Step out onto the living room balcony to soak in the panoramic view of the 4000 acre Mission Bay Park with the SeaWorld fireworks displays every night in the summer. Winter will provide you the spectacular sunsets and on cloudless evenings, maybe even a glimpse of the green flash, just as the sun sinks into the ocean!
The living room has a table for six by the windows for dining with a view plus a gas fireplace and large Plasma TV. The lovely California style kitchen is open to the living room making sure the cook never misses out on a sunset or conversation. There is a queen bedroom upstairs with it's own patio and bathroom and two more bedrooms downstairs, one with a CA king bed, patio, and TV. On the other side of the bathroom with shower, the second downstairs bedroom is furnished with a double/single bunkbed. Sleeps six total. Ceiling Fans in every room provide a means to move the ocean breezes throughout the house. New mini split heat pump with a terminal in each room provides heat/AC. Gas insert Fireplace helps keep it cozy during our mild winters. There is a direct access into the house from the garage and the garage door has a opener. No parking in garage. Garage is available to foot traffic, as well as it gives access to two washers and two dryers as well as beach chairs and beach toys that are stored there..
This lovely house is perfectly situated: a 1/2 mile from Mission Bay Visitor's Center entrance, 1.4 miles to SeaWorld and 3 miles to the Pacific Ocean at Crystal Pier with it's miles of boardwalk and wide white sand beaches. Old Town, the Gas Lamp district, Little Italy, the Convention Center, Embarcadero area with it's floating museums, lovely Balboa Park and the famous San Diego Zoo are all just 3 to 8 miles away.
