Charming Upper Cottage Downtown Rehoboth 1.5 Blks to Beach Sleeps 4 Dog friendly

This is a beautiful and sunny second floor Cottage, just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. IT INCLUDES ONE OFF-STREET PARKING SPOT, A RARITY IN DOWNTOWN REHOBOTH!

There is a queen bed in the bedroom with a queen bed in the great room opposite the sofas and sleeps up to 4 guests. We DO NOT provide linens. You must bring your own linens and towels. Linens for additional cost in Off Season.
The kitchen comes fully equipped so you can do your own cooking and serve your meals in the dining room. Netflix, ROKU TV & a DVD player/Smart TV is included. In addition to the bathroom shower, there is access to two enclosed outdoor showers ( Season Dependent). Complimentary Beach chairs INCLUDED (Season Dependent).

You can walk everywhere: the boardwalk, beach, attractions, amusements, and so many restaurants and shops. Jolly Trolley to get to Dewey Beach.

OFF-SEASON rates are FROM $195 per night with a two-night minimum

PEAK SEASON SUMMER rates Vary. Rentals between mid June and Labor day are 7 night stays from Saturday to Saturday

The cottage was clean and tidy. The shower was luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. Our hosts were very accommodating. The proximity to to the boardwalk is a short walk. We enjoyed walks on the beach at sunrise with our dog. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The cottage was adorable and in the perfect location for exploring Rehoboth! Cozy with everything we needed. Loved being about a block from the beach. Helen - who got us set and saw us off - was so friendly, genuine, and helpful. First time beach trip for our pup - and she loved it too!

Annual Rehoboth vacation

Becky and Bill have created a magical space that was the perfect size for my wife and our small pup. It comfortably slept 4 as my brother-in-law, his wife, and their 2 small dogs joined us for half the trip. It is close to everything and has a lot of cooking gear for those that like to cook. instructions were clear for check in and check out. Helen, who helps them manage the property was an absolute gem. We're planning to make this our regular spot for our annual vacation. Can't recommend it enough

3 times a charm

1 and 1/2 blocks from the beach! Easy walk to great restaurants, entertainment and shops. The hosts Becky and Billy are the best. Accessible and very warm, great to deal with. Helen, our check-in and check-out host is a gem. Last time we visited I suggested a full length mirror...and this time...there it was. And a skinny one at that! Our dog LOVES it here.

Great location and great layout

Such a cute little place to stay and so close to the boardwalk and beach. Billy and Becky happened to be there doing some gardening and were so helpful and welcoming! The layout of the place is so well done; it is pretty small square footage wise, but was great for a long weekend with my 2 year old, mother, husband, and our small dog. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!!!

We were delighted to be able to book this pet friendly, perfectly situated cottage. Helen, who checked us in and out, was absolutely wonderful. The cottage had all the amenities we needed. It was clean and well stocked. We ended up checking out early but only because of the really miserable weather and with our dog, we were very limited to what we could do away from the cottage.The owners reached out to us about the ‘missed’ time in the cottage and offered to make up for it on a future visit, which was very kind and we will hopefully return and have better luck with the weather. GREAT location and pet friendly!!!! Not an easy combination to find.

Kicking off summer 2025

Awesome time in Rehoboth Beach and this house was amazing! Both Helen who checked us in and Becky the owner are fantastic and took care of us like we were family. The house is in a perfect location to walk to everything at the beach. We enjoyed the boardwalk, shops, restaurants and local bars all easily walkable from the house. Renting bikes was a highlight and the kids enjoyed the rides at Funland. 10/10 and we will definitely be back to stay at this house again.

Wonder Memorial Day weekend stay

My husband and I stayed here with my 19 year old son for Memorial Day weekend. Can’t beat this quiet location that is a very quick walk to the beautiful beach. Walking distance to everything to do in Rehobeth. Small space, but just enough room for a family of 2-4. Nicely decorated and appointed. Check in/out with Helen, the property manager was nice and easy.

Cottage is very cute, and has everything you need. Nicely decorated. New bathroom was quite nice with good quality features. Cute breakfast/sunroom. Great location. Would definitely return.

Great Location, pet friendly and blocks from downtown and the beach

The property was very clean and had good appliances. The space is quite small which was hard to judge from the photos. Would be very tight for four people especially on poor weather days. Only closet is tiny and rail is placed very high. Helen greeted us and told us about heating, lights, pilot light on stove, etc. which was very helpful.

Relaxing Trip

Myself, wife, 2 year old son, and pug all enjoyed our time! It was a very relaxing and quiet trip - especially since it didn’t seem like anyone else was staying nearby. The property was very clean and cozy. The location is great - we never used our car and just walked everywhere. Helen, who checked us in and out, was so nice and fun to talk to. We hope to be back again soon!

Great stay!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our senior pup! The location couldn’t be more perfect as it’s 2 blocks away from the beach!!! Once we parked the car, we didn’t need to use it for the entirety of our trip. We are hoping to come back with a few friends next summer and are already planning our next trip! There may have been some mixup between Helen and Rebecca as Helen was awaiting our check in at 11am but per the notes we thought we weren’t allowed to arrive until 2pm. Regardless, easy communication, easy to find and Helen was so sweet and helpful!! Truly cannot wait for another trip to this lovely beach town!
