Amazing property in a lovely peaceful location. Town of Moneglia was great and loved the beach (preferred pebble beach next to apartments parking spot in the village over the sand beach next to the town centre). Only stayed 2 nightsā€¦ wish we could have stayed for longer.

Everything we hoped for.

In the hills above Moneglia with a fantastic view of trrees, swallows and eagles. Great host responded immediately to all queries.if you can drive down to moneglia in less than 12 minutes youre doing well. Over 30 deg so minimsid our outings but a good place for touring the area by train car.or motorcycle.

Fantastic appartment

A great appartment in the mountains in the area of Moneglia, approx. 5 min. drive up the mountain. The appartment was excellent, very nice and cozy. It was nice and clean at arrival and all the necesarry equipment was available. The appartment is highly recommended by us, and Massimiliano is a perfect host- always helpful and ready to answer any questions.

Peaceful hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay here (family of 4). The property was spotlessly clean with air-con in all rooms. The pool was lovely and I think we got lucky as we had it to ourselves 90% of the time. Massi is the ideal host - helpful and welcoming but never imposing. He booked us a table at a fantastic trattoria in the next village. The drive up the hill isnā€™t for the faint hearted but the views and quiet are worth it. A car is definitely needed. Would recommend.

Great stay!

Our week in littirno and the apartment rented by Massi, was just great. The apartment was clean and fresh. The view was outstanding. The location will probably make it a bit challenging if you would like to walk to the city Moneglia even if itā€™s fully possible. But there is a bus going almost all the way and also taxi is available if you donā€™t go by own car. In all it was really nice and Massi was the perfect host!

Small treasure near the ocean

Very easy and nice welcome! We were accompanied the whole road up to the mountain. The flat has everything you need. We loved the terrace. My boys also loved the pool. The parking possibility at the ocean is also a big plus! The surrounding nature is wonderful! You should always do the grocery shopping before driving up! We tried to do only drive up and down once per day as it is quite a ride!

We had a great time at Massimilianos apartment. 2 adults and 2 kids (6 and 8 years old). Massimiliano was the perfect host, very helpful and very easy to get in touch with. He recommended great restaurants and places to eat icecreme. We had no problems at the apartment at all. The apartment was exactly as shown at the pictures. Bright, very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Great private terrace for us to eat outside.I recommend traveling by car, but it would be possible to go there by bus from Moneglia. Also very easy to travel to Moneglia by train.The road to the house is very narrow the last kilometer or so, but you will get used to it.You are also able to walk down to the city through the woods down the mountain, I didnā€™t go up though. A very nice walk, and you can take a taxi or bus up again.

Italian Serenity

After a brief communication on Whatā€™s App, the gentle host Massimiliano awaited us in the center of Moneglia to personally guide us to the accommodation. We were delighted by an arrangement of beers and chocolate and a quick and profound description of the Appartement. The stay was very qualm, surrounded by a small agriculture and nature. Everything worked out and you can even use Sky or Netflix for instance. The host was helpful and asked a few times if we need anything else. He also responded quick to our questions. We will come back, thanks a lot.

Totally renovated apartment with everything you need . On the big Terrasse you have the sun ā˜€ļø in the morning and in the afternoon .I think this location is perfectly in the hot time , but we come from the north part of Sweden and for us we mayby always preferred to have it located so you have the sun ā˜€ļø the whole day šŸ˜šŸ˜ But it's no problem because you have the the nice pool šŸŠ just around the corners of the Hause If you walk down the hill to moneglia Take around 30 minutes, but the way back you have to calculate with 1,5-2 hours at least if you have a 5 years son with you .

Enjoyable stay

Lovely apartment near to Moneglia. The pool area was lovely too. Massi was a very kind and considerate host and met me at the train station to bring me to the apartment. I appreciated the water and snack he left. He also made me a reservation at a local restaurant which was very nice. Thank you for your hospitality Massi. I did not have a car and I stayed here. Moneglia train station is about a 35 mins walk downhill from here. And an uphill walk back. I hike a lot so I was not bothered. But if hills bother you, then a car is best. There is parking at the apartment.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting

Not enough words to describe our time at Maxiā€™s place. Massimilano is a brilliant host and made our stay at his apartment so very comfortable. He is extremely thoughtful and helpful and really went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. The apartment itself is situated on the top of a hill. Peaceful and with wonderful views from the patio and also from the swimming pool. The drive up can be a bit nervy for the first time but you get used to it. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Maxi has his partaken fitted out with everything one needs. A home away from home. Moneglia in summer has a great vibe. You have to be there to experience it. But stop reading and book your stay here!

Moneglia we loved it!

Litorno is very quit.to drive up to the mountain I donā€™t like it I have drive sickness especially when it is night it is dark and you can drive only with one car. To walk down to Moneglia I love it but not the mosquitoā€™s up stairs it is pfff but very beautiful. The train traffic is good we went to Clinique terre and Pisa and Sestre Levante and shop on a raining day in chiavari all it is very beautiful and nice to do. The manager is a good helping men all the time! The house clean and is nice but the terrasse is almost in the shadow, my husband liked that most! The swimming pool is always in the sun with a nice view I liked that! The weather could better. Windy, rain, thunder, cloudy theseathe first days quite and good after that he was wild but the temperatures were always good! We have enjoy our vacation trip! Thanks for the good and fast help via whatsapp we loved it very much!

Littorno/Moneglia exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment among the mountains with the wonderful mountain and sea view. The apartment is very well furnished, we had everything we needed to feel like at home, as well as very neat and super clean. The pool, that we had basically only for us, was the perfect start or end of the day. The everyday walk through the forest to Moneglia with our two kids was our ritual and we absolutely love it. There is option to take the bus, to go to Moneglia or to take the car, but we recommend to walk downhill and to take the bus on the way back. Moneglia is absolutely charming place, with kids friendly beaches, all necessary shops and great places to eat, have coffee and gelato. Massimiliano is very warm and open-minded host, we were amazed by the warmth, helpfulness and courtesy. We lacked nothing!! An extra umbrella on the rainy day, pasta for our first dinner after our arrival, many useful tips, a loving attention to say goodbye and, and, and... We can recommend it 100%.

Eine wirklich schƶne sehr ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Sehr saubere, gepflegte Wohnung alles was man braucht. Sehr schƶne Ausicht und einen tollen Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Der Gastgeber war wirklich perfekt. Geholfen bei Restaurantreservierung, hat Tipps gegeben usw. die Kommunikation war echt super. Wir wĆ¼rden auf jedenfall gerne wieder kommen.

Eine sehr schƶne Ferienwohnung, super sauber, mit allem ausgestattetwas man brauch, Vermieter ist freundlich, aufmerksam und immer erreichbar. Die Lage ist schƶn mit toller Aussicht. Die Strassen dorthin etwas schmal, fĆ¼r das lƤndliche in Italien aber typisch.Sehr zu Empfehlen!

Eine wunderschƶne ruhige Ferienwohnung in den Bergen mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir sind ohne Auto gekommen! Die Busanbindung ist super fĆ¼r ein Dorf, dass nur aus einer StraƟe besteht. Zu FuƟ sind es 25 Min. an den Strand.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschƶnen Gegend. Wir haben uns unheimlich wohl gefĆ¼hlt, der Gastgeber Massimiliano war super nett und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar und einfach unglaublich herzlich, hat viele Tipps gegeben. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und mehr als das. Es gibt einen richtig schƶnen Pool, den wir oft genutzt haben. Man benƶtigt das Auto, um in den Strandort Moneglia zu kommen, dort hat man sogar einen Stellplatz, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann.Es war wunderbar!
