Classic Key West Cottage FOR TWO ONLY in a unique oasis of three cottages with an adjoining courtyard.Enjoy having your own private deck and weber grill. Off-Street Parking. The owner lives next door. Enjoy your cottage with all modern amenities + little things you don't normally find in rentals. Less than a mile (.09) to the boardwalk and beach. Walk or Bike to all the award-winning shops and restaurants throughout the Town of Rehoboth. Easy access to bike trail. Enjoy the wonderful courtyard on your private deck. It was designed and lived in by the owner. I loved it! Check out my reviews online....lots of repeat guests.

Fully equipped kitchen, weber grill (outside), W/D, 70 inch tv, large shower for two, outside shower available behind another cottage, little touches that everyone loves. It is a home, not a business to me, and wants repeat renters.

Now you MUST bring your own sheets and towels for your stay if you don't have it will be an extra charge . I am allowing 1 dog to bring along, you must lease them in courtyard and walk them outside the courtyard.

The cottage was very cute and in the perfect location— not right in town but within walking distance. Brooke laid everything out in detail upon arrival and provided basic necessities for our stay. Would book with her again.

Location was fantastic, far enough away from all the noise yet close enough to get there in four minutes. Crystals restaurant three minute walk for breakfast and lunch. Private Easy parking. Comfortable bed, large tv’s (bed and living room) and pricing was super affordable. Host is on location and available 24 hours a day to respond to our questions. Will stay again !

Loved our week at the Pink Cottage

Brooke's Take a Boat Cottage was cuter in real life than in the posted photos. It was beautifully renovated and very nicely appointed. Great location, walking distance to downtown RB, shopping , restaurants and beaches. Perfect size for a couple and their little dog. We'll b back!

Great Quiet Location

Lovely roomy cottage, very clean and well located. Can walk to most things in town in 20 minutes. Biking is a better way to go and the dedicated bike path is just up the street. A couple of shy feral cats who eventually warmed up.

nice cottage!!...parking right out front...few blocks to beach BUT we brought our dog and used the distance to walk...location is around corner from a great bakery and a popular restaurant Chrystals, which was crowded every time we passed...Brooke is a friendly host who lives next door....accommodations were good ...bring what you want/need...good stay

great place

this place was wonderful. We have a small dog and this place was perfect for my finance and myself along with our 16 lb dog. Perfect little get a way for a couple. In a great area. Location is very close to all the beaches up and down the delaware beaches. Close to bike trails, walking distance to a few local restraunts for food, coffee, etc. Would defantly stay here again. Owner lived next door. Very cute, well kept property.

Great Cottage and Great Host!

This was the most perfect cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! Lola, our dog, loved it too :) The cottage was very clean, was beautifully done and had many unexpected details throughout! Brooke was an amazingly, warm and friendly host and was there for all of our questions. She gave us great suggestions too! Will definitely stay again! Loved this place! :)

We'll be back!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage! It's location was was perfect, not far from beach, restaurants and shopping, yet quiet and private with a beautiful court yard. Just a note, bring sheets and towels. Also, lighting needed attention (light bulbs needed replacing). I would rent this charming property again- we just loved it!

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Brooke was great, welcomed us and made us feel at home. The cottage is a great size for 2 people. Very comfortable! The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has an amazing shower! There is courtyard in the back that we couldn't take advantage of because it was December but it looked amazing. Location is walkable to everything on Rehoboth Ave. I will stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in town.

Cottage is small, but very comfortable for two people. It is clean and nicely appointed with high-end appliances. Comfy and modern furniture and bed (bring your own towels and linens). Location is great. It is a short walk to downtown Rehoboth and restaurants, as well as bike trail, brewery and two great places for breakfast: Egg and The Point. There is an outside shared patio area with a grill and tables, which is very nice and quiet for enjoying a drink or your morning coffee. The owner, Brooke, was wonderful; she even walked our dog for us when we had a long day away. We would definitely stay there again.

