour. It was our first trip to Anguilla and we all loved it, especially Nat's Palm Grove in Junks Hole/Savannah Bay. The friendliness of each person we met and the high quality of the restaurants we visited and the stunning beaches made this vacation 5 stars. Thank you Kate.

Amazing time

We absolutely loved this villa. It was affordable, private and had all the amenities we could have wanted. From a slow cooker, to beach towels, great linen and an excellent modern kitchen where we baked muffins. We loved the location as with a car rental, it is easy to drive as driving distances from one area to the other on the island are not long and the roads are good. We found it very helpful that Pat came to meet us and direct us to the house. We enjoyed having breakfast and sitting outside to enjoy the breezes and the view. We loved it and I would recommend this villa to a family or to a few couples traveling together. Each room had a bathroom and three out of the four had there own veranda. .

Satisfied American family with kids

This place exceeded our expectations. It was nicer than the pictures displayed. We suspect it was either newly built or renovated; very classy beach villa that's kid friendly. Seabreeze cooled us so well there was little use of the HVAC. The ocean view was breathtaking. We only had one complaint - having to leave at the end of our stay.