Charming, comfortable, and contemporary...

When you are already thinking about your next trip back... Deservedly, the "going to take a boat" Key West cottage was a 5-Star stay for us. My daughter and I [along with our dog] stayed for an extended Easter weekend. Don't let the size fool you.. this little place provides a thought-out floor plan with plenty of living space, quality finishes, and off-street parking. When not in use, we were able to store our bikes in the lovely private courtyard. Even though the other 2 units were rented, we never saw or heard anyone. The bungalow​ is situated on a quiet little street; at the end of the street is a great little bakery and local diner for breakfast. Also in walking distance is a local YMCA, if you'd like catch a spin class. Getting to Rehoboth from the cottage for shopping, eating, and the beach was a short 10 minute bike ride. There are dedicated bike lanes throughout the area, so I felt extreemly comfortable with my 10 year old riding along with me. What truly made our stay amazing was Brooke's gracious hospitality. She absolutely made our visit THAT much better! I asked my little girl what did you enjoy most about staying here, she said, "Brooke is an amazing host and it felt like home ".

Fantastic Place cant wait to rent again

Really nice 1BR with a great courtyard. The entertainment system was excellent (we watch movies every night) and having a washer and dryer is really helpful. Short walk into town so consuming more than a few tasty beverages is not an issue. Highly recommend renting this place.

the cottage was very up to date, and clean. Brooke was right next door, and was very prompt for any questions that we had. It was a very nice, efficeint property, with plenty of charm. I would highly recommend.

Peaceful and practical getaway

My spouse and I needed to spend some needed rest and relaxation together! Brooke was amazing! We enjoyed our stay; this location is close to the beach, shopping outlets and restaurants (most deliver). Her place was cozy, clean snd beautiful! This was our pup’s first time on vacation and she enjoyed it as well. We will be back! We highly recommend!

Mini Vacation

The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing different I would do next time, is bring cooking oil and spices. DJ was very friendly, meet me when I arrived to show me around, and then left me to my own devices. I was able to “work from home” and get time on the beach. The walk to the beach is about a mile with plenty of stores and restaurants on the way. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. A short drive away is Cape Henlopen State Park which is worth the visit. Lots of trails and beach access.

A wonderful stay in Rehoboth.

My partner and I got clearance to bring our pup! The owner greeted us when we arrived (socially distanced with masks!) to show us the property and help us find what we'd need. She is very friendly. The rental was clean and we'll appointed. We loved it. Very cute and comfortable. We walked to Egg, Dogfish, Crystal, the shore and more. Everything is walkable. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. Highly recommended.

Wonderful time away

Brooke was such a warm owner who made the experience so inviting. The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us. It offered proximity to the beach which we walked to every morning, beautifully designed, and a lovely outdoor patio area. Couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect little getaway spot

Brooke was a great host and very responsive. Gave some great local suggestions and the place was perfect and clean. Easy walk to some of the outlets, downtown shops, and beach. Definitely would stay again!

Great Getaway Cottage

Brooke is a warm and inviting hostess. We weren't able to arrive until 9:30 that evening, and I appreciated her willingness to wait for us. Because of this, she gave us a later than normal check-out time. The pictures do not do justice to the beauty and comfort of this cottage. It's clean, cozy, quiet, and modern. Since the November weekend weather was warmer than normal, we were able to relax in the sunny courtyard area. The location is perfect for getting in a nice long walk to town, the boardwalk and back. An A+ stay. You won't be disappointed.

Sit out and see the stars in the adult courtyard, which has lights and no bugs to bother you. Modern kitchen facilities, a private deck and your own grill for your use and the shared courtyard. A tucked away paradise with just a walk into town to enjoy all the things that Rehoboth offers. Private parking space so no worries about where you car is going to be parked. Bring your bikes and get ready for a wonderful beach experience. We are all over 39+ but enjoy the beach.
